I get my nails done here all the time. Everyone is always super friendly and welcoming! Lee is also exceptionally talented at doing nails. I like mine super short so they almost look natural. Other nail salons have had issues doing this in the past but Lee does a flawless job every time. I highly recommend him if u are looking to get your nails done!

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine's Day to have signature pedicures done and we had such a nice, relaxing experience. He's never had a pedi done before so he was a little shy at first to have someone work on his feet. We loved the massages and the warm paraffin wax for our feet. That stuff is great and made my skin super smooth. It was the perfect way for us to spend time together and the service was phenomenal. Being in the service industry myself, I have high expectations on how excellent service should be. This spa is legit and will be back again for sure.

This place provided a horrible experience! Looks can be deceiving and this one was. It looks like a respectable and professional place but it's far from. They rushed through both the pedicures and manicures on myself, my sister in law and my mother in law. My pedicure from start to finish was maybe 10 minutes at most. I paid more for shellac and a design manicure that is chipping two days after having them done because the lady rushed through the manicure didn't take the time to push back my cuticles which is important for any polish to stay on. They skipped services on my sister in law and didn't even apply lotion let alone do a pedicure massage for my mother in law. On top of that the staff are not friendly or even socialable. The cost of the services is comparable but completely not worth it considering they can't deliver quality service.

I like to try giving a place a second chance. Went to this place once before and it was just “OK” my first time around, but yesterday was abysmal! I should have known it wasn’t going to be good when the man at the front counter was eating his lunch and did not stop eating when I came in the door. He kept stuffing his face while speaking with me. Bad sign. Second bad sign, there was only one other client in there at the time. I told him I rarely get fake nails so I don’t understand the process. There was some going back & forth so I could explain what I wanted, then a LOT of the nail techs speaking to each other in another language after his & my discussion, and then he told me “you need to relax” not in a pleasant tone I might add. I got uneven, wavy nails that are not even finished on the sides and my cuticles were not pushed back so the nails look like they already need a fill and they’re brand new! They are rough on the edges and bumpy and look like duck bills. They look terrible for a cost of $45. Now I have to go get them redone as they look ridiculous. (If I could post photos on this I would.) I also had a pedicure at the same time which was fine except for the “massage” portion which entailed harsh scrubbing on my shins only and about a minute on my feet. So pedicure was OK but not great. I will not be going back - ever

The place is really clean and they check up on you to make sure you're comfortable. The nails turned out AMAZING and look super professional. I made an appointment to get a shellac manicure and met Jenny, who was wonderful, friendly and funny! She did an incredible job on my nails and took her time to make my nails look nice! Lee showed me the new VIP Vogue nail color collection and it was hard to choose just one. The amazing part about this new product line is that there is no need for alcohol spray in the end. Like magic, your nails are dry! I definitely recommend Jenny!!! She is the real deal!

Literally if there was a rating for negative stars I would give it to this place. Worst service ever! Totally ignored by each employee, my shellac is already peeling and I got it done like 4 days ago..they need to manage their time better cause it was busy but they didn't tell people a wait time they just seated them. Over priced for rude and horrible service...spend your money somewhere else...trust me!

The manager, Lee, always makes sure everything is to my liking every time I have visited. They almost always offer tea or water and the atmosphere is very relaxing and spa-like. I get my mani and pedis done there with my girlfriend and the staff always give us our space to talk as if we were alone. Finally, and probably most importantly, the cleanliness of the tools, stations and the entire salon is more than impressive. Highly recommended.

I haven't gotten a pedi in a while and i decided to come here because I used to go here when there was a location in Bellevue and they were awesome there. First of all, it was a warm day and I couldn't wait to get inside for some A/C but they didn't have any. No problem. I waited a while, soaking my feet to get the pedi started. The lady who did them was very nice. The tools seemed sanitized and the place in general was very clean. When she started the base coat all the way to top coat, I can tell she was not very precise. I got home and looked at my toes up close and there was polish on my cuticles on some toes and polish on my skin. The top coat did not cover the entire colored polish. TL;DR business is very clean. Visited this place last week. The guy ( kinda owner) briefly asked what i need and asked me to go back?! pointing at some doors in the back. There was many customers in the saloon and they all had a smile when he said that because apparently he always says that leaving the customer(i) confused. To add to it now i was standing in the center with confused staff who didn't know where to take me to. Finally i got seated in the room and waited. Then a staff comes over and she was professional who was licensed in waxing. She was already working on a nail of a customer and had to drop it to come help me. I think it was unfair and there should be some clear direction from that man( kinda owner) who over sees the operation. Either he should say" not all staff are licensed and the one we have is with a customer who has an appointment instead of asking me to go no where and stand" . The gal who did the waxing did a good job but i doubt i will come back given the way things are operating in the saloon. Employees are rushed and i have seen them even skip meal breaks because the man calls out to them to assist without directions!

