A little above average after trying a whole body/back massage and a head massage from two different people. I get a lot of massages especially Chinese style deep tissue massages and I don't think they quite know their pressure points. And when you're off by a little, it can get uncomfortable. The place is clean, their staff is decent. The wait would have been 2 hrs and they called someone from home so that was nice.

I was able to make an appointment next day as they are open until 10PM. I was able to use a Groupon as well at a great price.They were right on time and the gentleman was very thorough. He really worked the pain out of my back and shoulders. I definitely felt significantly better. I'll be back!

The place was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. My massage therapist sighed the whole time and used her forearms for most of the massage instead of her hands. She was not professional, she hit me in the face with the blanket on the table and did not apologize, also her hand multiple times went in the crease of my buttocks. I know at times this happens but it should not happen that many times, she was being careless. I received this massage on Saturday it is Monday and my back is sore, it feels like someone punched me in my upper back. I requested medium pressure so I should not be in pain. I will not be back.

It was not very custom for their massage. Not sure our masseuse spoke any English, it was more of a Thai style massage. It was a nice massage but could be different from what people are expecting when they advertise it being custom. The gals had one way and that's how it was going to be done. It was by no means a bad massage but just a different style.

Love this place for deep tissue massage and reflexology. The reflexology room is very relaxing and I had the best deep tissue massage here. This type of massage can be painful but really gets the kinks out.

My wife and I did a couple massage through groupon and wasn't sure what to expect. That was the BEST massage I've EVER had and to top it off we got a deal if we come back in the next 30 days we get a discount. It was even better than the massage we got in Maui which was twice the price. I highly recommend this place!

This place is fantastic! They have a first time one hour introductory massage for just $50 or $100 for a couple. But even their regular priced massages are $20 to $30 less than some of the higher end places in Bellevue. And the massage was just as good, outstanding! Very clean, relaxing and customer friendly. I'll be back many more times. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went for a couples message. We have had many massages and I am a PT. I am honestly wondering if they were actually LMT! We are in SO much pain from the message I am surprised I don’t have bruises everywhere! Had to tell them several times to stop because what they were doing was painful! NOT worth it

This spa is in a great location. There's a gym downstairs that you can hear, but they do a great job of keeping you relaxed with music playing and minimal noise. I purchased a Groupon for a single 60 minute massage. Keep in mind that 60 minutes includes a 10-15 minute changing period. My massage was 45 minutes on the dot, and I was unaware of that detail until I went to pay. The manager was great, however, there was a slight language barrier when I went to tip, so that process was a bit longer, but not negative in any sense. My masseuse was Linda, and she was attentive to all points I mentioned on the paperwork, which the manager cleared with me first. She made sure to ask if her pressure was okay, and if I was comfortable (beds are heated too which was a nice touch). Coconut oil (with no added fragrance) was used for the massage, so anyone with smell sensitivity would do well here. I had no complaints, they were polite, attentive, and timely and gave me the exact type of massage I was looking for. Not sure I'd trust some of these bad reviews after going there. It was a great after-work massage, not too fancy, but just right. Give 'em a try.

The massage therapists here are the best, and I have tried over 100 places. Their quality is as good as Pro sports club spa massage but way more reasonable pricing. It’s one of those places that makes me you want to go back. They have a great couples massage room and very good deal if you become member. Membership is free. They validate parking and you can park in Bellevue pacific tower. I have tried shoulder and full body massage and loved every one of them.

Pretty weak massage overall. The "soothing" music they were playing was streaming from some free trial service. Every 10 minutes or so a commercial for the service would interrupt it. This cheap corner cutting vibe seemed consistent with everything about breeze spa

I’m used to getting Asian massage back home because it is the best for pain relief and this place was amazing. I was so sore from my flight and walking around and saw it right across the street from my hotel the AC Marriott! It was so affordable $80 for deep tissue for an hr. I will definitely be back for my next trip to Seattle!

The Breeze Spa is the perfect place to go to, if you need a blend of a good service and a soothing environment. I have been to several spas before but was really shocked by the service they had there. The whole experience with Breeze Spa was way better after the earlier setback. I was offered a discount on my second visit, which was a good offer on their part.

Used from Groupon. Couples Massage for $100. The massage was just ok. (But I suppose for the price). They didn't ask what type of massage I wanted. They didn't listen to the wellness sheet (as I didn't want my gluteus massaged). They didn't ask if I wanted a male or female. The male I had was a little hard on me even after I asked him to do it softer. There was construction outside so that was distracting. The tables made noises during the massage. Lastly, they force a specified tip on you when you are leaving. For the price, it is okay if you are not looking for an intimate, deluxe experience. I get massages frequently so I may be picky / expect greater quality.

