Awesome place, I always feel super relaxed and welcome here. Their pools and saunas are really nice!

Sesha Hanson-Drury

First time at a bath house and left feeling refreshed and restored. The facility is very clean and well organized for a relaxing few hours of steam and dry heat, as well as a cold/salt/hot water. Take advantage of the Wednesday special, $30 before 2 PM!

kate vrijmoet

This is my favorite place to relax and now that I don’t live in Seattle, I make every excuse to come back and use their facilities. Great atmosphere and a real sense of community. Go for the 50 minute honey and salt scrub.

Nugget & Sophia

Amazing. So lifted. I appreciate the space that’s created here to relax and unwind.

I went solo - I'd suggest going with someone. Everyone was very friendly, and social, but I felt a little out of place by myself. Also, bring a couple water bottles if you intend to use the sauna I lot. I brought a huge water bottle and had to refill it at a small water fountain. 40 dollars to "use the facilities". i.e. No massages or salt rubs or whatever. Hot tub - comfortable, a little small. As I alluded to early, hopping into the crowded tub by myself into a crowd of talking people was slightly awkward. Wet Sauna - Amazing. Tons of steam. Very comfortable. I forget the temperature - but nothing insane. I'm a novice sauna user but I enjoyed three rounds of about fifteen minutes each. Dry Sauna - This sounded a lot hotter than the wet sauna. From the name, I assume there is no steam. I thought it might be too hot for my first time. Cold tub - This is like the opposite of a hot tub. A tub of water that is really cold. The idea is you use a sauna to over heat, then hop into the ice cold tub. Salt water tub - Pretty self explanatory. About room temperature - Not sure what the point is. The showers here were amazing too. Lots of pressure. Really hot water. All told, I don't think it was quite worth the price - but it was a pleasant experience and I left feeling quite relaxed.

Great, clean, afternoons are relaxing!

Karen Stair

The staff are super nice, even with a big group of eight during a busy day. The facilities are clean and fun.

Rebecca Hamilton

It was my first time in any sort of a bath house and it was fantastic.

Chris Edmonds

Highlights for me are the super hot dry sauna and the ice bath plunge pool. This spa is the gold standard.

Tina Truong

Unfortunately, this is the smallest bath house I’ve been to and most expensive for what is given. However, it is clean and does the job. Has about three small pools and one sauna. When I say small, it’s pretty small (especially the hot pool. It also has a lounge upstairs to rest. Overall, my experience here is neutral, more on the disappointed side. The price is pretty expensive in comparison to other bath houses.

Andrey Ruzhin

This is Amazing Place! Always feel refreshed next day especially after PARILKA AND VENIK!! There massages are great too, the best way to relax and reduce stress!

Always good to be at Banya 5.

My Saturday night began at 7:30 and ended at 11. I received a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was lovely! My massage therapist was very professional and gave me a variety of tips on where to go for great food as well. She explained anything I asked her about in depth. Thank you Carrlee Porter! Before and after the massage, I went in to the hottest sauna I've ever set foot in, (240 degrees) to the coldest pool,(44 degrees) followed by a salt pool. Submerging my entire body in the freezing water is an experience I am so elated I did. I was encouraged by friendly people too. A superb bath house indeed. Here's the little routine I learned at the bath house: Sauna, ice bath, salt water float and REPEAT. The steam room & hot tub were also amazing amenities!

David Ho

Pretty expensive. Tiny hot tub Only 4 different things: steam room, sauna, hot tub, and a warm tub (don't know what to call it)

Wesley Corbin

Very hot sauna!

Kevin Dibble

Can't wait to go back!

Fedor Vasilchikov

Pricey but good. Can get a little crowded at times too.

Russ Morgan

Give yourself a few hours to enjoy this place. For first timers don’t be afraid to ask for a quick run through of the layout. If you don’t want to be ‘social’ check out the bather count online before you go. When it shows high you should be prepared to rub shoulders with other bathers in the hot tub especially. This isn’t a negative, keep in mind some people go specifically for this experience. Hottest sauna I’ve ever experienced. Walk straight out and jump into the cold plunge pool. Brrrrr. Locker rooms are clean. Few chairs upstairs to chill out mid session.