I went here with all seven of my bridesmaids, my mom, mother in law and grandmother. They were VERY accommodating and kind. The place is nice and clean on the inside. Not to mention, I loved my wedding day nails and toes. Would recommend scheduling an appointment, they do get busy.

I normally have a decent experience when I come here but the last time I came in here was bad. I wear shellac nails and the gal that did my nails used a file to take off my shellac no cotton ball and foil at all, the manicure was horrible and every one of my nails was a different shape and length and she painted them the wrong color. The guy at the counter was less than helpful. I was in there an hour and half before they closed and was the only one there, I understand why. I won't be back either!

Although the place was very clean the service was terrible for the price you pay. First, I come for a pedicure and the man doing it barely even pays attention to me because the soccer game is on. Then, when he does pay attention he paints my toe nails terribly there is nail polish on my skin that he doesn’t even wipe off. Also, he doesn’t know how to paint a nice flower because he wasn’t even paying attention to me or doing a nice quality job. Next, I go to sit while so a woman can do my acrylics and she does a terrible job there is acrylic in my cuticles which should never happen. Overall I would not recommend this place because the quality of service does not match the price.

Did not do a very good job and definitely not what I asked for. They messed up and did not offer to fix even after I shared my disappointment that it was not what I asked for. They overcharge and there are plenty of other places that do better work for less. There is a man that is walking around looking over all of the techs work. If you ask questions he will step in and talk over the techs. It was a little strange. Also, when I went to pay he charged me far more than was on the menu which seems to be a common theme here judging by the other reviews. I have been here twice. I was not thrilled the first time but thought I would give them another shot- I won't be back. Gave 2 stars because the interior is nice and pretty clean.

I usually get my nails done at Casabella. I like the customer service at Casabella, especially the way manager Lee arranges and takes care customer. He is always conscientious, and listens the opinion of customers. I'm happy whenever I get my nails done here by skilled staff. I tried many different places, but think this place is the best one. Omg. The worst pedicure treatment yet. $30. I should have asked what it included when i asked the price. A no frill pedicure. A large salon...only 4 other customers. I'm use to an hour pedicure for $25. This was 30 minutes. Take off polish. Cut and file nails. A 2 minute scrub...no massage. Paint nails and sit. I had to ask the girl to trim my callus after she started to put on polish. There was no filing the feet. The man at the front desk was a jerk. The tools were in a cosmetic bag. I did not see them come from a sterilizer. They did finish with a warm towel. I will never return and i learned to ask more questions before starting a service. The first time ever i did not leave a tip.

I love it here! There salon is very clean and all the workers are very professional. I called same day and someone was able to take me within twenty minutes. It's especially good for working people because they are open as late as 8:30pm! Tonight I saw Lee for my nails who was such a perfectionist. He took his time with me - making sure every nail was the same shape, even, and the color was true to the sample. Thank you Lee for taking such good care of me. I do my own nails, and by my own. I mean professionally, gels, acrylics the whole 9. Sometimes, its just nice to get them done by someone else. I've gone to many places, but never have I ever had this welcoming of an experience. Any little imperfection I wanted fixed, Tony was more than happy to correct. I would gladly come here again and again. Being as I am very picky because I could do them myself, I have high expectations. Tony more than exceeded them and even taught me a few things in the process! :)

