She is super personable and she makes sure you’re good with everything she is doing every step of the way. They stand behind their work and if you don’t love something they have done they will fix it right away. Brandon and Tracy always have a smile on their faces and they make it a point to get to know all of their patrons so you feel like you’re home when you walk in there!

Literally the worst service I've ever had. Spent three hours here because the man who did my manicure had to restart three times due to lack of skill, then wanted to charge me 65$ for a pitiful excuse of a full set. Would never reccomend, also happened to the other young woman who was in the salon at the same time.

It's a clean, nice looking place but that's about all it has going for it. It took them half an hour to even acknowledge us past the initial check in and they weren't even busy. It's like they all expected someone else to deal with us and no one stepped up. Then the woman who did do my polish change acted like she was in a hurry. There are indents in the polish, uneven French tips, and cut corners. I'm not impressed, especially for $22 just for a polish change! If you're going to charge that much you should at least take your time. There are cheaper, BETTER shops in Hawaii and with the cost of living differences, that shouldn't be the case.

Always happy! Everyone is friendly and do great work. Convenient location. Sometimes I walk in and sometimes I make an appointment. Today I made an appointment. Walked right in with no wait and loved my pedicure. They have plenty of color selections but I bring my own color so that I can touch up myself if needed at home. Most of my pedicures last a good 2 weeks at least. They do great quality work and very affordable. Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly and they did a great job with our pedicures. We did have to wait a little bit despite having an appointment, but they really took their time and were friendly the entire time. It’s a nice clean atmosphere that is relaxing. Definitely will be back here, maybe just at a time that isn’t their busiest.

I just returned from getting a gel manicure by Vic @Sandbridge I am very happy with my manicure My nails are beautiful Vic is very easy to talk to and even helped me pick out the nail color and the glitter color on my ring fingers He made sure he used sterile equipment (and believe me I watched) and the spa itself is very clean and relaxing I am not from VA but vs often since our son lives in Chesapeake I have tried different nail spas in the area and Sandbridge is the best I will definitely be coming back Thanks again Vic for a wonderful experience Barbara

I went and got my nails done by The Lady seat in the corner , My nails is very hurt Because she use the nail clipper to take of my nails deep and cut my fingers with the nail file. I've tried giving this place a chance but this past time was my last. I asked to move my regular pedi to 11am. They made it seem like it was an issue over the phone. Then when I got there it wasn't very busy. As I'm getting my pedi I asked her to make them short because they break eaisly from running a lot. Again seemed like it was an issue. Then i tried asking again to make one a little shorter and she says one is longer than the other, not really sure what that meant but I realized my request wasn't going to be fulfilled. On top of that I feel like my feet weren't really taken care of--cleaned up around the edges/sides of the nail/toe. It was more like a quick scrub on the feet and that's it. I will say $25 for a pedi isn't bad, but I have experienced much nicer pedicures elsewhere for that cost. Also, I prefer tools that are sterilized in a package and these just are in tubs used from station to station (from what I saw). Salon itself is nice and clean.

By far my favorite place to go to get my nails and toes done! Brandon is the best! I always recommend getting dip for your nails because my nails have never been so long and healthy ever, and Brandon is always on top of it and making them look absolutely beautiful! I will never go anywhere else! I definitely recommend going here if you want clean, fast, and great service! And, always ask for either Brandon or Tracy, his wife! Both are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful & sweet.

I went and got my nails done by Brandon. My nails are crooked, he cut my fingers with the file. He was rude and argued with me about the type of nails that I showed him a picture of and said I wanted and after my nails were done, said it was impossible to do.

Very average. The final result was fine, my nails look fine but the experience was below average. I had Lee and my pedicure was very rushed, no attention to detail, only did the bare minimum and the massage, the best part of a pedicure, was basically non-existent, no pressure applied etc... Also, the entire time through the pedicure and manicure he was complaining about how short my nails were and how it made his job impossible. I am not exaggerating when I say he complained the entire appointment about it, huffed and puffed through the whole thing, it was very annoying, rude and made the experience not pleasant. Like I said, my nails look fine, but the relaxation and pampering is what you go for and I didn't receive that. I have never had a gel mani and pedi and be out of a salon in an hour, very rushed. The people I was with enjoyed theirs, so maybe just steer clear of Lee...

Im not sure why I got the poop end of the deal at this place but they seem like nice people. I spent a lot of money getting my nails (gel), pedi, and eye lashes done here Thursday 12/13/18. The next day, some lashes fell out to where I looked like some drunk crackhead, and a few of my gel nails peeled right up. Went to get em fixed before going to my job at night and then it was rushed with a different shade. Said screw it im done. And now a week later, the other gel nails are coming off as I’m on my way to NYC for Christmas. Guess I’m keeping gloves on the whole time. Thanks guys!

