had a gift card for this location and my wife made an appointment for her tia but they made us put our gift card on file her tia ended up not going but she said she called and canceled and they still charged my card for canceling we ended up going to get the massages when we got back from a death in the family not knowing the card on file was already charged and had to pay 100 out of our own pocket plus the money we lost on the card and still waiting on a call from jerry the assistant and to think i really wanted to buy two more massages for this christmas as a gift but the sour tast this company left is horrible jerry really told me there was nothing he would be able to do while also telling me he would look into it such horrible customer service!!!

Good place. Great staff. Relaxing environment. I have been getting into extreme workouts and feeling real sore and really tight. Its been awhile since I been back at the gym. I enjoy getting a massage and also treating my mom to a massage at this place. The staff are so professional, patient, really listen to your concerns of aches and pain. They check on you to make sure the pressure is good for you and your ok. Kyle who works on me is very knowledgeable of the human body, always very educational for me. I feel so much better after each session. Kyle is amazing!

Came here with a groupon for an hours Couple Massage. Had to cancel my massage with fairfax , not knowing that they were going to charge me $130 for a cancellation fee. Which i thought was INSANE. After calling multiple times, i was charged only 90 instead of 130 for cancelling. Still highly upset, i paid it and still having my groupon, i decided to schedule with the woodbridge location instead. I had an appointment at 8 pm, and didn't get called to the back for my massage till about 8:10. Then with undressing, took off another 7 mins. so instead of getting my 60 min massage i had a 40 mins massage, which i have to say, wasn't at all great. If you have an emergency and have to cancel, be prepared to pay the same amount your massage would've cost. Definitely WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Everyone at Massage Green is very nice and welcoming. Lauren always greets you by your name. I had one issue with payment and Lauren was on top of it and took care of it right away. Aleshia does great deep tissue massages and listens to my needs. I have chronic pain in my neck and shoulders and when I leave I feel so much better.

Had a prenatal massage over a year ago. When I walked in I had a BYU shirt on and it was BYU UTAH game day, so front desk said I got a free essential oil in my massage. When I went into the massage, the therapist had no idea was I was talking about and had to go ask, which made it a little uncomfortable like he didn’t trust me when it was because of their lack of communication. The massage was marketed as 1 hour and everywhere that I navigated the site it said 1 hour. I got there 10 min early to ensure I got the most out of that 1 hour (I understand if I’m late, that is time taken away from my massage time). I was taken back and allowed to change at :05 after and the massage ended at :57. I was frustrated that I did not get the entire hour. When I submitted my feedback afterwards via online survey a manager texted my cell phone stating that 1 hour massages are only 50 minutes and essentially I should be thankful I got a few more minutes more than that and I get a free essential oil on my next visit. I did not ask to be contacted and felt that was a little unprofessional texting me like that without my permission. I also went back to the website and tried to see if I schedule another 1 hour if I could find anywhere that it was 50 min like he said, and I could not. Introductory price was nice, Massage was average, but I will plan on coming back.

The atmosphere is fine. If you have never had a good massage then this place might seem AMAZING as some of the reviewers state. But my massage felt rushed, amateurish, and was not very good. The only plus is the location for me, but I won't be back as it's worth a drive for a good massage. My wife also had one here and she had a similar experience, I'd avoid unless you want lots of oil, basic rub down and to be rushed through it.

They didn't tell me verbally or through email that I needed to come early to get my full 90 minute massage. I felt rushed the second I entered the building I didn't even have time to completely fill out the waiver before my therapist took me to the massage room and she ended 2 minutes early. The massage was nice as well as the therapist. The facility was clean and looked great. I just wished I had known to come early so they wouldn't take away massage time for me to dress and fill out the waiver.

I brought my girlfriend here recently for a massage and for her privacy I will be leaving her name out of this review, I myself though didn't get one. She said the massage was good but while I was waiting I overheard a conversations between the manager and some of the new employees and I was very upset by how he was treating them. most seem to be fresh out of massage school and this guy is clearly taking advantage of them, and just for that I don't believe we'll be coming here again. I can't support this kind of treatment toward human being, I'm not even sure how they get away with it? And then to top it off, They ask us to leave a review on here and I get a response from this place trying to make me look like the bad guy here... oh and I'm pretty sure I recognize a few of the staff from the spa on the review list, which doesn't seem right either.

