My cousin and I got our makeup done by Laura for her wedding! Laura was amazing and fun to talk to. The makeup was phenomenal and the environment was relaxing. I have to say I am not a makeup person, but Laura made me comfortable about it all. Thank you for the great service.

Best Swedish massage I've ever gotten! With snow gently falling outside, the Alpine Spa was a hospitable, cozy spot with gentle music, kind staff, and warm tea. But by far the best part of the experience was Yuri, an incredible masseuse who was calming, attentive, and thorough. As a guest at Icicle Village, I was also offered a free 15 minute add-on to my massage, so I opted for hot stones. I would travel back to Leavenworth just to have a massage with Yuri.

it was shorter than one hour and half. and the front desk was not polite enough to make my bad experience to a better situation. I felt like everything was just apply to my body instead of getting an actual massage.

i had made an appointment for wedding hair and makeup weeks in advance - keep in mind, my options were very limited in leavenworth. i had an appointment that started at 10:00 and received a voicemail at 9:04 saying there was a bridal show the day prior so they had no makeup on site and couldn’t do my makeup... then a follow up call at 9:06 apologizing for stressing me out and they were able to gather up enough to do my makeup. i believe what happened was that they called the gal that did the bridal show and she was able to come in and do my makeup... but did not have time to get herself ready (i will leave it at that as i don’t want to be mean spirited, but it did effect my experience). at the end, the gal let me know that she was unaware of an appointment that morning and the person that was originally scheduled was fired. someone wasn’t doing their job as my appointment was obviously on the books since i received an auto generated confirmation. all-in-all, my hair fine; my makeup was fine; neither were great and i probably could have done both to the same standard. i will not be back the next time i am in leavenworth.

Alpine Spa in Leavenworth, WA ....This is truly THE place for the ultimate Deep Tissue Massage. My girlfriend & I love a great Deep Tissue Massge and have had many over the years. However, we had the very best Deep Tissue Massage we have ever experienced from two extrodinary LMTs, Deanna and Cecelia. Absoluting amazing and so very therapeutic ! Thank you we will be repeat clients everytime we visit Leavenworth !!

I was pleasantly surprised when they could squeeze myself and my partner in for massages at the last minute. I received a deep tissue massage from Christian, and she was excellent. She had no problem identifying my problem areas and suggesting helpful tips for me. I work a lot of physically intensive jobs, so a quality massage goes a long way. She did a nice job checking in with me about pressure and made sure I was doing alright throughout the appointment. The spa itself is clean, peaceful, and has a nice bathroom/shower facility. The prices are on par for a spa. Definitely would recommend.

For my grandma's birthday I got her a facial from Alpine Spa. I was worried they wouldn't understand her strong accent but she reported back to me that she had a fabulous time and everyone was very nice. Her skin looked amazingly moisturized, too!

Had a massage yesterday! I get a lot of massages and this one was by far the best! Do you ever have that one knot that ever masseuse misses? Or neglects to get all the way out!? Well alpine spa got it out for me(: Yes they are a little spendy, but they are worth every penny!

We did a couples massage, they were very flexible on booking different massages for each of us and just scheduling them together. Especially important right now as I'm pregnant. The facilities were very nice, and this may seem like a minor detail, but the pillows and sheets were extremely comfortable (especially important for a pregnancy massage!). Our therapists were both excellent. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again.

this spa is mis-managed. You would be better off going to the Sleeping Lady resort, or anywhere elese in town that opens up a spa. This Alpine Spa is so over-charging and delivers so little. I did have a bad experience at Alpine Spa, here is how it goes" I have a previous booked appt. with an AMEX card on file. I booked a "spa day" - mai-pedi and massage and facial. I showed up at my ten am appt. The attendant told me I was "intoxicated" and could not serve me. Yes, at ten am, I was alarmed to find that my previously booked with AMEX was a no-go; humiliated, I go home. BUT wait THERE IS MORE! I have three Chelan County deputies at my door - three vehicles in all -and got cited with "trespassing". So, Alpiine Spa, you just cost the tax-payers of Chelan Country three vehicles (God knows, three?) And me? a fine. And you? Lost revenue. DUMB. DUMB. DUMB. Did you even go to school? And me? You embarrassed me. F, L

We had a couples massage here and it was wonderful! The room was decorated perfectly with an electric fireplace for ambience and soothing tones of dark purple and tan. We were treated to a selection of teas to begin while enjoying a calming foot soak before the massages. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Really nice place that's somewhat of a hidden gem.