Alexandra Gore

Okay place to unwind in Seattle. Facility is mostly clean, guests often have rather loud conversations while in the sauna and other areas which is disruptive for those trying to get some quiet time in. Facility can get quite crowded, and I feel they don't cap attendance as quickly as they should - prioritizing profit$ over experience.

Lawrence Fosnick Davis

How can you not love this place?

Kellyn Westra

Always great

Heath Mckinley

I dont even know what to say....best bath house and incredible massage therapists. Jen dose thai massage. Ill be back weekly

Britanee Hudson

What dreams are made of. Truly my favorite place on the planet. The facility is CLEAN and comfortable. The steam room, ice bath, and salt water float are beyond compare. Make sure to check out the tea and stretch/nap room upstairs. This place is worth the price and makes for the perfect day.

Agatha Burdonova

Great spa place with two steam rooms. Come here regularly to relax and wash all the troubles off. =)

Joe V

Stephi

A great place to unwind. Enjoyed switching from hot steam room to cool pools. Had an amazing cranial sacral message

Seth Miles

Always relaxing and thoroughly cleansing. Wish the locker room was a bit bigger, can get crowded

Nicholas Beaudrot

Gets busy on weekend, so when you should go depends on if your want to socialize a bit or have complete peace and quiet. But you can always bring a book!

UCL Ambrose

I like the spa service for the steam room, sauna and pools. Great staff! Great price.

Randy Meyerson

Erika Yamasaki

Very relaxing and the staff is friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the cold plunge which complimented the sauna and steam rooms very nicely.

Blake Partridge

Nice place for relaxing w/ parilka (sauna), steam room, hot tub, tepid pool, and cold plunge. Facilities are clean and well maintained. My only issue is that it's on the smaller side (small tepid pool, single small hot tub, etc) compared to other Banyas (e.g. SF's Archimedes) and entry is a flat fee (vs hourly) so it gets very crowded easily and it kind of kills the relaxation vibe. At least they have a bather count to let you know about it.

Kenneth Balla

Very small, very crowded and very expensive. Doesn't offer traditional Russian banya experience such as venik. Must wear swimming clothes the whole time because America.

jay G

Varun Jain

Overall a great experience. I went there for a spa day with massage and a facial. Wonderful staff. Could be confusing to move around and know where to wait for your massages at first. Great areas to hang out and play games with tea and flavored water. Hot and cold pools definitely helps detoxify!

Rishi Sachdeo

Had never been to a place like this before and was really happy I came on a whim. The staff is super friendly, and beyond that even the other guests were very welcoming. It's a fun community and the members all seem to get along great. You can go and relax alone or make small talk and get to know other guests as you please, and the staff is always happy to help or answer any questions. Just using the spa area is great, but the extra services are really amazing and totally worth it. I hadn't felt this relaxed in a long time. The variety of treatments is great and the spa features are also pretty comprehensive, with a 240 degree sauna/parilka, eucalyptus steam room, hot tub, warm salt tub, and a really cold tub for after the sauna. Definitely going to get a membership here now.

Penny Royal

Well maintained anew without feeling too glitzy. This spa is very welcoming.

Abram Thau

So, so nice

Charles Ellis

Russian style spa in Lake Union. Aside from great facilities they also have amazing services including massage therapy and salt scrubs.

Wayne Levinson

Great Russian spa... Get the 50 min scrub

Annie O

Really clean common area, pools, locker rooms. My massage with Ty was incredible, one of the best I've ever had. Overall, impressed and highly recommended.

Zakkry Endicott

I love it here! Clean friendly beautiful relaxing invigorating. Get a banya scrub.

Andrea Maria Roth

Coming from Europe - this is as good as a sauna can get in Seattle. I still hope that one day there will be a sauna with a nice view and direct access to the lake/sound where you can cool off after the sauna session. Seattle is surrounded by water, why is there no sauna at the water?

