The lady giving the pedicure had about as much energy as a bored tired housewife. My "classic" 1/2 hour massage was 5 minutes and I may as well have just said skip it and threw some paint on myself. I got nothing for my time and money. Very disappointing. If your staff get tired by noon, trade them out. Not good business for it to be a gamble if I will get what I pay for or not. Wasted my time and money and given that I consider this service a luxury, I feel very let down.

Nail technicians you actually want to talk to... never had that before!! Customer service was the best I've ever had at a nail salon. I don't ever give bad reviews, but I went there today for the first time, got French on both mani and pedi, the shellac on my thumb is alreasy chipping and after I got home realized that on one of my toes she literally did the white trim for my french half way down on my nail, it looks like one of my toe nails is about 1 mm, it looks pathetic, the 2 ladies that helped me rushed thru it, the sides are all with missing nail polish, just awful, going to a wedding tomorrow and very, very upset, and it was prerty expensive, too.

I got a French pedicure and it was pretty good. The lady I got wasn't super attentive to detail but she did a good job with the pedicure. The massage could have been better, they did great on the legs but not so much the feet. Their options for how "luxurious" you want your visit to be are great. I'll probably go for a manicure but I'm hesitant to go for a pedicure again. They are conveniently located but the prices are high so I'm still on the fence about this place. My mother came with me and waited 25 minutes for her pedicure to even begin. They gave us 10% off for the wait but then we had to go back because her lady forgot the pink lacquer and top coat. They fixed it for free as soon as we went back.

My friend went in for a pedicure. It's hot out. She was wearing shorts. She has 2 very well done tattoos on her legs (not derogatory at all, just beautiful pieces of art). She was told by the employee to cover up her tattoos. This embarrassed my friend to tears. What kind of stuck up place thinks that they can say this to a paying customer? It's not some fancy restaurant, it's a freaking nail shop.

Quite nice inside. The woman stepped on my foot though immediately after painting them and ruined them. She would then intermittently bend under the manicure table to fix them layer by layer in between doing my fingernails. Very awkward.

I went there for waxing last weekend. I have excessive hair growth due to hormonal imbalance. They were very rude and very much inconsiderate to me. They were pulling my hair off and while I was in pain, they made fun of me.They are there for a providing service and have no rights to comment on somebody's personal problem's and make fun of them. If they are serving in America they should understand that this country has people from different nationalities and they might have different genes. Even after telling them they are prviding bad service they didn't bother. Customer service is very bad too. I would never go to this place again!

Nice place. That is about it. Full set of acrylic look terrible and I don't know what to do about it. I asked her for the length of what her nails are and almond shape. She made them long and pointy. I figured she would shorten them as she shaped them, nope. She said it was too late to change the shape. I figured the shape would be something different… Still left long, even though I asked her to shorten them They looked ok when left but, as we all do, afterwards we all look at them closer later. Different shapes, not even close to what I was looking for. If you want to go here, I would try to go during the week. I won't be going back... Rude service · Unfriendly atmosphere If they want to redo this mess for free or at nice discount then maybe.

During my last visit the gal did a really poor job on the polish for my pedicure. it was very sloppy and uneven. I called the next day to see if I could get the polish redone and was told that I would have to pay for it. I think that if the job was not done correctly the first time than they should at least repaint the nails for free.

Beautiful salon, but the lack of quality totally takes away from the “luxury experience” they try and provide. My manicures and pedicures are very sloppy, always. Acrylics are always too thick and the nails are always different shapes and lengths. Won’t be going back. Bummer.

I have never written a review before however my experience at this salon was just bad overall. It started with some not so great customer service and a guy who worked at the nail salon taking pictures/videos of my friend and I. The overall experience there was quite uncomfortable which is a shame because the salon itself is quite nice. The quality of the nails is also really not good, my acrylics are already lifting after less than a week of having them.Overall, I just wouldn't recommend visiting this business.

I have given this location several chances because it’s convenient however after multiple instances of their poor customer service I refuse to return to this nail salon. The quality of service is inconsistent and rushed yet they continue to raise their prices. One time appointments were made for three of us women to go for the same treatment they serviced two of us and made our friend wait for 45 minutes despite us all having appointments with no apology. This last visit the lady doing my nails told me how much tip she wanted when we saw me pull out cash to pay and then stood there and waited for me to give it to her In that amount, I was appalled by this customer service. Also this was only after I sat there while she told me she disliked the customer sitting next to me a refused to do her nails the entire time she was doing mine. I will no longer use this salon, they seem to have forgotten they are in a customer service industry due to there luck of staying busy simply because they are in a convenient location.