My favorite nail place I have found in VB. I will only come here to get gel nails. I have gone to multiple places and found that gel peels off quickly when they have not done a good job. I found this nail salon and they last a good 4 weeks.

It’s a hit or miss spot. Maybe they do a better job with their regulars. They don’t put anything but 3 lemon wedges in the water to soak your feet unless you get an upgrade for 10 dollars? Barley used a pumice rock or other utensils to work on callus or other rough skinned areas.. last time the guy did a great job. I did have to request for him to use certain utensils and my feet were baby soft afterwards.. this time I left there with my heals still feeling rough and paint job was not that great.

This was my first time getting my nails dipped but all my assured me this was the best place, so I took my best friend and myself to get our nails dipped. The man that did mine was rude and it took 20 minutes total from start to finish. Within 3 days half of my nails were cracked and ALL of friends were coming off, over all a terrible experience:/

Been going here exclusively for over a year now with my daughter. Tara is GREAT! She is the only one I want to do the powder dip on my nails. Another girl did it once and they cracked within days because they were so thin. Every time Tara does them they last 3 weeks!! Staff is friendly, place is clean. Don't like I can't add a tip when using my debit card. Have to either remember to bring cash or use their ATM.

Over all I love this place i normaly get my acrylics done by Tee he pays attention to detail and they are always exactly how i asked for them to be. However the few times i got my nails done by the manager he has cut my skin the shape is never what i asked for and each nail shape is slightly different. And Its always bumpy from the acrylic not being even. My mom has had the same experience with him. The place over all is great and i love going there but its a hit and miss on which employees do a good job. I don't recommend going tp the manager i do recommend Tee he does an amazing job everytime.

Sandbridge nails is amazing!! I have been going there since they opened. They sanitize their equipment after each use. The nail polish is always fresh; they do not have to add stuff to the polish because its so old like some other places I have been. The Spa pedicure is to die for. An amazing calf and foot massage is included in the Spa pedicure.

I used this place to get a French gel manicure for my wedding and a regular pedicure. Christy was absolutely amazing and so quick to suggest colors for my toes and what would be best! It's been several days and all the polish is still in place! Also, several of my bridesmaids came along, and the staff was very nice about providing chairs for them to sit and not complaining about having them hovering over me! I will definitely go here again and already recommended it to my mom! Their prices are pretty standard, but the service is impeccable and well worth the money!

I've been going to Sandbridge Nails for quite a while. I really only get a gel manicure. However, a few days ago I went in to get my regular gel mani. But the day after I noticed my fingers were beginning to peel and looked very dry. I presume it is a type of fungus I got while at the salon. Beware.

I do not usually do reviews like this. However we are so unhappy with the service I feel I have no choice. If there was any less than a 1 star, I would give it. My daughter and I went here to get our nails done after a good day at the beach on Saturday. She had powder dip and asked for them to fill and change the color. She was told her total was $35. They didn’t change the color. All they did was try to cover up the old color. When we talked to the manager, he refused to refund us even though she expressed her dislike when she got them done. The manager asked us to come back inso he could see them. We had to drive 40 minutes for him to look at them. He refuses to refund us but said someone will “fix” them. After they started to “fix” them, they want to charge us more money. The manager said the “fired” the person who messed them up. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not use them again.

This was my first time at Sandbridge Nails. When I lived here 3 years ago I went to a different salon, but found that my go to gal no longer worked there. I am very happy with the service I received. Tee was the one who did my nails and pedi. He did an amazing job making sure my nails weren’t sharp as I have an infant. He did an amazing job on my pedi as my feet needed some TLC. I will definitely be going back to Tee and this salon.

I don’t understand how they won best in the beach. The first time I went it was okay. A man did my nails and he did a decent job. But a couple days later two of my nails broke so I went back to get them fixed. And the lady was absolutely horrible! I tried to pick the color but she was only showing me one of the color assortments and I told her I needed the other one. So she gave me the wrong color. Then she didn’t bother to match up the nails to make sure they are the same length. And to top of off she cut me several times with the nail drill. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. And the best in the beach sign needs to come down. It’s false advertisement!

The staff was friendly and quiet. I usually prefer to sit in the massage chair and relax without feeling guilty that the tech wants to chat. This place allows for that! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing (no loud tv, calming music, etc). On top of all that, this was THE BEST mani/pedi service I’ve ever received! Quick service and a nice technician (Jenna). My only critiques would be removal of acrylic with a nail tip (I haven't found a salon in this area that doesn't do that yet, though) and that the nails are a little thin. That is also a problem with the salons in this area, though. Most of them do not build an apex into the enhancement and I haven't found a single one that actually sculpts nails instead of using tips. Overall, this salon was nice. I had a good experience.