Do not waste your money or time here. Or at least don't let the man who answers the phone and the front desk do your nails EVER. To remove my shellac he made me soak my fingers in acetone for at least 15 min, yes SOAK IN ACETONE instead of using a few drops on cotton and using foil. He didn't push my cuticles. He filed my nails with a VERY worn-out filer...didn't ask for the shape and the result was poorly shaped nails. I spotted RUST on the cuticle scissors. He was about to start a third shellac coat and I said him no, two coats is good for me. Then I noticed some of the old polish on the side of the nail so I told him and he insisted that it was my cuticle. What did he do? He put a third coat of shellac on that nail. Now I have a fat nail. He also used too much polish causing build-up on the sides. Clingy man, trying too hard to be friendly. He said: good to see you again, how have you been? - It was my first time there (and the last, for sure!) The price for this terrible service was $35. The only good things: the salon is cute and they have A LOT of shellac colors. But don't be fooled...

20 STARS for Jenny!!! She is amazing and so adept at pedicures! I recently started developing ingrown toe nails and decided I should get a pedicure to see if it would help. A friend recommended Casa Bella in Lynnwood and I am SO grateful! Jenny knew exactly what to do to correct the ingrown nail issues and she advised me to wait 8 to 10 weeks for the nails to grow more, or if they start to hurt again before then, to come back for another pedicure and she can continue to help so the nails heal. I always get my nails done here and most of the time either Lee or Tony does my nails. And both of them ALWAYS do an amazing job. Like Lee or Tony will do my acrylics and I can let them grow out for almost 2 months without any of my nails breaking. It’s amazing for someone like me who is too busy to come in every 2 weeks for a fill. But over the last two years I’ve had every person there at some point do my nails and it’s always been great. These amazing people are such hard workers and so kind. You can walk in the spa at any time of day, on any day of the week and you’ll see the exact same handful of people working. They all work 6-7 days a week and breathe nasty chemicals all day long to support their families as well as make the rest of us beautiful. I love this spa and I would never get my nails done anywhere else. I’ve read a lot of the other reviews for Casabella and some of them truly disgust me. I will never understand how some people can walk into this spa and complain nonstop when this staff is so dedicated to their work. Don’t take the casabella staff for granted, they risk their health everyday and always provide their best service.

They have one of the largest variety of high quality name-brand polishes, in addition to fast drying shellac and gel top coats. Salon is so convenient and directly across from Alderwood Mall. I used to come here a lot but since I moved it's been years since I visited. I decided to bring my daughter there. I noticed the chairs were old and things didn't look the same. Their service is great. Unfortunately the nail polish choices weren't great. Most were really dried and old. Even the employee said something about their polish. Well after my pedicure my polish didn't last long. In several hours big chunks came off of my big toe. It's most likely because the polish was old and dry. If I came back here I would bring my own polish.

I've always enjoyed this place and love the new owners. Recently they went out of their way to accommodate my sister-in-law who is undergoing chemotherapy for a rare and aggressive breast cancer. I asked what could be done to make sure her sensitive immune system isn't compromised while receiving a pedicure and so they had everything double sanitized. They took such good care of her, we were both so pleased by their service. I highly recommend Casabella!

I did not not even give this place a star, but had to, so I could post this.. Watch out for the owner/man who greets and answers phone. Very dishonest and unethical. Because we had gift cards from Christmas we have made two visits. Both times he charged and extra $10.00. But today I caught him in his little trick. My husband took our gift cards to pay and was told we owned $10.00 more and when he asked why was given the impression it was for tax (a lot of tax on $60.00 services). What happened next made me realize something was up when the owner came to the person who had done my feet and handed her money said something to her in their language, laughing look over at my husband. The lady he gave money too looked shocked as she knew I had tipped her well and so had my husband his lady. She had no problem taking the funds. When my nails we dry and I went over to my husband I asked if he double tipped and he said no, but had to pay $10.00 more. I asked for the receipt to see the actual charges there was no charge for tax. We left and I was so mad I went back in and confronted the owner. When I told him what I watched him do and that we had already tipped our ladies and my husband did not tell him to take $10.00 for tips he did refund the money. It's not right to rip off customers and mock them. He made fun of customers with his staff and they all found it entertaining. Sad way to do business.

