I was really excited to test this place out however I made an appointment for 6:30 and watched 3 other people come in after my pedicure was finished and watched them all leave before my manicure was even started. There was no apology or communication and so unfortunately I will not be returning and would never recommend this place to anyone I know.

Great place. Only nail shop i go to now.... Well yesterday 7/18/19 i just had the worse experience @ my once favorite nail shop. My regular nail tech Michelle(who is the best by the way) was not there so i was giving a guy who was a ladies brother that works there who was just visiting. So he started my nails & the acrylic was so thick i refused to let him touch my other hand until he fixed the 1st. Upon him finishing my 1st hand he tried to pass me off on another tech(which i was perfectly fine with)saying he was tired. But that tech didn't want to go behind his work telling him since he started he should finish. Which is understandable ! They sat there going back and fourth about the matter that lead to me walking out with one hand filled & the other not. And they were fine with me leaving. With that being said i will not be returning here ever again. Im going to miss Michelle but that service yesterday was just unacceptable. Very disappointed......

My experience was fantastic, I have been to a few different salons in the area and this by far will be on the top of my list. I was immediately greeted by a smiling face when I walked in. Anne is wonderful, she did such an amazing job and I will definitely be going back. I got a full set along with an eyebrow wax. My eyebrows look amazing and I couldn't be happier with my simple Christmas themed nails. I got French tips with silver polish on my ring fingers and a simple red bow, to look like a present. I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone.

My favorite place to come. All are very talented especially at acrylic nails; you can’t go wrong if you come here for those. Everyone is super nice and personable. They’re upfront with the price. However when it comes to getting an appointment call ahead and make sure someone is available, they can get very busy.

Mixed Review. First experience at nails spa....pedicures were perfect eyebrows were perfect but was turned off after my mother had complained earlier about being hot and later as we are finishing up or pedis everyone that came in after us was offered drinks and waters but never us. Wasn't aware they had drinks and grew upset as they passed out different drink to everyone but us. Leaving a not so great feeling up until that point the service was good

I’m always so nervous to get my brows waxed at a nail salon because I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but She took her time and shaped them beautifully! I’m not in this area often because I live further north but I will maybe come back more often to come here!

I come here every time I'm in town. The wait is never bad, the prices are amazing, the staff is so fun and colorful and diverse, and they do amazing work! People here do not work together and are slow and incapable of doing simple nail designs. Appointment scheduled for 2:30pm and was still there 2 hours later waiting for the lady to restart on one toes to the 6th time. Website online has no policy listed and falls completely short compared to nail salons within 5 miles. Will never come back here. Manager had to step in after I asked for her several times since another lady denied knowing how to paint the design.

i had a great experience at this nail salon i got a shilac french manicure and the service was great. the thing i didn’t like about it was how my friend got the same thing as me and her nails looked way worse than mine. her white for the french was too thick and all of them were uneven and she had nail polish on her hands. the people were generous on fixing it and was very nice about it.

I live right around the corner and love the convenience of the location. I've always been happy with my service. I have gotten a fantastic pedicure from here but usually get full set acrylic/fill-ins. The price is usually 25 after tip for the fill in and gel color change and about 50-60 after tip for a full set with gel polish. Also, I am a nail biter (dundunduuunnnn.... I know, I know, I've heard it all) alot of places have refused service, but they're able to do the full set and they last for weeks!!!

Im not sure why every time I make an appointment, I have to wait 30 minutes. The first time she forgot about me completely, told me to leave my number and she’ll call back. She never called back but when i walked back in she was taking someone new. Then i made an appointment with Julia again and she took someone before me right in front of me after I checked in. Third time i still waited 30 minutes. It’s not fair beauticians don’t understand that the clients time can be just as limited as theirs, hence why I made an appointment.

Though the prices were fair, the salon was very dirty and a lot of the staff was rude. For example during my pedicure the man kept stopping to change the time on the the clock or to listen to co-workers talk. He would randomly get up and leave during my pedicure and did a mediocre job over all.

I only started going here because my sister recommended it. The first couple of times it was fine and I was happy with my experience. However, they close earlier than is stated on their hours and I get off at 7 most nights. I had to go to another salon one night because they were open after I got off. I went back to this salon with my sister to have our nails filled in and get a new color. However we were greeted and then left sitting. We sat for 2 hours while more and more people came in and went on through- got their nails or feet done and we were left still waiting. We went to leave and they were like “oh you’re leaving? Are you coming back” we said yes went to lunch and decided to not go back to that salon. Just this past Wednesday we went yet again- to get pedicures this time, she wanted her nails fixed and I wanted mine off. They told us to pick a color and go back. Gave her a pedicure while I sat there. Took three more people with me still waiting. They obviously don’t care about people who aren’t regularly there so I will not go back, even for the lemon scrub pedicure.