Cwold Cwold

Super cool place. Good looking people, very friendly staff, never felt pretentious, clean and overall amazing experience.

thai karl

Wonderful place. Super hit sauna, three levels of seating so you can sit where your comfortable. Nice steam room. Small hot tub, salt bath and cold bath (I never go for that one.) Modern tile and soft lighting. Staff are always pleasant. They have massage and other treatments, but way above my pay grade. You might have to over hear discussions about people’s tech business, but the clientele are generally friendly. Beats going to the fitness club. If you can afford it, go for it.

Chris Forbes

Just go. Wonderful staff, facilities, small community.

Josh Sulkers

Massage was good but the environment felt a little crowded and wasn't relaxing. It was clean and organized but not the kind of mellow place I wad hoping for.

Jesse Gebhardt

Awesome place to relax in the city

Donna Jarvis-Miller

Brian Conner

Really great spa! The facility is clean and the staff are super friendly, helpful and gave a great overview when I walked in. I was a little nervous for some reason having never been, but that disappeared immediately. My signature massage was awesome. I didn't know I had pain in some of the spots Crystal affected, but am super grateful! Thank you again - I would highly recommend to a friend!

Hugh Jass

Great little Spa, crowded but for good reason. Free from creepy pervs too.

Lauren Valdez

Great place to pamper yourself and relax! Bath house has steam and dry saunas, hot tub, ice bath and saltwater bath. There is also a lounge upstairs to relax out of the water. You can also purchase other massage and treatments for additional costs.

Chris Drynan

America's ultimate hydrotherapy experience.

Amit Finegold

It's a very nice place, clean and well kept. My only issue is with the jacuzzi - the stone inside the jacuzzi is very coarse. When I went in I accidentally bumped my knee into the jacuzzi step and it scratched my skin to blood :-\

Kristen Barnard

Such high quality estheticians. I felt great after my services.

AV Goodsell

Overall, wonderful place for a long soak and even better spa services. I'm only giving 4 stars since $40 is a steep admittance just for the pools and sauna. In addition, the place isn't very big. Pros: -Very clean, modern space -Attentive staff once you get in the pool area -Well kept space and very clean, with attendants clearing out towels and washing the space -The spa packages are worth it! Plus no need to pay extra admittance fee -They have a nice and quiet tea lounge and yoga/nap area upstairs - They provide pretty much what you need - robe, sandals, locker + key, plus two towels Cons: -Extremely busy on weekends and can be loud -Pools are crowded then...pretty tiny for that many people. If you are looking to relax without being in the middle of someone's conversation, go another evening -Again $40 seems pretty high admittance. I think it would be more reasonable at $30-$35 Like I mentioned above, go for the spa services and on a weeknight!

Emett Scabassi

At first I thought it was going to be expensive, but after my visit I am 100% satisfied with my experience and will be a returning customer. I got an hour long massage from Carly, and it was incredibly relaxing. She did an amazing job and worked out every sore/tense spot i had from head to toe. The staff was friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and easy to use.

Brian Retford

My favorite place in Seattle

Keith Busch

Get the salt scrub!

Hahn Rossman

Hottest sauna in the west! Also just a great place with friendly folk

Patrick Good

This is a great banya! Even when it is "full" it feels very busy spacious. The attendants are very helpful.

Brian W.

Great spa experience! The cold plunge was exhilarating. The other patrons were friendly too. Immaculate facility.

Angela Kramer

I just wasn't that impressed with this place for the price. The sauna is nice but the pools are small and can get crowded/loud. The massage was decent but not any better than the cheaper massage I can receive from Elements. We were told when we made the appointments there would be small snacks available, but all they had was jam with nothing to put it on. They had tea to drink but it was luke warm at best. The place was clean and their sauna and steam room are bomb but $40 is too much.

