I was amazed by the amount of procedures that this salon does so I called in to make an appointment and I had such a rude person talking to me on the phone! I said that I'd love to do eyebrow corrections and she said 'I don't really know what it is'. What can it possibly mean?? How in the world you work at the beauty salon and don't know what corrections mean??? Then after me trying to explain myself she said 'we only do waxing' and I asked if they do plucking so she answered yes (so why did you just say waxing only???). If you get paid for talking nicely, please make sure you actually do so! Ruined my mood for a good while

I went here on 12\13\17 for a pregnancy massage and pedicure. The massage was done by Jessica which was wonderful! However, the pedicure was far from wonderful...the employee who gave me my pedicure left dead skin on the bottom of both of my feet, her french pedicure (which cost $7 more) looks like someone trying to do one at home for the first time (as most of my toes do not have a nice smooth line) and her blatantly telling me she was listening in on another customers conversation was beyond rude. I would recommend them for a massage however I would highly suggest you do not go here for a pedicure!

Megan runs the place and she is an awesome leader. I really like Shannon, Victor, and Jessica so far. I'm still learning more of the stylist names but the staff is super friendly. I love the lemon, cucumber, and orange water that they offer with their massage, body polish and facial services. You can come here for your wedding, bridal shower, from, or just for a day out to pamper yourself. Definitely call ahead as appointments book up fast. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone was more than helpful and friendly. I've been going here now for several weeks and see Melanie for my waxing, Jessica for massages, and have had two different hair stylists. If you want a place to pamper yourself, this is definitely the spot. They focus on quality work and good customer experience.

I absolutely LOVE Spa Pheonix! I’ve been there for a few different services, but my absolute favorite is getting a massage with Jessica Ludwig! I’ve been scheduling my massages with her for over 10 years that she has been with Spa Pheonix. Jessica L. is amazing and really cares about the overall health and well being of her clients. She listens to your concerns or problem areas and not only makes you feel fabulous during your massage, but also gives recommendations to better yourself! If you want to feel fabulous like I do, schedule your massage with Jessica Ludwig!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Amazing service, incredibly friendly and polite staff, beautiful atmosphere, ridiculously clean and sanitary environment, never have to wait, and exceeds my expectations every single time. I have had Victor as my stylist for about a year and recommend him highly, although all the staff are the epitome of top notch professionals and anyone would be great. I also recommend their other services and especially recommend getting a massage too. I took my mother there for her birthday for an hour massage with Jessica and according to my mother it was the best massage she's ever had. All in all Spa Phoenix could not be a more perfect business that goes above and beyond to do everything within their power to pamper, please, and make their clientele feel welcomed upon arrival and beautiful and stress-free when they leave. Client for life!!!

Took time out for myself this past weekend for a spa day. This was my first time visiting this place and I have to say I was very impressed. The place was welcoming and very clean. The staff was very friendly. I had a facial done and a Swedish massage. Very relaxing atmosphere. Was not disappointed.