I took my boyfriend to get a couples' massage for Christmas, thinking it would be a great way for him to relax while he's on leave from the Marine Corps. The reason I didn't give 1 star is because my boyfriend did enjoy his massage, but mine was awful. I could barely feel any pressure, despite my requests for more firm pressure. I've never had a massage where I walked out agitated instead of relaxed because I felt zero benefit or relief. Worse yet, she did some technique I've never previously experienced (note: I'm someone who has frequently received massages for the last 3 years) where she, for lack of better term, pulled the skin on the front of my neck. I don't like having my neck touched and suffered anxiety for the rest of the evening. I won't be returning.

"Suggested tip" sign suggests 25% or more tip?!? It’s a decent place actually; however, I was turned off by their lack of candor... or is it greed? The full price for a 1 hour non-member massage is $80 (for a member it’s $60). Why does the sign on their counter say the tip should be $20-$25?? It’s rude and makes me uncomfortable. Why should I be made to feel uncomfortable for tipping 20%?? And I always base my tips on non-member pricing. Beware! Also, my last massage membership company gave bottled water and/or tea/coffee with each service; here you must buy bottled water for $2. Not impressed.

I had a very pleasant here. Not only was I able to get an appointment that fit my scheduling needs ( They're open on Sundays and located in Utah county. Crazy!), but the owner and staff were so friendly and professional. This was my first professional massage, so I did not know what to expect. My massage therapist was thorough and did an excellent job getting me to relax. I also tried out the infrared sauna while watching Netflix. Their rates are very affordable too! I'll be back for a couples massage. Their couples massage suite is gorgeous.

After reading the great reviews and desperately needing a massage I went to this location however, it was not a great experience. I had an appointment at 11. As directed I arrived early to fill out paperwork which only took a couple minutes. At about 11:05 the front desk employees got a call from my therapist saying he was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be there for another 30-40 mins, which they failed to notify me until 11:10! I was surprised by this because it was a Saturday at 11. Since I had other commitments I was unable to wait and the front desk staff were not apologetic and were very disrespectful of my time. Instead of leaving this establishment relaxed I left more tense because they had disrespected my time and wasted almost an hour of it.

I have paid for a 6 month membership and every time I come in for a session they ask me to pay, and when I refuse it's like they don't believe me. I always have to bring up the managers name in order for her to confirm my membership and that I do not owe anything.

We both agree that Melony and Kelby were our masseuse and masseur (respectively), and they were cordial and knew what they were doing. The establishment feels well put together and just like you'd imagine a nice spa to appear. I would reccomend this place if you have never gotten a massage before. I'm already planning on when I can go back!

We are members at Massage Green, and for us, finding the right therapist really makes a difference. Victoria, Shelly and Julianna are our current favorites. Facility is very nice, and a 60 minute is actually 50 minutes so as long as there is that understanding, it's great. :) We go regularly, every week or two, and try to get a couples' massage with a combo of the above three therapists. There are others there that have also done well, it's a preference in style. We are pretty spontaneous, and they are good about trying to accommodate us at the last minute. Of course scheduling it out a few days ahead of time is always better. ;)

A highly trafficked area next to a popular thrift store. Someone’s kid was crawling on the furniture in the lobby. After seeing a couple openings online today, I decided to go inside and book an appointment in person. When I approached the receptionist and asked if there were openings, she told me condescendingly “Yeah...we don’t do walk ins, appointment only.” Poor customer service at the front, more than likely poor quality service in the back.

Over the years I have accumulated numerous sports injuries from swimming and running, and therefore seen countless sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, and massage therapists. Out of every specialist I have seen, Tiffani is the most attentive to my needs and limitations. She is so amazing that I selfishly do not want to write this great review so that she does not become completely booked with no time for me (please forgive me for saying that). Tiffani listens to not just what you say in words, but how your muscles and joints respond during the treatment, and then asks again after the treatment is finished how you feel and what might need more work next time. Tiffani showed me stretches that will help some of my worst areas, and recommended that I consider combined therapy of acupuncture and massage for my worst trigger points. It is clear that to Tiffani this is not just a job of getting clients in, giving them a massage and sending them off, but rather about improving patient's whole body health and ensuring they get the most out of their treatments every time knowing that there are usually 2-4 weeks between treatments. I am so grateful to have found Tiffani and I am going to be devastated when I graduate from Midwestern University in a year and move back home (maybe Tiffani would consider moving to a northern Utah Massage Green Spa?!).

