This is the WORST experience I have ever had. Went in for a new set. The woman who was going to do my nails judged me from the start. She kept speaking to me in a rude tone for wanting my usual long stiletto nails, and kept trying to tell me that I probably couldn't afford the service, even after telling her money wasn't a problem for me. She scoffed and went on to talk smack about the fact I like having long nails. She seemed to almost try her hardest to not give me what I wanted because she didn't actually know how to do them properly long. I'm not a confrontational or rude person by any means but I am livid with how I was treated. She then was sarcastically and rudely asking me if the tips were to my liking. I said "yes they look great, maybe just a little skinnier at the at the base but they look good!" Even though honestly they were still too short I was trying not to sound picky or rude. She then looked at me and said "yeah yeah, after this you can just sit there while I do this because I AM the professional, I don't need you to tell me anything." I WAS AND STILL AM SO SHOCKED SHE SPOKE TO ME THAT WAY. I then told her I was leaving and offered to pay the nice gentleman at the front counter for the nail removal but he didnt charge me. Other than his kindness, this was just the worst experience I've ever had at a business. I'm a hairstylist and know you should NEVER talk to your customers like garbage. Hopefully something is done about this heartless rude woman. Went to L’amour Nails afterwards. Way better of service. Highly recommend.

Most of the negative reviews on here are by people who were RUDE complaining about receiving RUDE service. Newsflash: if you don't respect people's time, they won't respect yours. You show up 30 minutes before close without an appointment, request a service that will take at least an hour, and then complain about it?? Don't be a jerk! I've been going to this nail salon for almost 10 years and I've never had a problem of any kind. The place is ALWAYS clean, and Ty, Linda, and Vickie are always warm and friendly. Yes, their prices have gone up a little over the years, but that's normal, to keep up with the cost of living and doing business. They've expanded into other services that I haven't tried, but as a nail salon (manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, and Shellac/gel), I personally believe they can't be beat by anyone in a 25-mile radius. Just be respectful of people and their time, like you'd want to be respected, people!

Bad customer service. Did not go down to my cuticles for SNS nails. Shaped nails wrong according to what I asked. Refused to do design on nail.Quoted me one price, charged me much more. DO NOT GO.

I came here because my sister brought me. The staff was friendly but the work was not up to par. I received a full acrylic set on Thursday and by Monday, they were already lifting. Tuesday the nail broke and I have cracks in other ones I didnt see until I looked at them. Unfortunately I wont return because I at least expected 2 weeks out of them and didnt even get a week.

Very Disappointed!! This was the fastest pedicure I have ever had...I have had many...in and out in less than a 1/2 hour and the rate was very high for the service received!! I will NOT go back or recommend to friends..you can find much a better value.

I have been here before once and it was good. But this last time around I got a shellac manicure and the lady was rude. She didn't put the polish all the way to the end of my nail, so it started chipping off after 3 days. I am so upset.

Great place. Clean, fast, great nail work. I got a basic manicure and set under the heat lamp for 6 minutes and I was ready to go. Nice Hard nails fast. No need to avoid touching anything for two hours after. I was really pleased. $15.00 for the basic manicure. Great value, great results!

This place is comically atrocious . The lady got frustrated when asked to fix her rushed work but best part was told me she wasn't actually LICENSED and can't even do nails. Save your money ! these people are pathetic.

Friendly staff. I had a pedicure and was disappointed with the 'massage' it wasn't a massage at all, just a rub. The stuff they used smelled really good!!! She also didn't even get the dry skin off my feet, my own pumice stone does a better job. The lady doing the pedi next to me seemed like she did a better job and she was so funny! I think with a dif person it would have been much better. Salon was nice inside and quiet making it easy to relax.

I went here for 5 years. Linda was my go to girl for eyebrows. She burned me last month (pictures on their Facebook page in the review section) and this was not the first time she burned me... When I confronted her on the issues, she made it sound like it was my fault. She proceeded to ask me if I had taken ibuprofen that day, was taking any medications or on my period when I came in... She proceeded to tell me to remind her that I have sensitive skin and that she burned me... She should have tested the wax on herself FIRST, before applying it to my face, and this could have been avoided. This is what estheticians are taught to do. But she did not do this, and I should have said something to her immediately but she's the professional... I do not like how I was treated and will not be returning. Time to find a new eyebrow lady. :(

i requested a gel removal and manicure with no polish. arrived 40 minutes before close. they rushed the service. the manicurist left gel on the nail, did not buff the nail, and did not clean under nail. charged me over $20. sad to say it was a disappointing service, i do not recommend this salon.

