Excellent service. Went in one hour before closing and they were really busy but yet took excellent care of me. Even after closing they weren’t trying to rush the service and my toes and hands feel and look awesome. She even offered to add some cute glitter after telling her it was my birthday the next day. It’s definitely worth the 30 minute drive for me!

Long story short, it was an awful experience. The customer service is horrendous. Our techs were rude. My guests tech overcharged us an entire extra package. She and the cashier debated over a price after which the cashier says " you really charged that?!" He was so disgusted he left. My tech was rude and unpleasant. I was cut several times and was visibly bleeding probably due to the extensive conversations with the other techs. She was even mad because I cringed while she filed my cuticle (which bleed and hurt for a week after my visit). The quality was mediocre, my nails were uneven and shaped awkwardly. Overall, the customer service is seriously lacking in addition to over pricing. Not recommended and will not be returning.

I can't explain to you how mad I am. I made an appointment online and requested Bella. I received the confirmation text Wednesday July 31st and showed up today at 2:50 for my confirmed appointment at 3pm. I sat there for a few minutes because I know sometimes previous appointments run slightly over. At about 3:15 someone comes over and asks me who my appointment was with, I told her Bella. I tell Bella I received a confirmation text and show it to her. She says " Oh um I don't always see the online appointment reservations". Ummm okay, I came from the City of Alexandria a 35 minute drive.I can't put into words how angry I am. No one tried to fix the situation and just let me walk out the door with a weak "I'm sorry" from Bella. I came here because through word of mouth from family. I'm so angry and now need to find somewhere else to get my nails done. 3:51pm. After speaking with a manager, I see Bella standing outside talking to someone sitting in a car. Just let's me know how unprofessional she is and I'm glad I didnt spend any money in this establishment. Bella saw me get out of my car and walk back in to speak with a manager. Said manager let me know that she told Bella to call after the online confirmation came through on Tuesday July 30th. I recieved the text confirmation of the appointment Wednesday July 31st and no follow up call. The manager did offer discounts and I declined.

My 2nd time here and I could state the negative first half of my 3 hrs here tonight. But what people are looking for is who is good. Thank you very much to the salon Manager Timmy who gave the best customer service and didn't let me leave upset no matter how much I tried. He made sure that I left happy with my nails. Way past closed it didn't matter, he is dedicated and listens well to your desire outcome. My nails are beautiful and ready for Christmas thanks to Timmy! I will be back this time requesting him specifically he's great! First review ever left but the experience with TIMMY truly deserved a review for his awesome work. THANK YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Update!!! Unfortunately and FORTUNATELY, YANNICK no longer works here. There is no other reason to go in my opinion, it’s a pretty dirty salon! Received the most amazing blow out by a most amazing soul! Yannick is her name and "taming that mane" is her game! After coming back to the DMV area, I've searched for a stylist that would be able to wrangle my thick but fine, curly ringleted natural hair. Blessed to have found Yannick. She is so knowledgeable and understands that every person's hair is different and should be treated as such. The products she used for shampooing/cleansing and deep conditioning were superb and aside from OUIDAD's salon in NYC, I have not seen anyone who can handle my hair with such ease! Anyone with any hair type will have great success under her care! (Before and After pictures attached)

The price I paid for my nails definitely did not match what I got. My nails are shorter than I wanted, they are crooked and rigid on the ends and the design is sloppy. The supposed "chrome" does not look like chrome, it just looks like silver glitter polish. This is the first time coming here and I wont be back.

After greeting at the front desk I asked for a price list and I was told it was on line only. When we were selecting the colors I asked the price for a gel and mani pedicure and I was told $60 dollars. As I am sitting down I am offered a price list (?). As a curiosity I double check and I am told $85. The young lady explains me there is a $20 extra for gel. When I ask for the manager she tells me the supplement is $25 and that price list I was just given is wrong. We have been here before and like it. However today we left due to lack of professionalism. As suggestion ask for a price list and double check what you are paying for otherwise you may be surprised with a bill that is way higher that expected.

Decided to go here because I didn't like going to my normal nail salon. I got a gel manicure that chipped in 2 DAYS! I don't know what this nail tech did to my nails but every day my actual nails were breaking off. By the end of the week, my nails were chipped and at least 5 nails were broken off. She also used the electric filer on my natural nail beds which I believe weakened my nails. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN & I DONT RECOMMEND THEM!

Favorite nail salon in Woodbridge!!! Beautiful set up, drinks, good music, and an amazing staff. Tracy Vo has been my nail tech for years and has been perfecting her craft ever since. I know even if I was to come in on a day she wasn’t working, I would be well taken care of regardless. If you’re looking for the biggest and trending styles of nail art and waxing I highly recommend this place 12/10 :)

Been there multiple times without an appointment and they are able to take me within 5 mins, but they are never able to do what I want and I always leave disappointed. Went to get my acrylics taken off. The guy got another plastic nail piece that was already on top of the table and started prying the acrylics off. He then got underneath my real thumbnail and started prying. I kept exclaiming that it hurt but he just kept going. The guy TORE the middle of my thumbnail IN HALF! And then acted as though it didn't happen by attempting to file the broken nail, only to cause more damage. I only went here because of the good reviews. Please just don't go unless you are a well known customer. Even excluding the damaged nail, the workers were rude and seemed like they were just trying to rush me out the door.