Loomis Hamilton

I've never been more relaxed than when I leave here. The sauna is perfect, and the cold tank is miserable while being incredibly relaxing. I make it a goal to go at least monthly. With chronic insomnia, my best nights of sleep are after a trip to Banya

Kevin Chung

Very clean facility with a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Alexander Matviychuk

Great place to unwind. The facility is clean and has a friendly staff. A bit small and can be pricey, but as good as it gets in Seattle for this type of thing.

Ian Ockerby

Be warned there is no parking anymore and you have to use the street parking which is a nightmare

Rocky Yeh

Anthony Jonas

An integral part of my existence.

Amanda Deen

Incredibly small with only 3 small jacuzzi-sized pools (2 are cold), 1 sauna and 1 steam room. Only 6-8 ppl permitted at a time. For $45 I was so disappointed. Gets very crowded quickly. My locker was covered in hair and hair was piling up in the ladies shower. I’ve been to several bathhouses and this was the worst one by far.

Alex Gall

Been going here over 10 years!

Whitney Jones

The man behind the counter was very rude. I will never come back to this business again. There is informing your customers courteously when theres a misunderstanding and then theres just flat out being disrespectful. Very disappointing. I went there to join a friend with my kid who's 9yrs old for a spa day. My friend and I were both under the impression that children were ok to bring since there was no specification on the website of age limits that either of us saw. The man regarded me and stated "No children allowed under 13 yrs". I conceded "Oh. I didnt know that" and explained there wasnt advertisement on their website regarding age limits and I was met with a condescending attitude "Well I'm telling you now. No children under 13 allowed". He was brash and sharp in his delivery. Feeling shamed and embarrassed I left with no intention of ever returning. That is not how you handle a situation like that. Especially when your customer was only trying to explain how they misunderstood the policys. It was an opportunity and it was squandered on poor customer service and bad attitude. I've never been to spa before, but I'll never go to this one again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Ambrose Sterr

A rich and heady spa, with steam and dry saunas, a cold pool, a salt pool, and a hot tub. The scrubs are great, and the spa itself is both relaxing and intense - I often feel like I've had a solid workout after a couple hours of it, but it's way more fun than the gym.

Marissa Boyd

Corey Hempfling

Hot, cold, hot, cold! So good

Mark Madigan

Great place, getting more expensive

David Terry

This is a must visit in Seattle. My wife and I have been coming here for years when we visit Seattle and have always enjoyed the clean facilities and the unique experience that banya has to offer. If you are looking to relax it's a perfect stop.

Casey Hunt

Banya 5 spa is a great place to relax and rejuvenate! I went there with my wife and some friends a few weeks ago. We decided to go on a Wednesday night after work because they said it is not as busy as the weekend. We were all tired after a busy day at work and we all had to get up early the next day; so we thought we would go for an hour and then call it a night. The dry sauna, cold bath, and the other amenities they have there were so refreshing and rejuvenating we ended up staying there until 11:00 and then we went out to Umi for some sushi (that was great too!) and were still mentally alert by the time we made it home around 1:00. We all felt great after our time there and the feeling lasted for quite a while. I would recommend Banya 5 to anyone who wants a fun, relaxing, and refreshing experience. We are making plans to return as soon as possible.

Anthony Robinson

Clean, friendly and relaxing. A perfect destination!

Andrew M

Adrienne Follett

Make sure you go when it is not crowded- check the online bather count or go when it opens at 10am.

Damon Holzer

I'm so glad I discovered this place years ago. It's definitely for the serious spritzer/spa goer, but welcomes newcomers as well. There's a community vibe that isn't often replicated in commercial establishments, which is a cool thing to find. Hottest room is usually around 240F, so they're not joking around!

Ryan Young

Amazing, it's a must if you have not gone!

Co

seemingly trash people run the place that don’t treat other people with respect

Andrew Zuanic

My favorite place to relax, meditate and stretch

Jared Mulhair

Seattle's best banya, hands down!

Katie Helgesen

Very relaxing. The steam room, sauna, cold plunge and spa were so therapeutic and relaxing. Clean facility.