I was severely hurting due to a chronic pain condition and I was having a bad pain day. The massage therapist could tell I needed a lot of work done and was willing on his own time to go beyond my allotted time (he made sure nobody was waiting for him) to make sure he did everything he could to loosen up the muscles making me so miserable! I was in a lot of pain and had been for over a week. I went to my chiropractor and that did nothing because my tight muscles were the problem. I called and hit this place at exactly the right time asking if they could take me ASAP and I was there in 15 minutes. Dannielle took care of me and worked for an hour on my neck and shoulder area. I was was that messed up. Not even able to function anymore. I walked out of there one happy camper. I've found a pain relief massage therapist close to home and that's exactly what I need.

I actually just read through the 1 star response that is on here and couldn't help but join in. I actually know someone who works there and although anyone with a massage license can easily find a better job then this one (which I think she plans to do), they aren't doing anything illegal. Most of the complaints I hear from her are that they make way less than most other massage therapists, management is not very flexable when it comes to availability and that they have way to many people working for the amount of rooms they have (I mean who goes to collage so they can have a regular joe schmo job like that? Anyway, most of the staff do seem pretty new but that doesn't make them bad, Plus you get $10 off if you leave a 5 star review on google as well... idk how I feel about that.

My husband and I come here for couples massages and they have ways been great. The rooms are nice and clean and the therapists are very professional. We have also enjoyed the sauna which is very private and you are able to watch TV and listen to other various entertainment. I did get a facial once and I was disappointed because the esthetician left me with the steam machine for most of the time and I didn't really feel like she did much.

My wife went there the fist time and everything was great. The lady who massaged her was very friendly and it went very well. The Second Time was a night mare! The girl was different and was very rude. Never been treated so badly in her entire life by any business. They did not even give her a massage and kicked her out because the girl that was suppose to massage her decided that arguing with her was more important than rendering services. We have asked for a refund for services not rendered and so far no call back.

My friend Lacy and I had an appointment today for facials and massages each. This appointment was scheduled one week ago and we were given the times of 2 pm and 3 pm when we arrived at 1:50 pm for our scheduled appointment we were told by the girl at front desk that they called yesterday and left voice mail that they changed times to 1 pm and this message was never received nor confirmed. She also gave us attitude that they called at 1:07 today to tell us we missed our appointment. She then further proceeded to tell us that services were now not available for our originals scheduled appointment and we would need to reschedule. Therefore I WOULD NOT recommend this company based on my first experience!

And today the masseuse smelled of smoke and attempted to mask the smell with perfume which seemed completely unprofessional. They keep a record of each person who visits, so they can take care of customers on a long-term basis (i.e. they record any trouble places, where each person collects their stress, health concerns, etc.). The facilities are great, but my massage was lacking. I love that they offer tea and water in the waiting room, and use hot towels and essential oils in the massage. I also love the sauna, and will be coming back to experience that again, thanks to my groupon offer. My massage therapist, on the other hand, was awful. I specifically stated on my intake form that I can't handle sharp pressure. He immediately started in with his elbow, and when I asked him to lighten up, he said "oh sorry, you had a knot" and did it again later. The whole massage was awkward and painful. He also kept sitting on the table while massaging, which meant some unidentified body part of his kept brushing against my hand. He must not have paid attention to the boundaries discussion in massage school. His massage was very scattered, and he kept jumping around from area to area and coming back instead of having a smooth, focused transition. I'm obviously a larger woman, so it was concerning to be handed a size XS robe to walk through the hall to the Sauna when I opened the door to find help, my therapist was nowhere to be seen, and I had to ask someone else to bring me a new robe. I think the Therapist I worked with needs a lot more training.

To start, I usually don't leave reviews unless a place is exceptionally good... or bad. Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to review the actual quality of service based on a session here because we were unable to make the session due to an unexpected emergency. Our very good friend scheduled a surprise session as a gift for us here because we have been under an immense amount of stress lately. A Swedish massage for myself, and a prenatal massage for my wife who is 30 weeks pregnant. The original appointment date she had arranged for us had to be rescheduled due to me being hospitalized which later turned out to be said to be due to the stress- go figure. So we rescheduled for today at 2PM. We got a call 15 minutes prior to our appointment with yet ANOTHER emergency. We called the place to try to reschedule AGAIN and they stated they were counting it as a no call no show. Now, I understand there being a small fee for this specific occurrence, which we would gladly pay to reschedule but we were told that the fee associated to this would be the price of the full session; $80 per person, which is absolutely insane. We didn't want our friend getting charged for this, but apparently " it's just the way the system works, it automatically charges the card on file ". We are reimbursing our friend this fee- which was paid for, for a session we didn't even get. If we want to reschedule to actually get the massage, we would also have to pay this same price again. The girl also stated that this is told to everyone who makes an appointment. When we called to reschedule the original appointment, we were NOT informed of this, and had we known and anticipated this large fee for receiving zero service we may feel differently. We already have a TON of stress on our plate, obviously enough that it is effecting our health, and this large unexpected fee has made matters that much worse. We weren't even seen here. From the reviews they seem fantastic, and I wish we could've critiqued them based on that- especially being something we REALLY, really needed... but this specific experience was absolutely awful, and a total mess.