I have been to this place two times the first was with a friend's my nails and toes turned out ok but she was unhappy with both. The second time I went alone. I was there over an hour before closing for a fill and pedi. Rebecca was rude to me about being there "so close to close". I work right down the street got off and raced there. I asked if there was enough time I was told yes by the front desk and was seated. Rebecca came over she was chewing food in my face, gave me a hard time about there only being an hour before close, asked me for a tip and when she wasn't happy with the tip she didn't earn already was even worse to me, she intentionally got even sloppier after that the color and clear coat don't match up and the color discolored after a day. I have had some bad customer service and I have had some bad Mani pedis but this was the worst of both. I have never written a negative review but I just couldn't let this go. This place is expensive and the work is shotty at best. I went here off of a refferal and would never go back. On top of how bad the Polish and fill job in only two days I needed another fill. Don't go here save yourself the money I can think of other places I would rather give my business. I work hard and I'm sure all of you do to.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When you walk in its very luxurious but when I sat down to get my nails done I got the worst service possible. First off I don't know any place that charges you to get a different nail shape than square. I wanted almond nails and when she was done filing (before the actual powder went on) she asked if it was the right shape and it was coffin. I had to type in "almond nail shape" into my phone and show her what it looked like. Every other nail place I've been to has known exactly what I'm talking about and has delivered on those expectations. The shape in the end was fine. But I wanted a pokeball (very simple design if you look at it) on my ring finger and the rest painted black. I showed her the design I wanted and she asked me to explain it to her. I pointed at the 2 nails in the picture that had the same design on it and she pointed to every other nail on the picture instead of the one I was pointing at to begin with. I wouldn't come back or recommend it to anyone. I wanted to come in and relax and get my nails done and not tell someone how to do their job.

I have come in here about 3 times.. the first two times were great! They have a slushy machine and drinks for everyone. I got my prom nails done here and the lady helped me get a better deal for a cheaper cost and they looked amazing. But the last time I went In there the lady was rude, Barely talked to me and did a half ass job also it was crazy expensive. You never know what your going to get when you go in. I got a shellac acrylic set put on a week & two days ago. It was $50. I still have sores from where she cut me while grinding my nails. My shellac is already chipping. There are different thicknesses on every nail, some are thick some are thin. I can usually go three weeks to a month without getting a fill, but I am going to need to go in today because of how many nails are popping up already. Save your money & go some place else.

I went in for a luxury pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails for my wedding day. I had heard mixed reviews so I went in a little cautious. I loved the pedicure and how my nails turned out...I had a picture of what I wanted and they did just that. There was some difficulty in communicating with my nail artist but we survived. I did request a couple people when I made my appointment (based on reviews on here) they said one would be available but on the day of my appointment they were not. It worked out but if you want a certain artist you will have to really stay on top of it. All in all I plan to go back.

This was my first time here, and I must say, I am beyond impressed! As soon as I sat down I was offered a beverage and a wide selection of colors and mani pedi options. Location was absolutely spotless with beautiful atmosphere. Tracy, my artist, was such a sweetheart. She was kind, attentive, thorough with both my massages and the toe nail art she did for me. She made sure I was comfortable at any given time and that towels/water etc was never too hot. She was gentle during the exfoliation massages as to not hurt my sensitive skin. All around really amazing experience. This is now my go to salon!

I have been coming here for a few months I typically get either a manicure or a pedicure. I've had a great experience every time and am happy with how my nails look and feel after. I have even referred my mom (who lives farther away) and she has had a similar experience. I have made appointments, and walked in, both are easy to do. My most recent experience I was getting a manicure for an upcoming work presentation, and had my four month only son with me. During my manicure, he woke up from his nap and became quite fussy. I was very embarrassed, but one of the available technicians came sat down at the chair next to me and held him, which immediately calmed him down. I was very grateful for the kindness and understanding. I would definitely recommend!

I went in with my bestie, she just had to put her cat to sleep whom she had 16 years. So we wanted to relax and have a girls day. It started well we filled out out Information on what we wanted the guy upfront very patient and kind explained the different options and we decided on getting pedicures and a dip. Which neither of us had done before. So they bring us tea and soak my nails off which I wasn't told i would have to do because I normally get an acrylic overly. So wasn't thrilled so the guy Van must not like his job or like feet because her rubbed my calf in the same spot the whole time didn't rub my feet at all i work 6 days a week on my feet throwing freight at a grocery store so I really was looking forward to that. He just stained out the window and said nothing while rubbing the same spot I thought to myself is my leg telling you it needs to be rubbed right there because it is starting to hurt. So I politely sat there. Waiting to get my nails done. Hoping that it would be someone else. NOPE, SURE WASN'T..... i never write reviews but my nails are so bumpy and 4 are cracked 2 broken completely and I have had them less than a week.... they guy giving my friends pedicure was amazing. Did van not realize that we were friends and im watching someone get 100% better service and we paid for the exact same thing and I started after her and was done way before her..... the only thing I liked is my friend was treated way better than I but for 200$ plus tip. NO WAY WORTH IT AT ALLLLLL

