I called a head of time to set up an appointment. When I got there I sat there and waited almost 15 minutes. I was charged 35 dollars without tip for a shellac manicure and it looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. I didn't get the little massage you usually get and the nail polish peeled off a few hours after getting them done. I've never had shellac come off faster than a regular manicure. Paint your nails yourself and save the money before being overpriced for a terrible manicure.

Love this place! Had a full set of gel powder nails done and they were very fast, friendly and accomodating. I had been to another local place that tried to rip my natural nails off and the ladies here saved me!! I'll be going back for a pedicure today before I leave town!

They didn't greet as I walked in. They didn't interact with customers. Two nail broke off the next day. Not recommended

I will never return and if I could give a 0 star score, I would. I walked in the door requested a full set and pedicure. I was immediately handed a card and asked to go to their other location. I said “no that’s fine, I can go elsewhere closer to my home” the lady kept insisting I go to their other location and I repeatedly had to say no firmly until she said she would Call the other location and have their nail tech come over to do my nails. In the meantime they began my pedicure, I think my feet may have been smoother and less dry looking prior to the pedicure. As the tech finished the other nail tech arrived from the other location. I moved to the chair to get me nails done, she asked me a question and as I began to answer she started speaking non-stop to the other employees. I normally get shellac but decided to go with regular polish this time, big mistake... the tech “please go wash your hands, so I can go home I don’t live by here” because that’s my problem, how? I am the customer. I returned to the chair after washing my hands “you pay now” okay.... I paid and she quickly painted, threw on the top coat told me to wait ten minutes as she put my hands under a high pressure dryer and she jetted our the door. I pulled my hand out to look and noticed the force from the wind coming from the dryer was causing the paint to wrinkle up. Another employee came looked, clearly saw an then sprayed them with a quick drying spray despite the awful wripples and bubbles. I was so appalled I left disgusted because I did not want to spend a minute more with these people and poor service. Save your money, go elsewhere and NOT Tina’s at canyon park, it’s the same owner and I shouldn’t expected this as I received similar treatment at Tina’s however it was with shellac paint. Service is the worst I have ever experience and has gone down hill since the new owner took over.

***UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT*** I have given this place one star before but has new management now so I gave it another try. Much different. The technicians smile, talk to you, don't push the services, TAKE DEBIT/CREDIT card now. Wohoo! Three stars because one lady did my fill and another one the color. It started getting busy and the tech doing the polish was rushing to go to next person and kept messing up my nails. The other tech had to fix them. I will go back for a second experience.

******5/5"I just found my new go to nail salon! I normally go to on but I haven't been satisfied with the service recently. And to be honest, I've actually come to several times now. I would sometimes come here after an appointment at . I would always leave satisfied but didn't find the right nail technician until today. I will definitely be coming back to see ! She worked quickly and efficiently. Although she was a little rough (just the way I like it) she was a perfectionist and made sure my nails looked amazing at the end! No cuts and she even did great massages!******

Never painted the sides of my nails just the top, the ladies doing me and my friends feet were rude, they had thick accents hard to understand and they got short and annoyed when I asked what. Pretty cheap prices tho, I could do my nails for free this good at home the only part I liked was he got stones

When we made the appointment we were told one price and then a higher price when we paid. The women didn't interact with us at all except to point or tap. They didn't show us how to use the remote on the chair. They just chattered with each other. My seat wasn't back far enough so I got leg cramps. AND, they only except cash. One of us had to go to an ATM and pay a fee the get cash. Not a pleasant experience.

I have been here twice now. The space itself is very nice and clean. They have a TON of pedicure chairs. I got a gel manicure both times, with a different person doing the work each time. One spoke better English and was more pleasant but was painfully slow. She brushed across each and every nail probably 50 times each. Per coat. It took well over an hour for the service even though I didn't have prior gel on my nails needing removal. The second visit started better but she kept missing spots and would fill them in as I pointed them out. It looked like the tools she used were neither autoclaved nor clean. The alcohol wipe at the end to cure the gel was in fact a dousing of probably several ounces of straight alcohol. Seemed unnecessary and also harsh in the gold weather which already has made my skin dry. There's potential here but they need to work on their skills.

i went there with an appt and waited 10-15 in the middle my nails are different sizes and she was very rude. and shellac is an extra 40$ that’s way too much. i would rate them a 0 star if i could

The worst nail place every Don't go waste ur money at this place. They don't even understand what ur talking about have to repeat myself 3 to 4 times. They even had a hard time making a appointment over the phone say " I don't understand what ur saying good bye"
