I moved over to Frenchy's because my lash artist recently became a member of their team. While it is not as easy for me to get to Frenchy's from work or home, seeing Libby makes the extra time to get there worthwhile. Libby is truly a lash artist. I know she also works with their skincare and makeup lines and if she is half as good at skincare as she is at lashes, she will be/is a rock star. Frenchy's is lucky to have her!

I struggle to find reliable, professional, CLEAN nail salons and I thoroughly recommend Frenchy’s. The ladies there are well trained, they are honest about the health of your nails (my technician advised me to take a break from gels because my nails were looking weak - that shows honesty, integrity and professionalism. The atmosphere is luxurious, the products on sale are gorgeous, and it’s clean and sanitary too - everything is disinfected. It’s also in a great spot in Madison Park. This salon has become my go-to, even though it’s a 25minute drive from my house.

This is my favorite place to get pedicures in town. The lovely atmosphere, comfortable upholstered couches and chairs, perfect service make what I think are best pedicures in town, even better. Other services are top notch also. Sip tea, do a little gift shopping and relax in this oasis in the madison park area.

I should’ve asked for the name of my manicurist . My friend got me a manicure service here . The lady that worked on me had a thick Eastern European accent. First she said that my manicure did not include French tip and that it’s a basic manicure . Ok.. that’s fine and we proceeded with the service and I just got a neutral off white tone but she could’ve nicely asked me if I would like one and ask me if I were OK with adding it on to my service maybe she would get better tip / commission. The atmosphere was nice and clean and the service seemed sanitary . My polish lasted less than a week however . The manicurist was cleaning my nails with the cuticle pusher and she laughed at me and asked “ why are your nails so filthy ? Are you a gardener or something ? “ I felt really bad during the rest of the service and the funny thing was YES ! I was helping my grandfather do yard work and was hoping to have a nice relaxing professional spa experience afterwards . But too bad she ruined that one ! Gave her a tip but definitely not returning !

I had only ever had my nails done at non-spa shops until I went to Frenchy's. There really is no comparison. It's the difference between eating at McDonald's or Canlis--where would you rather eat? Same holds true for Frency's and nail salon down the road. No Contest

A visit to Frenchy’s is always a delight. Full of atmosphere and ambience, I am both relaxed and revitalized after a pedicure. The friendly and skillful service, the charming selection of products and the lux make-up and skin care lines make for a truly satisfying indulgence. Marina is the master of my feet and I never even have to think about what color to choose because her recommendations are always perfect. And every single skin care and make-up product that Ellie has recommended to me has become a favorite. I find my experiences at Frenchy’s to be consistently wonderful!

Booked a bachlotette party and 1 day before they tried to cancel 1 of the facials. Finally was able to get us in for a "45"min she told me but would only charge me $85. After the services they said they were going to charge us 18% gratuity fee THAT THEY NEVER TOLD US ABOUT. It only being a 30 min facial and charging me $90. Charging another girl $10 to remove shellac that she never had. It was not a wonderful experience by all means. I would have NEVER paid 90$ for 30 min facial. The lady just said sorry I cant do anything for you. They are scam artists.
