My first experience at this place. I left knowing it will always be a place I'll come back too. I could tell immediately that not only was the staff more experienced than most places but the quality of products and the service is far better than the other nail salon.I don't even remember exactly the girl's name did my nails who is extremely friendly and patient , maybe Mia or Tina but my nails have never looked so good and my hands so soft. Love It!

I had a very bad experience in fusion salon & day spa in Woodbridge VA I ended up getting a gel full set by the time she was finished it was terrible it was blotchy inflat very thick with a bad shape i wasn't satisfied & when i complained to the manger she was very rude to me and after that all the stuff start insulting me with the manager i was shocked because i have never seen such service in all the world she's not understanding of customer value, at all . she refused to fix my problem this manager is LYNN she's impolite and very rude & unfriensdly person she has no idea about customer service she knows only one thing; charging money even if u're not satisfied

Today was my third visit to this nail salon for SNS fill in. Each time I get the same service but each experience has been inconsistent. My pedi water was cold even though I asked twice for the water to be warmer. My SNS fill in service was incomplete yet the tech said it was finished. SNS dust was all over my hands, I had to ask to wash them while she socialized with colleagues. No lotion, no cuticle oil...just dry dusty hands that looked worst than when I arrived. When I returned after talking to the manager she claimed that the SNS left on my hands and in the corners of my nails was my fault. I do not appreciate paying for a service that I had to try to fix on my own. Highly disappointed, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love this place. Best customer service there is. I bring my daughter and step daughter because they have a section in the back with 2 little girl chairs to get pedicures and 2 adults for the parents to sit and get pedis with their kids. My girls love it and I do too.

The employees are really nice at this nail salon. I came without appointment and they helped me. I got acrylic nail filling and did three nails that broke. The price for filling is $17 which I thought was great plus $3 per broken nail. Paul did a really good job and was very nice and quick. I usually don't do reviews but it's a great place to check out

Terribly disappointed. My daughter and I have been here twice before and were very impressed. This time however was awful. The two girls barely paid attention to us:, lackluster treatment wirh the pumice stone, only put masque on the front of my leg, didn't dry the back, no lotion and barely any massage. When it came time for the nails she filed only enough to smooth edges, no shaping so it doesn't look like I had a manicure at all just polish, and one fingernail still had a ragged edge.

Tonight was the last straw when I made a 7:00 appointment and walked out at 7:30 without the pedicure I scheduled. What a waste of my time. Reasons why I love Fusion: it's well ventilated (unlike most nail salons), it's clean, it has a very peaceful vibe, they feed you and give you wine while you're getting your nails done (serious bonus points, right there), and last, but not least, Vanny does an amazing job on my nails. I'm pretty picky but she is so great with details, she always exceeds my expectations. As long as Vanny's there, I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Love this place. After my first visit almost a year ago, I kept coming back here. I get great services every I come. I know they have little pedicure chairs for kids. So I brought my 6 year old daughter with me today for her first pedicure, and she loved it. They gave her juice and snack. She got princess pedicure which is $28. She like it so much. She already wants to go back. This will be our spa place for a while now.

I absolutely loved this place! I went with my mother in law and sister. I got a full set, my sis got a pedicure and my mother in law had a mani and pedi with shellac. Tracy greeted us as soon as we came through the door. We were helped right away. We were offered wine, tea and water as well as a plate of snacks that had been wrapped. The snacks included a delicious brownie, an orange and energy snack. I thought this was super cute and very welcomed since you can be at the salon or quite some time. Tracy did my full set of coffin nails with chrome polish and they came out gorgeous! I highly recommend this place. I don't live in the area but when I visit again, I will definitely go back!

I swear I've been to so many places iin VA after moving from Chicago where the nail techs are totally on point. But these VA places are a joke. My nails look horrible after coming out of fusion. Cuticles painted unevenly, dust dried into my polish and the filing is horrendous! I'm mean what's up with these places? Is there anyone actually trained in VA to do nails?

