Took a chance based on good reviews. We are only in town for a quick anniversary weekend. This couples massage was the cherry on top! Very clean, relaxing, friendly environment. We left feeling like a million bucks! Worth every penny!

I’m use to more thorough communication from a massage therapist. It’s needed to ensure you receive what is expected in regards to location and pressure. Even if you fill out on a form what your looking for, perception varies. I was a bit disappointed with the services I received at Paradise Found.

Fantastic place with a soft and calming ambience. A place I like to go to rid myself of stress during a government shutdown or treat myself when a government shutdown ends. Their wonderful staff are exceptionally well trained, accommodating, and friendly. I always feel mentally and physically better after a visit and I highly recommend this place.

If you want a great massage, go here!! I just finished my massage appointment with Teena and as usual, it was FANTASTIC!!! My husband and I have been getting massages at Paradise Found for the past two years and we don't go anywhere else. It's so easy to book online and normally there's availability the next day (sometimes same day)! Book an appointment and you'll definitely enjoy it!

Ohemgee! Truly one of the best massages I've ever had & to think I had to go all the way to Norfolk, VA to find them! Kari was my therapist and she trained at a holistic school... What unique techniques. I truly appreciate that the owner has provided several amenities in the bathroom for freshening up. Useful items such as: mouthwash with small cups; dental flossers; deodorant; body sprays; hairspray; Bobby pins and combs. They also offer a variety of couples massages, both in method and in length. Finally, when booking online, you are asked about optional services. These include adding hot stones; a 15 minute scalp massage; prenatal; various scented oils, including CBD oil.

I frequent Paradise Found, maybe every couple months, as I live very close by. They have a relaxed atmosphere, not commercial, when you walk through the door. It is clean and cute, and they offer plenty of add-ons and different oils for different things. I had probably the best massage ever yesterday with Tina so I had to finally drop a review. I have some specific places in my back and shoulder area with very heavily built up muscle tissue from years of lifting and not releasing those small muscles enough with massages and what not. Tina used excellent communication, as it can be awkward to “tell your masseuse what to do” sometimes but she made me feel very comfortable and she knew what she was doing in terms of full body deep tissue and using a pressure that I needed. Will be back of course!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Tina used the most perfect pressure for me and is a talented masseuse. I love the special touches the spa has like selecting music for the massage room or adding essential oils; those small touches really enhance the experience. Would highly recommend this place.

Looked up the hours— said open until 9pm. I drove all the way out there and they were completely closed. The sign in the window even said open until 9 but they were locked up and lights out at 5pm..... very frustrating and gas-wasting experience :(

They are both very competent therapists who take their craft seriously. My wife and I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Very relaxing but my husband puts more pressure behind his massages than the actual masseuse honestly. And after my scalp massage I looked like I hadn't brushed my hair in months and it was hard to get the tangles out. It really sucked. Felt good during though.

Absolutely amazing service and massage therapy. I have been coming to them for 5 years and would not think to go anywhere else. I have been in 2 horrible car accidents damaging my neck and shoulders and massage healed me better than a chiropractor! Worth every penny!

They all truly put effort into what they do, and made it as comfortable as possible! I liked their extended hours. But that’s about it. My bed cushion felt like those egg carton foam pads deflated. The atmosphere was dated and the staff was loud. Not very relaxing. The room was cold and smelled. The masseuse, Tina (her manager said to state her name in this review) had mediocre skills. For example a skilled professional never leaves the body. Touch is continuous. I gave feedback, please apply more pressure, etc. I’ve had many massages from low end to high and this one was as good as my husband could do. Which was disappointing because I was there for therapeutic reasons. Meaning my neck was pain from working on computers all day. Not all massages are worth $60. This one was not. When I called to speak to someone, she said it was my massage preferences, not the masseuse. I gave it two stars because Tina, my masseuse, was very kind. Do not waste your money. There are way better options in VA.

Without a doubt one of the best massages I have ever had. My therapist was Kolby and she went so above and beyond what I expected. On top of having an amazing therapist, I really liked that they allow you to pick the music you listen to while you're there. A lot of places play generic "soothing" music that is anything but relaxing. It was great to be able to relax my own way. The only negative thing I have to say is that their automated appointment reminder text was sent at 3:20AM. Would love it if it had been set for a more normal hour of the day.

Great friendly greeting by Denise, thank you for the hospitality. As I was filling out the form I was met by Teena, which by the way I would recommend her as your massage therapist. On the form it states (just relax me) and Teena met that expectation. By the time I left out of the spa I wasn't just relaxed, I felt no pain and rejuvenated. Teena has miracle hands. I will be back soon and will ask for Teena to be my massage therapist.

I have not even had a "expirence" yet. Got the massage as a gift for my birthday last year. Made 2 separate apts and had both of them canceled by the buisness. I tried calling to re-scheduled last week and never got a call back. Called again tonight, and had to leave a message. I hope that in the near future I will be changing this to a good review, but right now it feels like a scam.
