Massage was mediocre. My husband and I went in for a couple's massage and they talked us into a discounted couple's massage for when we decide to do it again. So overall my husband paid for a total of 4 massages. I called and scheduled a massage and confirmed that this one was already paid for. I went in today and the receptionist told me that she couldn't see where we made our payment. She said that the second couple's massage that we paid expired in September. When my husband purchased the 2nd couple's massage we weren't told that it would expire. Otherwise we would have not purchased it. This place is a scam! Beware of the "promotion" that they will attempt to sell you.

Really nice 1st experience at this place. I went in needing help with a stiff neck but also wanting the relaxing massage. I highly recommend Ashley W. She has MANY years of experience and is nice to talk witg..or just fall asleep on the table haha.

I’m in Virginia Beach for vacation and wanted to get a facial. I love this spa it’s beautiful inside and very peaceful and relaxing. My master esthetician Charise gave me a holistic facial. My skin is glowing and I haven’t had to wear foundation for the past 3 days. Great experience!

I was having some neck pain and really needed some sort of relief. The spa has a quick and easy online booking option that also allows for filling out your paperwork online and prepayment. The spa was clean, calming and super relaxing. My massage with Megan Scott was excellent and I am looking forward to going back again as soon as possible!

If you say you accept the flex spending card, theres no reason I should have to put the bill on my credit card. We had already confirmed that they accept the card but when I go to pay, the receptionist is unable to process the card. She goes on to say, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. To me that's not really acceptable as I would not have scheduled the appointment if I couldn't use the flex card. Overall a terrible experience.

I can not speak for the whole place because I have not used all their services. But I have used one of their yoga instructors (Leilani) for a while and she is hands down one of the best instructors that I have ever done yoga with. Her classes are relaxing and challenging. I have also used her for private sessions at my house with my daughter. She even manages to get my 5year old to listen and relax and make it through a full session. I can not wait to sign up at natural balance to take classes with Leilani again.

My first visit was for a facial, which was relaxing. The second visit was for IPL and some of the dark pigment areas were lighter. The second IPL visit was extremely painful and I did not have reduction in pigment. I left message to discuss my disappointment, but was never called. The prices here are more than three times the amount than at the Spa and Laser Center.