Janella Janella Janella, I can't say enough about her skills. We are on the long journey of revitalizing my hair and she is the MD of hair - in my opinion. My hair hasn't been this bouncy and healthy looking in a very long time. The new shop is wonderful. Very upscale and classy and the prices still don't kill you. Hair, eyebrows and nails and toes done while you sit under the dryer. Who could ask for more. Woodbridge needed this little hidden diamond. And it's a perfect location off of Minnieville Road behind Jiffy Lube with plenty of parking!

Waxing service: Brazilian, underarm and leg wax by Mary. She was very nice, however did not do a satisfying professional job. She put the wax on in some places against the hair instead of with the growth. Other times she pulled the strip off in the wrong direction(pulling in growth direction instead of against it). She also went over some places more than once, which ended up ripping my skin. She did not wear gloves nor wash her hands before providing the service. She also did not use anything to cleanse my skin beforehand or to absorb any sweat, etc. afterwards she used baby powder to dry me but no oil or anything to get off all the wax that was left on me. Other: The bathroom had pee on the floor around the toilet, like it doesn't get mopped or scrubbed in that area. The wax used was a hot cream wax. The positives: Prices were fair. Mary was thorough, the brazilian was a proper wax, reaching everywhere that a brazilian should. The salon was tidy and clean smelling. The waxing room was relaxing with music and lighting.

I will never be back. I have been to a fair amount of nail salons throughout my life time and the service at this one was just terrible . I just recently moved to woodbridge and I was seeking a nail salon that I could trust to go to for my usual mani/pedi. I was greeted by a great receptionist who was very nice and helped my friend and I pick out colors. After picking out my color, I went to sit in the pedicure chair. The male tech tried to offer me a gel manicure not once, not twice, but about 5 times. My friend was counting as he wouldn't take no for an answer. After about the 5th time of his gel sales pitch I finally said no and was firm with my response and explained for the 10th time I am a nurse and it is against policy for the gel polish. Following that he was nothing but rude, pushy and hurried me through my experience. He nipped my big toe while rushing and would not hold a conversation with me. HELLO YOU ARE WORKING FOR MY TIP! My feet were barely buffed as he rushed the paint on and rushed me into the manicure chair. I asked to sit next to my friend and He mumbled and moved me there. After nipping my finger while trimming my nails I was so upset with his behavior. He continued to be rude with me. I thought about leaving a few times but I am not that type of person and I would rather not have a scene. Following my sloppy paint job on the nails, I waited for my friends gel mani to be finished. I went to pay and he hurried to grab my card and swipe it. Never asking for tip to be added or let me know tips were cash only. He tried to escort me to the ATM so I would withdraw a tip for him. I gave him a dollar out of my wallet and walked out. I will never be back. I cannot believe how rude someone could be to a customer. Maybe if you would let customers know its cash tip only they would just withdraw money for the whole thing. No way am I going to get a 3$ surcharge to give you a 5$ tip when you already swiped my card. Furthermore did you really think you deserved a tip... I mean I get its the holiday season you work hard and a gel mani would make your sales higher but treating me like crap because I didn't want a gel. Well you just lost a customer and I'm sure I'm not the first you lost and I wont be the last.

My stylist of many years is semi-retired and told me I'd eventually have to find another person -- I have! Vee gave me a wonderful haircut and foil! Nothing special about the service here. Place looks really nice and clean. Didn't realize until they started my pedicure that I didn't see any barbicide or other sanitizing products to clean in between customers. This is something you rarely see in nail salons and that's bothersome for me. The foot massage was horrible. I get a better massage just rubbing lotion on my own feet. I still gave 3 stars because they do have a good polish collection and the place look nice.