They pretty much make up their own prices as they go and take advantage of people who don’t know any better. I have been going to this salon for at least a year and every time I go the prices are slightly different and I never complain but yesterday I went and Julia tried to tell me it would be $80 for a full set of ombré nails. That makes absolutely no sense to me considering I got a full set of ombré nails from her a couple months ago and it was only 75 INCLUDING the removal of my previous set (so that means it was $65) for the full set! And then she tried to say it was because of length and tried to go back and fourth with me. Like girl I know how much it should cost and $80 is outrageous! So just beware they have NO set prices, they don’t go by what their site says, and will try to rip you off. Customer service sucks here anyway. find somewhere else to get your nails done unless you only want a basic manicure.

I visited this spa for the first time and I must say I'm very impressed! The lady gave me a great pedicure! There are alcoholic beverages as well. The place is very clean. I paid $40 plus $5 tip for a pedi which is kinda pricey but for the service it's well worth every penny. The leg massage was great and AWESOME!!!

I’ve come here for years even before their remodel. Over time , this place has deteriorated. Most of their staff isn’t even fully capable of doing all of the services. For example, most of them can do pedicures but not nails , eyebrow waxed , etc. anyways , every time I come it’s extremely overcrowded and it’s mainly because their staff is also slow. Also came in this morning at 1030, when they open at 930, to find that there was only 2 ppl working. One doing pedicures and one doing manicures. Open for an hour and not even fully staffed.

Went in and had a pedicure. Nail tech did a great job on my feet and toes. Then I went to get my manicure done and I asked her to file my nails round. She makes my left hand nails rounded, but then she just forgets to shape the left hand nails.. that's ok we are all human.. but then when I ask her if she could make my nails more rounded on the left hand, she puts the file in my hand and says "here you know how you like them." I was so shocked and didn't wanna cause a scene or argument and still had to pay for the pedicure or I would've gotten up and left... I was so shocked I ended up filing 3 of my own nails because I was so embarrassed.... she didn't say it loudly, just softly spoken, says "here you know how you like it." The whole time I was polite and said thank you so I'm not sure what her issue was. But you don't treat customers like that... I gave her a good tip for my pedicure, and maybe she was just having a bad day.. but I won't be coming back. I'm just flabbergasted.

The man who filled my nails didn't file my nails or paint them correctly. I asked for someone else to fix the problem and was ignored. I told them I would never be back. I'm so unhappy with the business as a whole!!

I moved back from Houston and was desperately looking for a good professional quality nail salon. My friend referred me to Julia and she is such a blessing. Very professional, quick and efficient. I went to this place of business for a Ladies Day Out. The service we experienced was horrible. We all got a manicures/pedicures. I was serviced by Bella, the pedicurist. I explained to her to be careful with my feet due to me having Diabetes. I ended up with a split toenail on my big toe. I ended up having to go to the doctor's office to have them to look at it. The other two women did not like how their nails were done. One lady had a male nail tech to leave her acryllic nails with bubbles and thick nails. The other lady had too much acryllic on her nails and some broke in a couple of days. It is safe to say we will not go back. They are only concerned about the money. They did not even apologize about the nail damage.

I went to this salon for 3 years and loved it. Over time my nail tech became very unprofessional and unappreciative of my loyalty to their salon. her customer service became awful and unacceptable. So today I decided to go to Princess Nails on Princess Anne Rd in Va Beach! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I’ll never come back to Nails Spa... try Princess Nails. They do such a great job and are professional. They’re nails come out better too!

Worst care I ever get ... They were rushing because they have other client . My nail polish was not dry but they removed me under the dryer . I just go out and my nail polish was messed. They didn't even remove the toes separator from my feet.. I'm so disappointed. I paid 60$ for nothing.

I am not here to bash the salon, but to tell my experience. My rating is based off the experience I had. I wish i could attach pictures because the pictures speak for itself. I requested for a manicure and gel polish (i already filed my own nails prior to coming to the shop) ... thats it. I left and none of my nails on either hand are matching lengths. I will start by saying the nail tech was polite the entire time, it was just that she didn’t know what she was doing. She painted and filed my nails very sloppily as seen in pictures. She messed up my thumb nails at least 3x and continued to file it down until it hit my skin and i had to tell her to stop. After my thumbnail got messed up, she told me it was because the gel lamp was on low battery. I thought she would do the obvious thing which was to fully remove the gel paint and repaint the nail but instead... she tried to paint over it. This happened again but the second time she used the machine to take HALF of the old polish off and paint over the nail which left my thumb nail looking like a tooth. I had to ask her to file on the sides of my nails because it was so sloppy. At the end of it she told me i was all done , i looked down to see i had polish on my skin below my nails and on the sides. I had to ask her to clean it off..... she tried to clean it off with a NAIL FILE . I told her to use the acetone/nail polish remover. Overall experience with the nail tech was bad , I have been there previously and with other nail techs it was better! I think it was obvious the girl was new, you shouldnt let her do nails for YOUR business until shes fully ready.