When I walked in, at first I thought this place seemed lovely. It was clean and kind of quiet for a Saturday. When I sat down I asked the gal if she could do a Almond shape for my nails and she replied yes even though I was going shorter. After she did my fill she started to shape my nails and I ended up with square nails, so I asked her to make them more pointed. It took 3 more attempt to make them semi pointed before I finally said stop. By the time I got back from washing my hands (with no soap) she switched with the man next to her and she finished painting the lady's nails next to me and the man that was doing her nails painted mine... Let me tell you... They look AWFUL! The picture is only 2 days old. He did not wipe with alcohol prior to polishing them, nor did he give me a base coat and he did not finish with the alcohol. When I asked him about why the gal who originally started with my nails did this with the lady next to me and why he did not with me, they both said they did not need to with the polish I had. He had my nails polished with 2 coats done in 3 minutes. I was charged $45 for a fill... NOT OK!!! Not for a fill... I came here for the first time yesterday and i absolutely loved my experience . The music choice is good because it’s calm and soothing and my nail teqnician Amy was AMAZING AND REALLY SWEET . I absolutely LOVED HER. The manager is sweet, but The quality of service is poor. I got shallak done on my nails and it looked awful. Very lumpy, uneven shape, a very poor paint job and a lazy manicure. I'm not sure if the woman was new, but I trusted in her ability until I saw the outcome. They didn't give attitude or show any disrespect when I asked them to be redone, but then 6 of them did crowded me, while skeptically looking at my nails and blaming everything but the lady who did my nails. It was very uncomfortable. Then to make things worse they sat me with the same woman. I had to watch her like a hawk the second time. I witnessed her mess up then scrape the paint off half the nail with a tissue then repaint over that then mess up and do it again. I didn't say anything else because I was ready to leave that place. My thumb nail Must have 6 layers on it. Then She wouldn't wait for them to dry all the way when she applied the clear coat and smudged a few. I was baffled. I couldn't believe the lack of professionality and laziness. And they still didn't look good. By the time we finished My nails ended up incredibly thin to the point they bend at the slightest pressure, and they're still lumpy. When I got home I had to reshape them and apply a top coat to smooth out the lumps and harden them. Again, the customer service was okay but the quality was poor.

My friend and I had an appointment but apparently that doesn't matter. We ended up having to wait before we were helped. Then after my friend's pedicure was finished the lady said she would be right back to do her manicure. A half hour later the lady STILL hadn't returned. She had gone to do someone else's pedicure and left us waiting there. We finally had to ask someone if she was ever going to get her manicure done. It was finally after 45 minutes that someone ever came back. WORST customer service I've ever experienced. And on top of all of that the prices are outrageous. Most expensive around and for poor customer service. NEVER returning here again.

Took my mom here for a mani-pedi. They did a horrible job. It was a rushed job. The lady smudged my moms toe and tried to cover it up with more nail polish. Another employee there tried to cover it up with another color.......not sure what they were thinking. Then he told my mom to walk to the back to pick another color just for the one toe. Um no. What happened to the original color? Another thing my mom had hip replacement a few weeks back...she can't walk that far but they didn't seem to care. They just kept telling her to go get another color. Never coming back here. Poor service. They don't care about the quality only the quantity.

I came here years ago and the experience was "typical". With today's experience under new ownership, I can see they are very conscientious about listening to client needs and fulfilling them. Jenny was Fabulous! I get very painful ingrown toenails when my toenails grow out and always have to ask nail technicians not to cut the sides of my toenails. Often they cut the sides anyway and I have to go through the painful process of growing them out over the skin again. Jenny knew exactly what to do to clean out under the sides of the toenails and not cut the sides. She did such a fabulous job removing the dead skin under the sides of my toenails that she actually relieved the tenderness I had already been starting to experience. I will be coming back to see Jenny and have her help me keep my feet in good shape! Thank you Jenny!

Very disappointing experience. After a number of years I decided to give them another try but it just got worse with time. I paid $98 for a shellac pedicure, eye brow waxing and a kids mani-pedi. It was insanely overpriced and the quality was plain bad. My old leftover polish was removed by filing it off with an emery board which was extremely painful. Polish was applied very sloppily. My foot massage wasn't more than 30 seconds and my daughter didn't get one at all. I could feel an angry vibe from the tech as if I was inconveniencing her in some way. They allegedly put "free" stickers on my daughter's nails but they peeled off before she even got a chance to get in the car. I left a generous tip because after all, someone worked on my feet, but I would never return and do not recommend anyone go there. It's unfortunate because the place has so much potential.