I’m really bummed about the experience I had today, despite my last visit being incredible. I treated myself to a spa pedicure for my birthday as well as a dip manicure (my second one, the first one was elsewhere while traveling a couple weeks ago). I just have to say that this was the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. I don’t think people realize how hot and painful the drills get and she used the drill on my natural nails 4 or 5 times. I jumped a few times because the drill got so hot and felt like it was going right through my natural nail and she did apologize but it’s important to be careful/more gentle on natural nails. I got cut/burned REALLY badly from the nail file on my index finger along the side of nail on the skin, it split the skin. That nail and the one next to it got waaay too much filing alongside the nail and it messed up the beautiful shape she had done before starting the dip process. My nails were beautifully shaped by her but the dip process means extra filing and drilling I guess but my nails are now half square, half round, some narrow, some wide. I felt bad saying something in person because she was so kind and she knew there were a few painful mistakes, but paying 90 dollars for a painful experience was really disappointing. If the dipping process wasn’t so uncomfortable and meant more drilling to remove it, I would go have it taken off but I think my nails need a break, it was way too much.

Tony provided an amazing pedicure! It was by far the best one I have ever had and I will definitely be back to get another one!! Mai did an equally amazing job on my manicure!! I was a bit worried after a bad experience at Joy Nail & Spa that left my nails in shambles five days after getting their version of “SNS” done there and asked Mai to simply do a Pink & White manicure for me. Mai convinced me to give SNS another shot with her when she showed me that Fusion, unlike Joy Nails & Spa, actually uses SNS (nOt Kiara Sky which is cheaper for a reason) for their dipping powder manicures and also when she promised that she would go out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with her work. Not only was I absolutely satisfied with Mai’s work on my nails but she exceeded my expectations in every way. I will be back to have my nails done with her.

UPDATED: We went in today for pedicures. I took both kids (8 & 10) and a friend of mine. When it came time to pay, they tried to charge me the adult price for my 10 year old. Even though I asked for the Princess Pedi AND it clearly states on the “menu” booklet that it’s for ages 10 & under. But, that wasn’t actually the problem. The real problem was the manor in which the manager talked to me. She was so rude! She talked loudly right over the top of me, repeated herself many times (even though what she was saying wasn’t relevant) and refused, REFUSED listen to me. She basically walked away and refused to listen to me. I wasn’t yelling or being condescending, but I wasn’t going to let them scam me like the other reviews that I’ve read. She basically told me to never come back. Wow. I just couldn’t believe how rude she was. I’ve come here a few times by myself and with my 7-year old daughter. They have fair prices and great customer service. They offer a light snack and a drink that are included in the price. They even have a discounted rate for kids and fun little pink chairs for their pedis. It will become my regular place!

Unfortunately, the following day there was a small nick in one of her nails, but as she plays lacrosse it's likely she got it due to training. Personally wouldn't come here to get anything done. I got my nails done once with lynn and shes the one of few who really knows what their doing. If you notice there is still toe nail clippings and other debris. I know for a fact they do not sanitize the floors. They don't sanitize pedicure chairs or have liners... Instead of adding your information into the computer they dont keep record of services you had and most of the clients are walk ins. So unless you come regularly they wont remember your name. People come back for repairs because it's not done right the first time. If I could give them stars I wouldnt give any. Save the trouble and Yelp nail salons and look for a salon with lots of good reviews.

This salon is bigger and more beautiful than one might gather from the outside! The staff were very accommodating and kind! We had snacks set out at our pedicure chairs upon arrival and they provided me with complimentary wine , which was above and beyond what I would have anticipated! Clean and pretty. Very modern setup. They offer wine, yay. The pedicure was ok, too expensive for the end result. For the price I expected baby soft feet and didn't have that. Get your nails done with Tracy Vo. She's amazing.

So I called Fusion Nails and spoke with a lady named Jasmine. I was only trying to get eyebrow wax done today. As I was speaking to her she was rudly interupting me while I was trying to speak then hung up the phone when I tried to ask about walk in and appointments. Unclear why employees think it's okay to treat potential customers with disrespect then expect a person to ever want to business again with Fusion Nails. Now just because of that I have no problem using my regular nail shop. Hopefully one day people will learn to treat others like you should be treated.