I was one of the first 100 customers at this location so I was able to get the $39.95 a month membership for a 1 hr massage. It was great at the beginning but now it is very difficult to get appointments. As a member and one of the first few supporters I feel that they should do something special or different for us. I pay for one massage a month but maybe go 3 times a year. I do not lose them but it would be nice to use them as needed. Sometimes I am so beat and I call and they say they do not do next day appointments. The place is nice, clean and is very calming. Some therapists are better than others. Parking is abundant.

I scheduled a 90 min massage, as a surprise for my wife. She works hard every day at home with the kids while I’m at work. And she deserved a relaxing break. I was very upset to find out that the masseuse took it upon herself to cut the massage to a 60 min massage for no apparent reason. You only had us pay for the 60 min massage, but that’s not the point. The point is, if we wanted a 60 min massage, we would have booked one. We wanted 90 mins. And that’s not what she got. Very upsetting. 1 star. We will likely never be back due to the complete lack of professionalism.

I was thinking at first that the introductory services might not be the full experience but they are! Got 1 hour prenatal massage from Kyle. Pros: Was able to get appt same day reserving online. Great value, only cost me $50. Clean, serene environment from moment you walk in. Receptionist very friendly. Relaxing area to wait in with dimmed lights and music playing. Kyle was very friendly. He offered me water when my massage was finished. Cons: Massage didn't seem very professional. During a massage I don't want to chit chat, kyle seemed to want to most of the massage (only about 15-20 mins of it we didn't talk.) Made it not relaxing. My impression of him was that he was amateur, like he just got out of school and didn't know what he was doing. From reading reviews on here, some people rated him highly--I'm thinking he's probably good at other types of massage and just not prenatal? In the middle of it, he asked if I wanted lights dimmed. And he forgot to do aromatherapy, which I requested when I reserved online. The massage wasn't "even" if that makes sense, he only had time to do half of it. In the beginning he asked what area I wanted focused on, and he barely massaged anywhere else. He asked if I wanted a fully body massage, I asked if it was included in what I was paying for, and he said it was. Overall just really average. Didn't leave feeling that relaxed like I expected. (On scale of 1-10 I'd say I left feeling at a 4).

Due to high stress job and years of hunching over computer screens, I hold a ton of tension in my upper back. As you may know finding someone with the right balance of firmness, or willingness to put in the hard work can be challenging. This "young lady" has a gift. I wasn’t happy with my massage. I had really high hopes and I was super disappointed. They had such great reviews. I pay 100$ for couples massage for one hour. First they started late so we didn’t get our full hour in and they stopped before it was time so we got about 45 minutes. And even though I told my therapist I didn’t want a lot of pressure my back was extremely sensitive, but my massage still had tons of pressure and it hurt the whole time. Very very disappointed and I won’t be going back! I suggest going somewhere else.

I bought my wife a groupon to Massage Green Spa. She went in and had a nice experience. She went ahead and paid a tip with her debit card. Massage Green Spa took that information and began charging us monthly without our knowledge. When we discovered this yesterday, my wife went in to request the $300 they took from our account. Although they admitted that they made a mistake, the lady told my wife they could not return her money. This is theft. I will never recommend you to anyone, and I will report you to BBB and Groupon. They have nice rooms with heated tables and use hot towels on the neck and feet which I enjoyed. It was a good experience. If you are looking for a massage without all the frills of a spa, this is a good choice.

Love this place and love Idelle! She is amazing and really listens to you when you are explaining your problem areas. I was in a car accident months ago and need the massage therapy. Today I told her that I wish instead of hot stones they had cold stones and she got to thinking and came up with a brilliant technique that we are just calling cold stone therapy. It was exactly what my back needed and one of the coolest experiences I have had getting a massage! Literally by the end of the session I was on the verge of falling asleep because I was so relaxed!
