(Translated by Google) Three outdoor hot tub is not a natural hot spring water, drinking only tea with boiled water, nothing else to charge 75 a person. We harm a pedestrian Baipao two hours. (Original) 室外三个热自来水水池根本不是天然温泉,喝的只有茶 跟白开水,其它什么都没有收费要75一个人。害我们一行人白跑两个小时车程。

Was so excited to go here for a girls weekend I was extremely dissapointed with the manicure pedicure. Friends who got massages and facials said hey were great but within 24 hrs two of my finger nails and one of my toe nails has chipped For the price I expected a good massage honestly I have gotten better service work and massage at Mom and pop cheap places. The all around customer service for the cost of the services was lacking all the employees seemed super young and not really concerned with checking in or providing any customer service. When I pay that much I would expect a little more. Just dissapointed - a hard working mama who needed a break

Beautiful spa and had an amazing massage from Bonnie!

Although it's a nice place with pools outside, 85 dollars is a bit unreasonable for a day pass. Doubt I'll be returning.

So beautiful and relaxing

I had the Herbal Renewal pedi and basic mani with Lexi and she is fantastic! Then I had the Quartz Custom facial with Brandyce, also fantastic. My aunt had the Chardonnay Sugar Scrub with Shannon and loved it. The services, products, and staff are top of the line, and the vibe is appropriately serene and naturalistic. I enjoyed soaking in the outdoor mineral pools and relaxing on a Lovesac in the lounge. Patrons are invited to mix their own loose tea blends--delicious! I realize this review reads like a third-grade "How I Spent My Summer" report, but....trust me, the spa is nice and the staff will treat you very well. I highly recommend it.

I have been coming to this spa for almost 3 years now and up until recently it has been wonderful! The prices have gone up ($65-$75) and the quality and experience has gone down considerably. My last visit was the worst! Now I understand it was in the off season in November, but that should be no excuse. My fiance and I live over an hour away, and although we were only using the day spa, I still called in advance to be sure we would get in. We were informed everything was available. Upon arrival however we were informed two of the hot pools in the op-ed area were out of order. We decided to stay because at least one pool was operational. I was outside first and found the "working" pool full of dead and decaying leaves at a barely lukewarm temperature. The brown slime was more than enough to make us skip the pool all together. After a brief stay in the sauna we cane out to the maintenance guy draining the pool and essentially closing down the area. I pointed it out to woman at the front desk and she responed "but the women's glade is still functioning!" Which is entirely useless if my fiance can't join me. He later informed me the steam room in the men's locker room was out of order. Very disappointing. Many of the towels in the locker room were torn/ripped. The front entry was full of cardboard and packing garbage, and when we decided to read in the sanctuary the maintenance man was constant in and out holding open the door letting in cold air and his large set of keys mingling, whistling and loud banging. Not relaxing. The quality of the food has also suffered. The Mountain Mezza board I used to order on my monthly visits was fabulous! Since then the quality, Size and wait time have a dramatically failed. Also, sliced almonds are not very easy to eat! The new product line available in the showers is definitely not up to par with the "zents" line, and most of the lockers were out of order. The wine selection is also suffering, and the cost of bottles being nearly 3x more than they are at the grocery store is just ludicrous. For the cost, I expect an amazing experience everytime, just like it has been in previous years.

I did the Glade Springs Pamper Spa package. I was given a tour on check in and given sandals to wear. I was seated in the common longer after changing to robes. After filling the forms the therapist spoke to me about the additional add one I was interested in. I did the CBD oil, Cupping and Gua Sha. I liked them all. I asked for a former massage and the therapist was able to deliver it. I felt very relaxed and light after the massage. Facial was so relaxing that I dozed off. Then I did the manicure and pedicure.Nail polish came off the same day after manicure. She was very friendly person though. She cared and was patient to get the nail polish to my choice. I got my lunch and wine order after this. The food menu is from the lodge menu. I soaked in the hot tub for a while. There is a common soak and also a women only soak. I tried both and they both were nice. There was not much crowd the day I used their service. Clean, Calm and relaxing. Great therapists. Great place for spa , facial and other amenities. You can spend even a whole day here. This will be a great place for couples to hang out and talk. This is a cell phone free facility which is great.

Pay for any service and get a day pass to the spa! Use their outdoor co-Ed or women's only mineral pools, steam or dry spa or serenity room with gigantic lovesac beanbag chairs for reading or napping in peace and quiet. They control how many people can use it so it's not overcrowded.

