Jackie was super accommodating, patient and overall did a great job and cut our son's hair exactly as we wanted. We had booked online and thought our appt was a week earlier than we had booked. She was able to accommodate us with no hassle. Highly recommend BP Salon and especially Jackie.

Superb experience piercing ears of my 7.5 month old infant.We were in and out in 15 minutes. They were ready exactly on time, explained the procedure and were so quick that before my infant registered what was going on she had her earrings. Thanks! Highly recommend. Very professional.

My 6y old daughter - Tanishqa was not ready to have a haircut as she loved her long hair. Mrs. Teresa convinced her that she won't cut more than a couple of inches. She loved her hair cut now and she wants the same hair cut every time. Mrs. Teresa was very friendly and helpful.

Shannel does an amazing job with both of my boys haircuts. My oldest has fine hair and she makes every haircut look good, with lots of care to get it just right. My youngest is difficult in the chair (he's 2) and she is so patient with him and never makes me feel bad when he is hard. She manages to get his hair done right every time too! My kids ask me to go to the salon.. they love the train, movies and personalized toy basket they get to play with during their haircuts. Great haircuts.. great place! Win, win!

It's about time I write a review. We have been customers for years now and we will never go anywhere else. We especially love Ms. Teresa (excellent with all ages and makes notes on what she does for the cut so she remembers exactly how it was cut for next time ) - my son will go to no one else. Ms. Shelley has cut my daughter's hair a number of times and is amazing as well. We have gone to other kid's salons and even to a high-end salon and every time I regret the decision. Thank you, Brat Pack Salon, for being the best in the business!

Love Brat Pack!!! Ms. Shelly is our favorite! We’ve been bringing our little guy for a while now and has always enjoyed his visits with her. She’s super patient and great at listening to what we ask for. The color and scented hair is always a plus. And, watching movies keeps him entertained. We visited Brat Pack salon today and my little kiddos came away with a big smile on their faces from their blue/green chalked cute haircuts and choice of lollipops. My older kiddo loved the short cut and styling of his hair as well as finding a Pokémon cartoon to watch while in the chair. For the little one, this is his requested place for a haircut and this mom is happy with the overall result for both boys.

They did an awesome job of piercing my daughter's ears. Really took care and pampered her. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is that afterwards my daughter was not feeling well, and was lying down in their party room. They rushed her out of there before she was steady on her feet again because they needed to set up for a party. I think they could have given her another 5 minutes. But they did call the next day to see how she was doing.

We love Teresa. She is an amazing stylist and can handle children that just hate haircuts. Our little guy was not cooperative for 13 haircuts and she stuck it out with us and was always happy, calm, and quick! Happy to say that at haircut #14, he did it without a tear. We were running late ( 8 mins for us but the policy is 10 minuet late window or you have to reschedule) and they got both kids done in 20 mins. The hair stylist were very good with both kids- even with our littlest first haircut! Great job!

The haircut was finished off with a sweet style, cute barrette, and pixie dust. Standard pricing for a kids salon, but worth the extra expense. We will be back.

Simply put, Miss Jackie is the total package. She is such a natural with kids and a seriously talented stylist that takes her time and ensures both kid and parent leave happy. Highly recommended overall though it is worth mentioning that $30 for a kids cut may be a bit steep for some of the more budget-minded families.

This is our third time here. My 3 year old son loved Miss Marnie. It was our first time with her. The first time we went here we had Miss Theresa and second time we had Miss Shelby. We had good experiences with all 3 of the stylist. My son can be rambunctious and quite difficult to deal with, so I was a little terrified that he wouldn't sit still or listen but he did well all 3 times we went here. They all did well with his haircut and was attentive to what I wanted. Will be coming back here.

The experience has always been positive and the stylists do a great job with the kids. It is nice to have someone who appears as if they enjoy what they do. My 3 year old had an great experience here with Shelby. First you choose your DVD, and then the kids get to choose what they want to sit in for their hair cut. It's welcoming, and they do everything to ensure your child has a good experience. Highly recommend Brat Pack!

My daughter really wanted a spa party to celebrate her 8th birthday and Brat Pack Kids Salon delivered! I stumbled upon this gem from a google search and I'm so glad we took a chance on it. Jackie and Marnie did an incredible job with our party of 8 girls! As they did the girls' hair and nails, they were totally engaged with them and made them all feel very comfortable. It was obvious that they enjoyed working with the girls as evidence by tons of smiles, laughter and giggles all around. The girls loved everything about the party! The hair, nails and makeup, the robes and tiaras, the pink lemonade in cool glasses. My daughter had the best birthday party ever, and I'm getting the same feedback from her friends. Really liked Miss Teresa! She stayed so positive with my 3 1/2 year old throughout the entire cut, which helped my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. Teresa also ensured the bob was done “right,” giving me words to describe my thinking, like stacked, inverted, and “taking weight off the back.” I’d forgotten to bring pictures with us, and she was kind and cool about everything... it means a lot to interact that way! We’ll definitely be back!

We took our daughter in for her ear piercing and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I love that they use two people to do the piercings simultaneously. While they spent a lot of time planning having that piece over almost before my daughter could register it was fantastic. She also loved the hair style, color, glitter AND scent. My kids love to come get their hair cut here. They love playing trains, watching a movie of their choice, picking a color and scent for their hair after the cut, and ending with a lollipop. The staff are all very nice and do a great job even while my 3 year old wiggles in the chair.

Miss Theresa is very good with little kids. My son had his first hair cut at 11 months with her and she was patient and calm while giving him a nice hair cut. She is especially good with curly hair, both my children have curly hair and they end up with lovely hair cuts. We had been going here for over a year, and had no problems. We had always been waiting for stylist to finish up with clients when arriving for appointments, and had no problem with that. It’s a kids place after all. We arrived for our most recent appointment 5 minutes late. Actually 4, and we’re told they had cancelled our appointment. For a kids place, I wish they had been a little more accommodating. Too bad, I guess now we have to find a new place to take the kids.

The designers are very patient to the kids, and they also keep good communications with the parents. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a kids haircut.

I've been taking my son here to have his hair cut by Shelley since he was one. Shelley is fast and adept at using her tools in the safest way possible around wiggly kids. She's patient, kind, very personal, and always gives a great haircut! She's done mine as well. Highly recommended! We've tried other places that do not specialize in kids, but it just doesn't compare.