Sergey Yatsenko

Jason Steblay

Spa and sauna are great, but prices are too steep to make it a regular thing.

Veronika Angelina Gudiyeva

Birthday deal! Love this spot and the guest counter on their website! but wish they offered a value discount for ‘happy hour’ or a Groupon price deal but i know I know, why should they if they can charge more, they’re so popular.

Mihai Petriuc

Lboogie M

Love this place!!!

Stephanie Light

I'm a believer. There are several saunas and pools, the idea is that you heat up slow and cool down fast. There's also tea service upstairs, and a variety of massage and spa treatments. I had a 50 min massage that was wonderful. The people here are typically all very friendly, very approachable and nobody is on their cell phones!! Facility is very clean with great finishes. The staff is wonderful and helpful as well.

Richard McKinney

Greatest all-around experience!

Rel

Wowee!

Paula Mohammed

The Banya 5 is a great place for a scrub and massage. The prices are so good and the scrub and massage are the best I've had. I love that they also wash your hair and massage your scalp. I love to relax in the clay spa where you can actually take a small nap and rest. It's fun to come with friends and spend the day together and then grab lunch afterwards.

Piam Kiarostami

The only game in town.

Ellis Beckwith

Hot tub, steam room, cold rinse, sauna, cold plunge, tepid pool, warm rinse, repeat. Perfect way to shed the stress.

Chris Brennan

Very unique space in the middle of SLU. Took me 4 years of waking by to stop in but so glad I did. Very relaxing atmosphere and great place for a reset

Alex M

Extremely overpriced. Yucky, foamy, chlorinated water. Crowded. The pools are either too hot, too cold, or freezing. You are forced to migrate between them to keep warm or keep from boiling alive. Full of bros. Some of the rudest staff I've ever dealt with. Save your money.

Suzi Pratt

If you're looking for an urban oasis to keep your mind and body healthy, look no further than Banya 5. This reasonably priced urban spa offers steam rooms and Turkish baths of varying temperatures to relax and open your senses. Price includes access to all amenities including a secure shower and locker room, as well as a quiet tea room. Extra services such as body scrubs, mud wraps, and massages are available at an additional cost. Open late until 11pm, Banya 5 also offers a day time discount for early birds.

Grace Gravestock

Enjoyed connecting with some great people, enjoyed a relaxing massage and especially the multiple saunas, salt water and cold plunge.

Michael Natkin

This is the cure for the winter blues in Seattle. Go warm yourself in the hot tub, sauna or steam room, and then jump in the cold pool. Repeat. You'll feel amazing. Pretty space, well run, and you can also get massages, salt scrubs etc. Bring your bathing suit.

Ryan Hung

Banya 5 was more than what we expected. My wife and I stopped by for our first time for her birthday yesterday evening. We were promptly greeted by Jessica. Subsequently she coached us on their modus operandi and how to go about using their facilities, which were clean, enjoyable and relatively quiet, even with the 45-or-so bodies inside. Glad the price point seems to keep some people out as this place is already very popular which is very easy to see why. Will be back for their services and to enjoy their clean facilities. Highly recommended.

Edward M.

Had a great experience on a Sunday night with some friends. Very clean all around, great tea, awesome sauna and pools. Slept like babies that night :)

P. Kahn

What a great experience. Went with my wife and adult daughter and had an awesome experience. Service is top notch and even though we shared the facility with quite a few other people, it didn't feel too crowded. We did it all - cool pool, hot spa, steam room, dry sauna (very hot) and cold plunge and then cycled thru a couple of times. We also enjoyed some quite time upstairs with our books, just chillin' and hanging out rehydrating with the supplied lemon water. Locker room is a little small but ample. I felt like the place was very clean and look forward to going back.

Sean Cohen

love this place!

Molly Mullins

Very nice facility- high class guests and full service employees.

Andreas Laeubli

Would recommend. The setup of the Spa has not changed for years, but it is still in good condition and allows good for some relaxing hours. Because they monitor the number of entrants closely there is never a crowded atmosphere wich is awesome and lets you forget about the waiting periode during the holidays.