I love coming here for pedicures so I thought I would get a full set for my birthday since my regular nail tech was booked. Sad to say my high hopes for having beautiful birthday nails was shot down quickly. The woman who did my nails let me know several times throughout my service how much she hated doing nails! All while doing a very rush job and making my fingers bleed. On top of that I watch the cleanliness of how this nail tech kept her implements after she had already used them on my nails! Not ok! My nails are now throbbing in pain, uneven after I asked her several times to fix, my cuticles look ruffed up and dry, no care was put into this service at all. I am highly disappointed and upset to say the least! I hope I don’t get an infection after this experience honestly. I was given a discount by the front desk. Even she said she wouldn’t want these nails! But it was not enough. I wouldn’t pay a dime for these. I work in the beauty industry and this is just sad and so disgusting. My regular nail tech was horrified and moved things around thank God to fix them for my birthday. I will not be back to Bella’s for nails again.

my acrylics looked great! ... for about 5 days. i’m no expert on acrylics but i’m pretty sure acrylics are supposed to last for about 3 weeks. after 7 days of having my acrylics, the only nail that is still on is one of my pinkies. i’m extremely disappointed that i spent nearly $40 for not even a week of acrylic nails. it only took 5 days for the nails to start falling off and the sixth day nearly every single one of them fell off.

I called and was able to make an appointment for 30 minutes from then, which was what I was hoping for. I have only ever had 1 manicure before, but had seen a friend’s nails a few days prior, and she had explained that they were SNS powder dipped nails. They were lovely, so I decided to try to find a place to get mine done like hers. I found this place by looking at reviews online, and they’d gotten pretty good reviews. I knew absolutely nothing about anything and didn’t know terminology, but the young man at the front desk was very helpful and together we figured out what I wanted. My nail technician’s name was Nancy, and she spent about an hour with me. I didn’t know what to expect about anything, having never done this before, but Nancy was efficient, attentive, and we chatted easily and joked once as she was working on my nails. She was very nice and did excellent work. I highly recommend her and this place in general! It cost $42 for SNS powder-dipped nails with the fake tips.

I have never made an appointment and able to walk in with little to no wait to receive service. The manager is always present and offering drinks. He pitches in to get customers started when they are very busy. I have been there 4 times so far and intend to continue. I have been helped by Tony twice and another lady twice who I can't remember her name. (My suggestion is employees wear name tags as it is helpful) both times the young lady helped me, she seemed rushed, cut a cuticle both times, did not massage my upper arms, and did not get the shellac all the way to the cuticle. The shape and length was ok but I am not sure how to tell her exactly what I want. Tony, however, always does a phenomenal job and I always leave smiling! He always gets the length and shape perfect as well as giving the best forearm massages with a smile and engaging his customers. He also helps advise on quality products as well as his professional opinion on what colors look best with your skin tone. I will be booking appointments with Tony from here on out!

I have been coming here for a few years now. It's true, sometimes you get someone who is just "riding the clock" and not all interested in quality service, but they don't last long. I have learned that the core group of employees truly care about the work and take an interest in ensuring the customer is happy. I'm not going to say who my favorite is because she already has a very full schedule, but if you ask for someone who has been there a long time you should get great service.

I assumed I’d get great service looking at the salon when I entered - a pretty fancy place. The woman who did my nails was very pleasant to talk to, but the nails aren’t up to par- it doesn’t look like a professional did it and there are a few fine cotton strands stuck within the nail polish. What annoyed me was the behaviour of the receptionist. She didn’t care to look at me for atleast 3-4 minutes when I entered coz after she was done taking payments from others, she kept speaking to another customer. Courtesy calls for atleast a “hello, I’ll be right with you soon.” The most annoying part being after I was done, I told her that I got a cut from the tweezer pulling my cuticles on the side and there’s slight bleeding by the side of my nail. She said, “oh, it’s okay”. It’s been almost a day and I still have slight pain when I press the finger or when the skin touches a surface or my clothes. All this discomfort caused by an unnecessary manicure that hardly ever should go bad. Not sure I’m going back in again.

You are offered a beverage while you get your pedicure and other spa treatment. This place is very affordable, without sacrificing service, quality or decor. My wife and I have been here several times and we will continue to come for the great service , the hospitality and a great value.