Glade Spring Spa Best Kept Secret in Washington State! Spent a delicious morning soaking in the outdoor women’s mineral pool, a la naturelle, listening to the breeze in the trees and watching the clouds overhead. Savored every moment of a heavenly wellness massage with aromatic oils tailored to my specific needs. Part of the Suncadia Resort, this ideal spa is located in Central WA near Cle Elum and Roslyn just a stones throw from I-90, a 1.5 hr drive from Seattle over Snoqualmie Pass. Book Appointments in advance allowing extra time for eating, napping or just zoning out. Arrive early, doors usually open at 9:00 AM, (check on hours) bring a swimsuit if you desire for the co-ed mineral pools and order lunch before your brain switches off. Suggest a 20 min soak, (cooling down in-between) a 10 min sauna, and a quick steam then hit the sanctuary room for a cup of tea prior to your Himalayan Crystal Body Scrub followed by an Evergreen Mountain Escape Massage. Enjoy lunch in the sanctuary (during winter in front of the fire) or outdoors then finish off your day with a Kundalini Back Massage energy treatment (not to be missed). A quality spa featuring gifted practitioners and beautiful environs. 10 out of 10, a big thumbs up! Check out my post: SpaAficionado on Tumblr

Great spa! I loved it! I got a couples massage and a pedicure and it was heaven! The best part is actually the sanctuary though. With the giant bean bags, the tea, and the fireplace it is the perfect spot to spend a day!

This was my first time going to a spa, and even though I was a little unsure the people there made me feel very at ease. I'm a convert to facials thanks to the superb service and relaxing atmosphere!!

I've been going to this spa for years. My last experience was much less enjoyable than other visits in the past. I don't think a first time guest would know but having the bar set high during previous visits and then not meeting the bar they set during the last visit is disappointing. When I booked my spa treatments, I was told that the treatment I selected could be done in the Vichy room. I've never experienced a Vichy treatment before and I was really excited to check it out. When I got into the treatment room, I noticed I wasn't in a Vichy room. I asked the masseuse about it and she said the treatment I chose is not available in the Vichy room. She offered right away to change the treatment to be one that is in the Vichy room but I declined since the treatment I scheduled was more to my liking. The receptionist should know about the treatments enough to have given me correct information - disappointing. The tea choices have really declined in quality. Most people do not like red delicious apples but they are the only fruit choice for a snack. Sliced almonds were also offered - why not whole ones?? There is no longer fruit in the water. The lunch orders are done by the guest on a piece of paper, which then needs to be walked through the locker room to the receptionist, rather than giving the order to the receptionist and skipping an unnecessary step by the guest. The menu choices were less than stellar, portion sizes were small for the price and there was nothing filling enough for someone who was planning to be there all day. Also, who needs three types of blue cheese on a cheese plate? The salmon plate barely tasted like salmon and there is no reason the plate should have been as expensive as it was because the amount and quality of the salmon (mixed with cream cheese) was poor. One of the pools was drained (there are three). There were no towels outside by the pool - hopefully you remembered to grab one before you left the locker room and walked down the hall to go outside. There weren't any hot tools to use in the locker room (flat iron/curling iron) as there have been in the past. I didn't bring one for that reason and needed to stop home before going out for the night. The robes were ripped and stained - I returned my first one only to receive another that was also ripped. The love sacs were so worn they were rough feeling and my butt hit the ground because the stuffing had separated. The blankets felt like someone smeared glue on them before putting them in the drier. The conditioner pump was broken in the treatment room. Basically, attention to detail doesn't exist. Customer service wasn't really a thing either. For the prices charged, this should be the absolute best experience. In the past, it always was but this time it was really not great. I'm very disappointed. Again, most of the things I listed wouldn't bother a first time guest but when you expect an experience you've had in the past and you don't get it while paying the same prices, it is really a bummer.

The facility felt like it needed to be updated. Some of the outdoor areas were closed off, steam room had a puddle of brown liquid on the floor which completely grossed me out and I immedietely walked out of there. Hot tub jets on the womens side do not turn on. One of the two toilets was broken in the ladies locker room. Service was great, but my manicure lasted about an hour before the polish lifted off my nails. No big deal because the manicure was still wonderful. Overall, I do not think its worth the cost.

Used to love coming here. Nowadays, it's just a 'like' due to no longer really enforcing the 'silent sanctuary' rule. I just find it hard to relax when theres a lot of chatter from other patrons. Otherwise, excellent massages and pleasantly secluded soaking pools at 3 different temps.