Michael Kunz

I cannot compare this place to its local competitors since I have not yet visited any other day spa in Seattle. But in my opinion a visit to Banya 5 is not worth the steep price. The interior appeared somewhat cramped, with almost no natural light and few amenities. There is a tiny hot tub fitting 5 people sitting close to one another, a rather unimposing pool containing tepid salty water, a small ice cold pool, a steam room, and a sauna with benches so small that you can hardly sit on them cross-legged. An unavoidable issue that comes with the small size is the room acoustics. Although Banya requires each patron to initial all kinds of rules, the place surpisingly does not require calm behaviour. This is unfortunate, because as soon as people start talking at full volume the whole place (inlcuding the sauna and the steam room) starts to feel like a sports bar on game day. This is definitely not ideal if you are seeking tranquility and relaxation. The only relaxing area was upstairs where the owners offer free water, tea, and reading material. The good reviews of this place articulate that the Banya experience is not all bad, and depending on your expectations and previous spa experiences this place might still seem top-notch to you. But, to my regrets, the overall package just didn't quite do it for me.

Michael Hannon

The most relaxing 240°F has ever felt so relaxing

Lane Woolf

Great little joint. Service was great and facilities were nice.

Daniel Amare

It is a great place everyone should see it ..

Zuzana Bodikova

Ultimate relax...

Brad Jones

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were pretty clean and organized. The locker room was small but worked. Felt so much better afterwards. Would recommend anyone to work this into your routine as I believe it has great health benefits.

denis arkharov

I went here with a friend, and for $40 a person it is not worth it. They don't have the veniks (a necessity for a true banya) and there is only one VERY small cold pool, and a bad sauna. Also a steam room that doesn't even get hot...I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Jessica Bowdoin

Mixed feelings. Good experience for the price (unlimited time). However, the pools are quite small and the steam room is so thick, it's hard to breathe. Wouldn't go if bath count on their website is over 15 or 20

Ferben Yazicioglu

I had the best massage I’ve ever had here. So good that I had to come back the next day because we were only here on travel and I couldnt resist having more done on other problem areas. Ask for Carlee she is amazing!

Nicolette Ortiz

Had a great Anniversary weekend that started here. The deep tissue massage that my fiancée scheduled for me was wonderful. The hot sauna, then ice bath plung was super invigorating! Can't wait to experience it again.

Donna Jarvis

Great experience and very relaxing.

Amelia Petersen

Compared to the female-only spas around Seattle, this place isn’t that great. The hot tub was very small, especially considering this place is coed. I felt uncomfortable multiple times by how close I had to get to men. This place is also just very small for the price. But, if you’re a man, this place is perfect for you since there aren’t other options.

Sean Selin

Well maintained relaxing experience. Steam room, sauna, cold plunge, warm salt water and hot tub plus massage and other care options.

Michael Schienbein

The best spa in the Seattle area, home of the 240 degree dry sauna. This place will leave you feeling amazing.

O.H. Smyth

Absolute relaxation. I hope it stays this way.

Aleksandr Semenkov

I have been doing the banya for 15 years but what I saw in Banya 5 in Seattle it was shock. You have to pay for 50$ !!! for one visit...interesting what does the owner think about that price. I understand that everybody likes money but...excuse me,the quality of sauna poor, the walls made from the concrete and painted, never seen it before.

Wanda Lowery

For Seattle this spa has some unique offerings. A cold plunge pool(so good for you), salt water pool, hot tub, the best eucalyptus steam room I have ever been in & sauna. The massages are hit & miss. I understand it’s all about communication with your therapist but I was really clear and didn’t get close to what I asked for. Get there when they first open to overcrowding. The dressing rooms are the smallest I’ve ever been in and not very conducive to more than six people at a time comfortably.

Saurabh Kumar

Good place to relax

Mark Guzman

This place is a godsend. You must come here if you want to know what complete relaxation is.

Stephen Johnson

If you need to warm your bones, this is the spot! Friendly staff, also a very clean and enjoyable experience. Thanks for a relaxing experience Banya 5!