Most of the ladies who work here are great, but the guy who typically works at the front desk gives the worst manicures I've ever seen. Even if you point out where nail polish is missing, or where cuticles aren't attended to, he redoes it the exact same way. I can't tell if it's intentional or if he doesn't understand the initial problem. Since there are other places nearby that provide a nicer atmosphere for the same price, I recommend shopping around.

Got us in right away claiming best in town. Service was far from it! My nail tech was lazy, my leg "massage" was barely rubbing sugar scrub on my legs and quickly rubbing off. Polish job for both my daughter and mine was sloppy. The ladies next to us were there before and finished after us because their nail techs seemed at least in tuned to doing their jobs. Worst ever pedi, not worth the money! Very poor experience and would not reccomend.

This place looks beautiful and is in a great location. I went in for a pedicure and was instructed to select polish. The display was messy and splotched with polish. Most of the bottles contained little to no polish. I wanted a burgandy color with a sparkly quality but there was none. My preference seems like a common one and I feel this choice should be available considering the price of the service. I left without getting that pedicure. I guess stocking polish and keeping that area tidy is an overlooked aspect of this business.

Absolutely LOVED the ladies who did my mani-pedi today!! Like most of us, I go to a place like this to relax and I was not disappointed. Well, until I was. Sandi (who did my pedi) and Hanna (who did my mani) were amazing! They were kind, friendly and very committed to their craft. After the manager showed me the menu-like brochure, I ordered the top of the line mani-pedi. I picked the one for $75, and it was definitely worth it. When the ladies finished and my nails were dry, I happily sauntered up to the front to pay. I was ready to add a $20 tip, to show my obvious appreciation. When I pulled out my credit card, the manager quoted me a different higher price than the one written on the brochure. Not sure I heard him right, I asked him to repeat the price. He repeated, ‘that will be $80 please”. Well, so much for my relaxed mood .... Obviously, a $5 differential was not going to break a person willing to part with $75 plus a tip for services rendered, but the realization that neither gaining a good paying customer nor honoring their written word was as important to them as raking in an extra $5 left me incredulous and frankly a bit rattled. When I questioned the manager about the additional price, his response was, “sometimes the owner does not update the prices on the written material, but the price today was definitely $80 and not $75”. As I was paying the bill, plus a tip for the hardworking ladies, he must have seen my disappointment and then offered me $5 off my next visit. There will, of course, not be a “next visit” in my future.

Many people oftentimes rate nail salons only based on their nails, but I suggest that we also consider the salon itself. Out of the 20 years that I've gone to nail salons, this one is the only place that doesn't reak of chemicals. I was awestruck when I first walked in and didn't smell the typical unbearable scents that almost every salon has. In fact, it is not only because of the spacious and elegant environment of the salon that makes it a relaxing and pleasurable experience. Rather, it is also because of the pure and well-ventilated air. This may sound like a small thing to get excited about, but in the context of nail salons, this is a profound uniqueness! Out of curiosity, I asked the manager of how they keep the air quality so pure with all those chemicals lurking in the air. He responded that the owner invests in an advanced air ventilation system. The fact that this salon is willing to invest in such expensive equipment shows that they truly care about the comfort and HEALTH of their customers! If you are a looking for a place to truly unwind and relax, then I would highly suggest this place. #highlyrecommend

My experience at this nail salon was very negative. I went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago to get a shellac manicure. The lady that was assigned to me provided very poor customer care. First, she had a hard time removing my previous nail polish using the regular methodology, so she proceeded to use a nail file, not only removing the polish but also weakening my nail. I asked her to please stop filing my nail. She then proceeded to "clean" my nails in a fly taking little time and effort to remove the excess cuticle. Every time I stopped her to show the areas she was missing, she would not respond to me, but instead started speaking Vietnamese with the manicurist next to our table. As she tried to clean my cuticle, she cut one of my fingers with the cuticle nipper. She did not apply the shellac polish correctly, so it started peeling the very next day. Very poor service. I will never go back there again.