This place is great! Merry (this is the correct spelling) is the superstar here, but any of their professionals will do a great and friendly job. They are all beyond helpful and match colors for their customers instead of most other places where they have you do it yourself with not always the best results. The place is clean and freshly sanitized tool packages are opened new every time. The provide a little snack and beverage which is a nice touch, and unlike other places they always come through with those little extras. The manis and pedis last like they should and gel isn’t an inch thick after application. Again, Merry is the best here, and she knows how to treat ingrown toe nails if you’re so afflicted. My feet feel 100% better after she has treated them. They don’t skimp on the massage and scrub parts as a lot of local salons do in order to rush you through. They take their time and care, and you can see it in the results.

Didnt think the new set was very good, too flat looking, flat spot dip in middle of one nail & every little thing they charge extra for. If your length isnt real short they want to charge more. Regular set, not gel, $35 with 2 nails having a little bit of sparkle polish on them.

My experience was strange. The nail tech seemed afraid to clip my toe nails. She thought it was better for customers to clip before coming in. The massage was the absolute worst. The room was very cold, the oil was very cold and the price I was quoted before going in the room suddenly changed once I was undressed and I'm the table. There was no pillows for my feet or head. I've been here before but today's experience wasn't good.

Went here for the first time 01/19/17 and one lady started my nails and sent me over to another to have her continue on. I ended up getting a gel full set. By the time she was finished it was terrible. It was blotchy, the liquid gel wasn't completely sealed on one finger, therefore the nail is now detached from the gel, I personally wouldn't go back there. I've been living in Woodbridge, VA for a year now and have yet to find a nail place that does a great job.

The worst gel manicure I have ever received. Uneven , fingers were cut multiple times, overly thick. The gentlemen who did my nails was not happy when I asked him to cut them down more. Just bad all around.

I've been to this place before never had a problem till yesterday. I've gotten my nails done before with sunny she's done a great job. But yesterday I had gotten Tina. I had gotten a pedicure and mani done . While she was going my toes I had noticed the white stuff for my French had kinda come off and I know she saw it she just looked at it and decided to not fix it. I was in a rush and my fiancé was waiting in the car so I just said whatever. While she was doing my mani she had made me bleed on one of my fingers.. so now I'm mad. And to top it off when hey dipped my hand in the wax they had forgotten to advise to take my ring off . So I had wax alll over my ring . Tina wasn't even the one who dipped it , it was the front counter girl. She didn't even let the wax cool off enough for it to come off easily like how sunny usually would do so it was difficult to take off the wax. My manis French wasn't even good it was a mess. Wouldn't come back :/

Never going back..... Last week found out I had a nail fungus, during one of my regular fills. As the technician was removing the layer of acrylic, I noticed a slight tan line across the top of my nail bed. I asked about it, and she said, "yes, it looks your nail has lifted/separated so this must have caused it. She went on to say, that it was my fault because I should get a whole new set of nails... "set of nails, I asked? These are my natural nails under the acrylic powder, and never had to use nail extensions for the past 7 yrs. and never had a fungus on my nails until I came here. This is the only place I've had my nails donefor the past 3 months" not because they're the best, just because they're convenient near the house and the color options.... Instead of removing the acrylic from nail, the technician wanted to add more to the nail. I explained to her that I wanted all the acrylic removed. She proceeded to tell me to "relax and that she is a professional." She continued to drill then use another nail to lift the remaining acrylic layer (painful) and i asked her to stop... she could tell I was a little agitated and proceeded to drill to thin my nails" in order to speed it up for soaking...and then the drill slipped and it, rather she, cut my finger with the drill. I henced, held my finger for a moment as she sat there talking under her breath (in a language she knows I don't understand) to her colleagues. She then held her hand out, motioning me to give her my hand so she could continue drilling ---- why did I have to asked her to get me something for the cut....?? Again talking to her colleagues in a language I don't understand.... she stood up in haste to get anti-bacteria drops. I told her i would rather have my her soak my nails to remove the remaining acrylic. She said that will take to long... I explained that" I'm not in a rush..... are you?" Drilling would only make them thinner.... I got them soaked off -- $10 to remove... Needless to say --- Not going back.
