I absolutely loved it here!! The workers were extremely nice to me and I had great time. I know I'm a guy but I had a peticure and they did an amazing job,, it felt really good and I had soft legs for the whole week. overall, great place definitely would recommend !!!

I took my fiance there for a mani-pedi and her manicure was chipped on all ten nails in less than 12 hours. I paid for the premium pedicure with calf massage and mine was done before her basic Pedicure. It felt like they just saw an opportunity to rush. Went back to get a refund for the poorly done manicure and they refused to give a refund but said they would fix it. Didn't have much hopes for it being fixed properly since they botched it the first time she did give them the opportunity to fix it which they did a decent job at... Our question is why didn't they do it right the first time and then hassle us about a refund policy. Won't be returning

This company is doing some shady business practices and most likely illegal. I have gone to this salon several times and they do a pretty good job overall. My issue the last couple times has been when it's time to pay and give them a tip. If I have cash I give it to them. If I don't I added it to my credit card. One time the employee got pissed off for not getting a cash tips and when I thanked her she just walked off. The second time which was yesterday. The employees told me I could not tip with my card at all and that I could use there ATM. It seems to me that they are avoiding paying taxes which is silly because if I gave them 10.00s and they have to pay 25% they still pocket 7.50 but by not allowing customers to choose how they give them get 0 dollars. Also it's pretty rude to expect a customer to use the ATM in your business that the business is getting extra income from and the customers have to pay a fee. Yesterday, was the last time I will be in that salon. Time to find a new place. Good luck with the IRS.

Understaffed. I took my sister to get a manicure for her birthday. I had a appt and still had to wait 20 minutes to get seated. The guy doing my sister's nails was nice but not very thorough. The lady who did my nails was great and ended up finishing my sister's nails. Also only having the option to tip in cash was annoying because I didn't have cash and had to use the atm.

This service is terrible. Paint job was not smooth, there were visible gaps in painted surface, near cuticles. Pedi was super fast and not well performed.

This used to be one of the best places to come for a pedicure. However over the years Cami and her husband's business has slipped tremendously in customer service and quality. The salon has also become very dirty and unkept with little pride of ownership. Makes me sad.

Been going there since it opened. Brand new remodel. Beautiful. I side. Nice. Peaceful environment. I think more attention should be given on the pedicure itself, cutting of cuticles and filling of toenails, not. Just 3 swipes across the mail n calling it good. Leg n foot. Massage is. Wonderful

Never going back. Went in today to get my eyebrows lip and chin waxed. My eye brows look no different then when I went in there and she missed a number of hairs on my chin and lip. To top it all off she got wax in my head hair and didn’t even say anything about it. That was no fun to get out and I almost had to cut the chunk out of my hair. I used to like this place and I don’t know what happened but I will not be returning.

I've been here a couple times and I've left happy and pleased with the result. They have good customer service as well. Every worker greeted each customer as they walked in. Their prices are good, too. Only complaints (hardly a complaint) is that there are visible gaps with no color between my cuticles. I will probably mention this when I come back. Also, they tend to switch up nail techs. During my whole process, I had 3 different people working on my nails. While this didn't affect the end result, I prefer working with one nail tech as It's not convenient to repeat myself 3 times about what I'd like done.

Extremely busy place. I always felt rushed there, not relaxed. I had one gal that did my nails. Over time she became very rude to me. Another client even said to me, " she is treating you rude, & very unprofessional like." I never said or did anything to warrant her behavior. I actually would rate this place a minus 10.

I just went to get my nails done yesterday with my mom got a pedicure and manicure. The lady who did the pedicure was nice and friend did a good job. The lady who did my manicure had me leaving in frustration. I wanted to get a french tip with these sparkles and the design on their price sheet but it was not showing up at first so we were trying to get her to put white on under the sparkles so they would show up. She asked me about 4 times if I wanted sparkles and i only understood about 4 words of english from her. I finally just had to go step by step. She did all my tips white french manicure. Then I told her to put the sparkles on over that and she asked me again and again what I wanted. She brought over her boss who asked me yet again what I wanted and then left. The lady continued to do my fingers with the sparkles and globbed the sparkles on 4 fingers of my right hand. Then had her boss come over again and she asked me what I wanted again. I told her the design I wanted and she did it and asked what else. I said I wanted the sparkles over the white design so it matched and to put more gold on my other nails since none of them even matched at this point because the other hand barely had them on there. so she ended up globbing them on my other nails. By this point I was so frustrated and sick of being asked what I wanted to just get out of there. I had to pay more for what I got done to my nails. I sat and let my nails dry and As I was getting out of the chair I slipped a little because I had to put my feet down in the bucket to get out and there was still water in it. No one asked if I was okay or needed help. I then waited for my mom who was getting her eyebrows waxed. We then paid and left. I was sitting in the passenger seat and bumped my thumb on something I cant remember but a pocket of air or to much nail polish completely ruined half of my thumb painting. I didn't even care by this point because it was just the thumb and I could go get them painted again by someone else when the other ones started to come off. Low and behold I take a shower today and all but 3 of the nails had nail polish coming off. I did not scrub my fingers or do anything crazy with them besides wash my hair. It was my first time in there and I will never be going back.

Service was excellent! As a walk-in I waited maybe 15 minutes for my full set of acrylics and was there barely an hour ( which I like). The finished product was exactly what I wanted and expected it to be and definitely in my price range! I'll definitely be a return customer!

Walked in for a fill, they seemed a little busy but told me they could do it. Between 2 girls they did my fill really fast, for the quality $30 plus tip was a little much for a fast basic full. I think I'll stick to my place in bothel.

Wow!!! I am in love with this place!!! On the 17th I had a nail appt someplace else. They never showed and I was in a wedding!!!! I was 5 min away and looked up other nail salons. Blue Ocean Nail&Spa said... Come on in. I was in and out with the most BESUTIFUL NAILS AND A JOB OF EXCELANCE IN 35 MIN... I AM BACK TODAY, AS I AM GOING TO MEXICO, THEY WILL GET ME RIGHT IN AGAIN.