I paid $100 for a groupon deal here for an hour couples massage. Only to find they offered the same deal there already and they had a smaller sign that offered hour massages for $25 and two hour massages for $50. So i am assuming me paying $100 for two people is oil with clothes off in a private room versus clothes of in a community room. We had an appointment at 4pm. We got there right on time. They had us sign wellness sheets discussing our desired pressure and areas of pain to focus on. That took about 5 mins. We were lead into a room, my wife used the restroom while I undressed. She came back 5 minutes later and she got ready as well. We laid there for 5 more minutes until two ladies entered the room and began our massages. Time about 4:15 or so... the massages itself we below par for a licensed masseuse, no focal points marked on my wellness sheet was even addressed. Just 10 mins of elbows rubbing up and down my back. 10 on my shoulders and neck and then 10 more on my legs. She had my turn over and she rubbed my cheeks and head for another 5 minutes and said we were all done. I know it only lasted 40 mins because i checked the time on my phone after she was complete. Despite me paying $100 for an HOUR massage we got 40 mins of elbow rubbing. The only saving grace from a 1 star review is that the facility is nice and clean and the ladies there are nice enough. But do not be fooled by the website or other reviews - this is a higher end Chinese quality massage parlor. You can pay $25/hr for a better quality massage at many other locations that are listed as Reflexology Massages. Its not worth the time or money even at "groupon" pricing. And we wont be coming back even if its free.

It was nice and relaxing close to the about 10 min from the Bellevue transit center.

This was such a worst massage place I have ever been, iam going to massages from many years and this time just Bcoz I had a coupon from groupon I had to visit this breeze spa, I don't like the way it all went through. I was preferring for deep tissue massage, but the lady who did my massage serious doesn't know about deep tissue properly, iam not at all satisfied with the service and on top of it I did not like one more thing from breeze spa ( I. e tips) tipping is something which is personal choice if we really like your massage we will tip you with good amount, how can these people ask customers that minimum tip is 15 to 25$ for a 60minute massage, I know about the tipping rules most of them have 15% is the minimum amount but how can they ask 15$ as a tip. I got my groupon for 40 and I paid tip $15 and total 55$ then how did I get a good deal from groupon and I really felt bad and unsatisfied after leaving from there. I would have paid $5 more for my regular massage center rather than coming here, this was my 1st and last visit to this breeze spa and I will never recommend this to any of my friends and family.

The masseuses here did a really good job of helping us relax. Peter really helped get a knot out of my fiancé's shoulder which she said now she feels really good and relaxed. The atmosphere of the place is very chill and relaxing. The place is rather small, but very quaint. We had a good relaxation here, and definitely plan to come back again!

Overall, I had a good experience here, I would choose another place for my next massage.This place as a whole lacks finesse. The receptionist was a bit too brief with us and I didn't feel fully cared for. I was in a couples massage in small room, and my arm was bumped into at least 6 times. They shut the towel warmer cabinet loudly. We filled out a Do-massage and Don't-massage sheet, but it was clear neither of our masseuses read it. The two masseuses we got didn't really carry themselves with a calm, relaxing energy, but the energy was more like completing a checklist. Their skill was good, but the package as a whole lacked the extra touch you want in a relaxing massage.

My first massage in town after moving here. warm welcome and clean place. my therapist, Linda is amazing, she knows the best where to put pressure and relax your muscle. stiff neck and shoulder for me, it feels much lighten after my 1 hour massage session. the best thing is they open till 10PM, which is great option for after work to-go place. and they are open during weekend!

The ladies were nice but didn’t speak English. First off, they gave you a do and don’t check list which goes over in detail, what you like and don’t and all you previous medical info they’d need to know. I had a brain surgery which I put down, I also noted placed were if prefered to not be massaged. The fact that they completely did everything I checked off not to do means they don’t read it. This is extremely dangerous and makes me wonder if the masseuses are properly trained. Second, I don’t know if it’s the style of message but I feel bruised. Genuinely bruised I asked my mother to literally check for bruises Bc the pain is insane. I understand good pain I do, I get massages for my recovery and they do leave you sore, but not hurt... if that makes sense... Thirdly the “minimum” tipping of $15-30 is pretty ridiculous, it’s right in your face. If someone is paying all the money to get a massage they probably have enough to tip you. If you do a good job you’d get a tip, I have a feeling they weren’t getting tipped because of the quality massages they were giving so they put this up. The rooms themselves are nice, things were clean. The employees were kind but wouldn’t go again.

It was decent overall. But I'm not sure if I will return. Me and my girlfriend went to take advantage of a Groupon offer they had going. Upon walk in I had to chuckle at the MIDI quality music that was being played throughout the building. I was hoping for something a bit more natural if that makes any sense or for those that are familiar with MIDI, something not as synthesized. During our massages, the massage tables creaked and shook far more than our prior experiences at other places before this. I'm not sure if this is a standard but not something I've personally experienced before. The staff however was very nice and accommodating. No issues there. I only rate 3 stars in this case because I'm convinced there are better massage experiences in the Seattle area. If you get a Groupon definitely try it out. Otherwise I'd keep looking.
