Bought several spa packages in the past and never had a problem. Recently bought a package for my daughter and she had to pay a $46.43 gratuity before she could leave. I was furious. I could have paid that when I bought the pkg but was not told of it. I checked their website and only groups of 2 or more are required to pay this. How would you like to pay for a gift and have them charged....not much of a gift. I think we got taken advantage of. Ken Coatney. If Im not refunded the $46.43.I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB.I dont mind paying a gratuity but shouldnt be forced to without notice.

Staff very friendly, the front desk is welcoming and the ambiance is fragrant and relaxing. Kelly and Kim are professionals. Kim is one of the best masseurs I ever had , she takes the time to know your needs and make your experience wonderful.I strongly recommend her. Kelly is always cheerful and excellent on her craft. I received the Anti stress package and Signature facial. This included of course a facial with parafin wax for my hands, salts bath (big enough for three people) and full body massage. It was amazing! You will wear a thick heavy robe with sandals throughout your time in the spa. They also have a dry sauna and steam room (which I really love) as well. The staff was friendly and you could tell that this is truly a family business. I wish the facility had a spa aroma like lemongrass or lavender instead of a non fragrant facility. Ohh and they have a beautifully tiled shower if you feel sticky or oily from any service.

Was an absolutely glorious and relaxing experience! Would highly recommend and I cannot wait to go again! Their spa packages are incredible and I have never felt so relaxed and peaceful. I really enjoyed the Signature Facial & Wildberry Facial. It’s just a relaxing very pampering service. The whirlpool bath and Time for Two massage are such a nice treat. If you can, book it! I’ve had such amazing service at Arabella Vitall and will continue to go there all the time.

Darcy and Kim are the two best massage therapists I've ever seen. The environment is completely relaxing. Kelly has built a complete retreat in the middle of Puyallup. I always come early and spend 40 minutes in the steam room and dry sauna.there are only 3 to or 4 places in the state as good and none so welcoming

Today I had a wonderful experience at Arabella Vitall. I chose the seaweed wrap, which I have had before in another state, but it was years ago. I was thrilled to find a local place that offered it. This spa had a top notch setup in my opinion. It was huge inside and I was quite impressed with the whole spa, especially the shower room used for this kind of treatment. It was spacious and clean, as was the entire facility. I’ve had numerous spa treatments around the world over the years and found this spa one of the most impressive. Not only was the price reasonable and the service itself fantastic, there were lots of little extras included like skin brushing before, lotion after, a choice of wet or dry sauna at the end, and a little gift bag of skincare samples for first time clients. The best part is that it is so close to my house, easily making it my favorite spa experience ever. The included sauna afterwards was an extra special perk for me, because that’s one of my favorite spa activities. As long as I continue to receive this high level of service I’ll be a customer for as long as I live in this area. Thank you, Arabella Vitall! I will be visiting again!

The best spa in the area. Last week i treated myself to a facial, a deep tissue massage . I had such a great time, the staff was very professional, the massage was to the the point, my face never felt and looked so clean and hydrated. I can't wait to go back there in January.

I went to Arabella for the first time this week. The spa is clean and wonderfully appointed. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. For my first visit, I asked to have a facial & overall facial skin care analysis. My appointment was with Laura Queen, a Master Esthetician. FIRST OF ALL...let me tell you that my facial was VERY relaxing and I felt she took the time to help me feel pampered. Laura was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Laura conducted a complete review on the possible issues I might be having with my facial skin and provided several possible actions to help heal the damage from aging, sun damage, fine lines & restoring my skin tone. I have to say that I was very impresses with Laura and will definitely ask for her again.

I came here on Nov 28 for the aromatherapy bath. I was incredibly disappointed with the service. I paid $56 after tax for 30 minutes to sit in a hot tub. To begin with, i was escorted into the tub by a woman with absolutely no customer service skills. I felt confused, and after asking to have the service explained to me i was told...just get nude and sit in the tub. I wasn't asked what type of aromatherapy i was interested in. I was given no choice. i also wasn't told how to control the tub. While in the tub, i could not even notice any scent. I was left wondering if they even put oils in it. When i got out i told the women i was confused by the service. I told her i didn't notice any aromatherapy and she said...yes it was in there. I also told her i was upset that i didn't know how to control the tub and she said, you don't comtrol it you just lay down and relax......so apparently for $56 a half hour you can't even decide if you want jets or not. I was almost in tears upon leaving knowing that i just spent so much money to just sit in a hot tub. When i called the next morning i was finally appologized to (which was non existent the night before). I was then offered a $30 credit...which only half covers their most inexpensive service. So the best i can expect is to go there and spend another $40. Well played. Just posting this so people don't waste their time with this place. I'm calling my 56 dollars a loss....thanks a lot arabella, i work hard for my money.

My daughter and i came in for a massage. It was her first time and i haven't had one in far too long. We did the "Time for Two" package. It was heavenly. Since i am pregnant i didn't go into the bath, but she said it was very relaxing, especially with the jets. She had Tiara and I had Kim. I would highly recommend either of them. Kim gave me a prenatal massage and it felt great. She made me feel very confortable and relaxed. The place itself it very inviting and clean. I can't wait to go back again!

Super sweet and kind. Hands down best massage I've ever had. Summer was my enestician and did my facial. Sweetest girl in the world. Did a great job too. I could have spent an hour shopping at the store ... so many choices! If you need a massage, facial or a relaxing pedicure I highly recommend Arabella Vitall.

I have chronic fibromyalgia. I need deep tissue massage. Not many massage people can get deep into the muscles. Kim has been the only person I have found that can real do it. No pain no gain!