Omg i love this place so much!! It’s so damn cute and they have a bar which has different wines so if u wanna get your nails done and drink wine you can!! Bella is my favorite! She’s doesn’t take a long time which some nail techs do and I appreciate that but she’s so good she doesn’t have to!! I have been going to Risana Day Spa for probably a year and a half or so now. I have only seen Trish and she has been amazing. She always has great suggestions and helps me decide what would look best when I'm not sure. The building in general is very clean, the receptionists are welcoming and helpful, and they offer refreshments as well! All of the nail techs bend over backwards to help you and make sure you leave happy, on more than one occasion I have had several help me choose a color that I've found in a picture. ( Yes im that person) and even personally brought them to the station im at and swatched them for me so I know what they will look like. The pedicures and waxing services are nice as well. Overall I am very happy here and as long as I am in the northern virginia area I will continue to go to Risana Day Spa

Risana Day Spa’s atmosphere is clean and relaxing- it’s truly a spa and not just a nail salon. You can expect calming music, completely drinks and snacks, and the best customer service! I regularly see Hellen by appointment (she takes walk-ins too). Hellen is consistency great with my gel manicures and spa pedicures. I never feel rushed and my gel manicure lasts the longest when she does it. Hellen also gives great massages! I’ve visited multiple nail techs and massage therapists, and have only had good experiences at Risana Day Spa, but Hellen is by far my favorite!

I went to Ibiza Nail Salon in Woodbridge, Va on 7/09/16 and received the most terrible service. I requested a simple fill-in and was verbally abuse by the staff. One of the staff; who approached me without giving me her name ( a young female with short hair)told me I couldn't choose a nude color because I'm too black.... I was so hurt to be racially excluded and when I asked her to explian she told me to stop arguing with her. Then another worker name Lisa ( who was new) did my eye brow wax and permanently scared me in the process. Those two young ladies were racist, rude, and unprofessional. If that is the quality of staff they're hiring I would recommend that No One; especially Black Women go there. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

When I come I love to see Mylie, and she’s absolutely great HOWEVER, they recently hired this young lady at the front desk who clearly doesn’t know much about customer service due to her poor service and people skills. She is by far very rude and unprofessional. She shows favoritism and even let another walk-in client who came AFTER me go ahead of me and her excuse was, “well she comes here all the time” like if I didn’t.. they need to do a better job of who they hire to greet their customers because that encounter right there will push their clients away because of that girls horrible attitude.

I will NEVER return here. I came in with my mother since it’s her birthday and ther service we received was awful. The lady had an attitude the whole time, wasn’t welcoming at all and treated us poorly. I told her that if she was in a rush she should get someone else. I’ve been here before and got good service. I rather drive an hour to go somewhere else that will make me feel welcomed. I’ve worked in the industry before and I know for sure you have to make your customers happy and with these nail techs I am not pleased. NEVER ALLOW KIM TO do your nails!! Me and my friend made appointments for 6:30 pm yesterday and got there 15 minutes early to choose our colors. My friend had an appointment with Tim who was amazing but I had it with Kim and let me tell you that you should never let her do your nails. I enjoy getting my nails done, it's supposed to be relaxing but this lady is a B. She came up to me 6:20 and started asking me if I chose a color I said not yet and she kept bothering be every 10 seconds, she even said that it doesn't matter! She kept coming up to me and asking: did you pick? Did you pick? Did you pick ? I said no I need more time and I was going to ask her for a nice white and silver gel polish and she just took two random ones and didn't care that I was looking for an actual silver not just sparkles and didn't give me the true white I wanted but a cream and she just left and ran to her table so I followed her. I was there with a friend and Kim tarted saying how I have a lot of cuticle which is first of all not true second of all it was sooo rude in front of my friend ! I was vey embarrassed . And then she was telling me how my short nails won't look good with white and how nobody does the accent finger anymore so I walked out with ugly black nails with weird gold sparkle on the ring finger because she insisted its going to look the way j want it to. She was very rude, I didn't get to relax at all because she kept rushing me and she wouldn't talk to me at all. I was just another number. If I'm coming back, I'm making appointments with LT or Tim. Plus they don't have samples of the gel polishes so it get super confusing when and you can't see what the colors look like.

Haven't been here in a while. The young girl at the desk is not very professional. When asked a specific question about gel vs LCN she was not entirely sure what the difference is. The girl waxing brows is distracted and not entirely sure she should be waxing people without paying full attention. I don't care how good you think you are. A customer keeps going behind the desk and distracting the front desk girl.

I went to Monique and got the sports pedicure. It is very expensive at $55 but it is worth every penny. Monique got rid of all of my dead skin, cuticles, calluses and a corn. My feet feel baby soft afterwards. In the past I have gone here for massages as well and they are awesome especially for pregnant women.

Got oval shaped pink and whites about 4 days ago. The nail tech left all sorts of dried acrylic globs under my nails that should have been filed down. For what you pay, this is so trashy.

A trendy and comfortable salon that much larger than it looks from the outside. I had little to no wait time for a walk in first experience. I had the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had from Helen and Tiffany helped to bring a custom nail design I had to life just in time for a weekend wedding. Complimentary drinks were a nice, hospitable touch also!

Horrible is all I can say. First, I sat down and they don't even talk to you... Call me old fashioned but I like to chat with my nail tech. Second, the guy that did my nails cut me twice because he was going so fast and was really enjoying his conversation with his co-workers (he only said 5 words to me) third when he could not do my design I hated it and he got mad at me! (Can you believe it?) caught and attitude, didn't think I could see him rolling his eyes and making faces to his co-workers. I needed a fill so bad that mistakenly I let him fill my nails. I then said don't paint them because siting there for several minutes with his attitude and lack of customer service was unbearable. I paid the full price for my pedicure (over priced) and a fill. My nails look HORRIBLE (all different shapes) and my painted toes (and I mean skin) are even worse! Waste of money and horrible customer service. Not one time did they ask, How was your experience? How was you tech? Did you enjoy the $65 you just spent?? Never again and I will make sure I try to warn others!

Did not understand what I wanted done. Was asking for nail art with rhinestones. Could barely speak English. Felt very uneasy.