Christopher Moye

Terrific massage and spa treatments available but the the actual steam and soak tub and wash down amenaties could use some maintenance. When i tried to use the shower next to the cold shower wash down area it wouldn't come on as well as one of the showers in the men's lockerroom. Otherwise a lovely spa day

Kaylee Maukstad

So happy I found this gem. Wonderful, clean, safe space to unwind and refresh any time of the year

Ilya Bukeev

There is no wet sauna (Russian banya). Only dry and Turkish one. Complete misrepresentation - it shouldn't be called Banya 5. If you are looking for Russian banya - search for another one. Visit Archimed banya in SF to see how Russian banya could look like in the US.

Sahand Saba

Great facility with very friendly and helpful staff.

Shaun Bloodaxe19

Relaxation,Rejuvenation, nice place friendly staff, nice people go on a Sunday or Tuesday for the Venik that is truly awesome, then take a pkunge into the cold pool

Jonathan Nadeau

Do it. Do it right. It's a zero fuss spa... with a happy hour! Pay to soak and relax all day, complimentary tea in a little sitting room. Grab a friend or a few and treat yourself.

Chris Filer

Banya 5 is a wonderful spa and experience. The members are always welcoming and friendly (as well as the staff of course) I was able to go and do some cycles from the Sauna or Steam Room, to the cold plunge pool, to the tepid Salt Water pool, then rinse off and try again... amazing experience and so good for my body and recovery.

Alec M

This place is amazing from the steam room to the cold plunge it takes all the stress out of life. You can even take a nap in the quiet rooms! Priced for anybody and you can stay all day for no extra charge.

Heather Benedict

Awesome experience! Relaxing getaway, highly recommend!!!

Scott Ruthford

Always enjoy my visits here

Diva Star

First time ever at a spa and I loved it! The steam room was closed for maintenance but I bounced between the sauna, the saltwater tub and the hot tub. They have a ice bowl tub too and I did give it a go but I have nerve damage in my feet so was a bit "too much" for me. They also have 3 overhead showers that you can use to achieve the same effect as the ice bowl tub tho, if that's your thing. All in all, 10/10 would go again.

Brandon Kees

Wet sauna was not open. Hours are not good.

Maeva Degardin

Perfect. So happy. The massage and the man who made it were fabulous. He has magic hands!! (Jheff) I took a deep tissue massage o.m.g .....love it !! also everything is very clean, and the pools are nice. As a urban spa, it is perfect !! Thanks again for your kindness.

If you have not been to Banya, you need to check it out! I did 6 rounds: steam, cold shower, sauna, cold plunge, salt water and repeat. I felt like a new man afterwards. If you've had a long week and need to reset, check out Banya!

Kevin Wall

Jeff MT is phenomenal and all of the staff are friendly and very helpful! When I have a hard week, Banya5 is a must go for the weekend!

Sophia Kotov

A little pricey, but you get what you pay for! This place is a haven of tranquility in a wild world. I'm not sure which experience is my favorite - the hot tub, the wet sauna, or the dry sauna. Each of these allow me to let go, breathe deeply, and simply enjoy the bliss of the moment. I highly recommend you check out the cold plunge -- a pool of icy cold water. It's customary to go in immediately after the dry sauna. Start with just your feet and legs, but see if you can work up to a full body plunge after a few circuits. No worries if you jump out after two seconds. It really stimulates circulation and relaxes you like no other. One more tip: wear a towel around your head in the dry sauna. This shields your head from the intense heat of the space, allowing you to stay in longer (and thus the rest of your body to benefit from the warmth).

Anastasiya P

Great place. Clean and well maintained.

Great place to detoxify the body!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I purchased gift certificate and recently tried to use it. Waited for 45 min at the entrance. The reception failed to explain that it is close to impossible to get in as the club members have priority and space is very limited. You can't find this info on their website as well. I hope I can change it back to my credit card as they refused to refund my money or propose any alternative.