Got a set of acrylics on Saturday and they were peeling up by Wednesday. When I went to get them fixed on Thursday, the first lady to “fix” my nails filed all 10 of them down (only 4 were peeling) and re-polished them (badly, I might add). I left only to turn around and come back, for all 4 nails still showed signs of peeling. The second lady (the one who originally did my nails on Saturday) refused to fix all 4- she offered to fix the one that was really bad. She insisted the other 3 showed signs of grow out, not peeling. THERE ARE BUBBLES on the edge of my nails- I know what I am talking about. I couldn’t keep my cool long enough for her to fix the ONE that was bad, so I left. I will be calling to request a refund, for this has been an absolute hassle and waste of my time.

This is a wonderful nail salon. My husband and I dropped in for pedis and were told we may have to wait because they had an appointment before us that was set to show uot. I was impressed with that right away because my experience in making a nail appointments elsewhere was pointless endeavor since others will just seat whoever comes in first. The gentleman working the floor and front knew all the customers which showed great client service and repeat customers. Our pedis were relaxing and fantastic. My husband works on his feet all day and his nail tech really spent time on his feet. Our polish looks silky smooth and my nail tech even tried on my sandals to see if they would ruin my pedi. Lots of customers in for the different spa services too. We will be coming here again (with an appointment!).

Nice place, good service...quality wasn’t so good. Got SNS dip which is about $40 a set.. normally it lasts me about 3+ weeks and about a week and it started chipping off. Disappointing (No I’m not one to show up last minute, I had an appointment so it wasn’t rushed)

I've been there a couple time, and went there again yesterday. Mistake. I just wanted to relax and get my nails done. I was so dissapointed when my appointment was over. While doing my shellac manicure tech kept digging her nail under my nail to clean up mess she was making, and still it didn't turn out clean, uneven color, uneven shape. Pretty bad job for $40 manicure. I will never go back.

We made appointments and there was actually an issue with mine but when I called they fixed it right away. We went in for standard pedicures and would absolutely go back. They were ready for us, spent about 40mins, weren't jumping around with other customers because there were enough people there to take care of everything. Everything for 25 bucks which is hard to find.

This place looks nice on the inside but the people are so rude and have no etiquette at all. I got ombré acrylic and it's patchy and not filled in all the way. The lady that was filing my nails was filing so hard that I had the natural instinct the keep jerking my hand and she says "calm down" "hold still", it's hard to hold still when it feels like you're ripping my nail off of my nail bed. Honestly it felt like she RUINED my nail beds. I have a nail that is completely sideways on my finger and asked her to straighten it out and she told me that my finger was crooked???? Like uhm excuse me make my nail straight with all the rest of the nails regardless if my finger is crooked or not (which it isn't). Do what the customer asks, If im paying $50 for you to do my nails I expect you to fix what I ask you to.

My favorite mani/pedi spot. Linda and Ty, the owners, are super sweet and put a lot of heart into this place which I think shows up in great customer service and most of the gals have worked here for 4+ years. Linda is my brow go-to too. Plenty of extra services I don't use (prob should). Seems like they're always open and have fit me in on short notice. It's kinda convenient that they're next to the oil change place because I can do auto AND personal maintenance at once.

My first visit. Went in for a signature pedi. I enjoyed it. The lady i had did not spend much time scrubbing my heels. Not much time scrubbing my feet at all with any tools. The foot/leg massage and scrub was nice. I was not introduced to my tech.... she did not tell me her name & i didnt notice a name tag.... on anyone! Overall a good experience.

The service was horrendous. I had to wait over 30 minutes even though I had scheduled an appointment. Once they finally got me sat and started, I asked for coffin shaped nails with medium length. The technician that was doing my nails laughed when I told her she had cut them too short and said something to the other technicians. Which was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had asked for her to remove them, to start over because they were not the length that I had asked for. Not only did she not acknowledge the error she had made, she also was going to charge me extra for removing the set.

My husband and I went here for our very first pedicure together and we had a fantastic time especially with the massage chairs. The two gals we had were so friendly and did great work! I was so happy with the way my feet felt and my painted toes were so cute that couldn’t stop starring at them. We just got the standard pedicure, my husband got the men’s pedicure.

I won’t come back. The place was dirty, they didnt even dust off the station were I sat to get my nails done. The employees used profanity when talking to each other, and they talked to each other in their language the entire time I was getting my nails done. I felt ignored.

This is the best salon in the North end. The bottom line is you get what you pay for. Their OPI gel manicure is $40, and it is the bomb. . .if you choose OPI you get ALL OPI products - same with the Shellac. They even use the OPI lights if you choose OPI. This way you KNOW it is all meant to work together. I've had "Shellac" done before ($30), and they ALWAYS file my nail-bed to get the polish off --NOT AT BLISS. They soak in special (OPI brand for me of course) remover, and 98% of the polish wipes off. The rest she removes with a smooth metal cuticle pusher. NO FILING! So NO damage to my nails! Plus she gets all the tightness out of my hands and doesn't hack off my cuticles. Worth every penny - thank you Linda D! You are the BEST!
