How do I make this work to give them 10 stars? Seriously? This place is Fantastic ! The place was clean and very nicely done. I started with the sauna - which they have you sit in this enclosed tub and it steams you below the neck and you can rally feel the toxins just sweating out. The sugar body scrub came next and my spa tech was Ernesto who made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. The massage came next, again it was really nicely done and he asked what areas I needed worked on the most. It ended with a 30 minute facial and by the time they were done with me, I felt like a million bucks and my body was just buzzing from all the special treatment. I would highly recommend this place for any of the services - the massage and the facials especially. I honestly think it's worth the money and plan on going again soon.

I got a third degree burn after treatment from this practice. I kept trying to call for treatment, but no one returned my calls. I guess I will need to try other avenues. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience that will leave permanent scars on my face. I would highly recommend avoiding this practice.

When you become a member you have access to free sauna, steam room, salt room and most importantly 20% discounted services. Spa technician always professional and attentive. I love getting massage And scrubs From Tuya. Sergey is great Cryo and Venik specialist. Spa filled with all kinds of modern equipment and products help you to look and feel beautiful.

This was by far the best spa experience that I have ever had. We purchased the romantic day spa package for two. Veera and Tasha were phenomenal. The facials, massages, scrubs, and wraps were relaxing yet effective. The Venik Sauna treatment was the most memorable experience I have ever had at a spa (in a good way). Natalia was attentive and accomodating. I felt amazing after the treatment. All in all, I would definitely reccomend this spa to anyone who wants to spend the day in that perfect place between consciousness and a deep relaxing sleep. Aria Medispa is a relaxation paradise.

Valeria is simply the best professional with two masters degree in the industry. After my each treatment I leave the spa happy and glowing. The worst laser experience of my life and the rudest manager. I was not happy at all with the result and was telling them, finally they changed the treatment the last two sessions and I got a better result because they finally used the proper setting for my skin type. So I paid for six sessions but only got two proper treatments. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Mr. Jacob and told him I have done laser in two other countries with a great results. He replied then why don't you go back to those countries if you are not happy here. A very rude comment and no way to treat a customer.

THE BEST Laser Hair Removal experience. I recently received laser hair removal from Valeria. She made me feel incredibly comfortable, was very knowledgeable about the machinery, and provided fun conversation during the treatment so I barely felt a thing. After one treatment, I already see results! Valeria is amazing, and I am beyond excited to have found her impressive. Extremely detail oriented and never in a rush, she knows how to take care of clients. Her work is flawless and natural. She has a way of making you feel so comfortable and stress free. The very best past of Valeria's practice is how she makes you feel as if you're her only client - clearly, her business is booming and I'm lucky to nab an appointment with her, but when I'm in her Medi spa, it feels like I'm an A-lister. This may be the BEST premier spa in Northern Virginia with a European flair. I did my research for spas throughout the DMV, looking for the best birthday gift for myself. After reading numerous reviews, and asking friends, I decided on Aria Medispa. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for an extra special treat! I received 5 treatments for the price of 1 which in itself was astonishing (check their Facebook page and Groupon/Living Social for specials). I was greeted by Valeria at the front desk and my French masseuse Val, they were extremely friendly and genuine. I filled out my paperwork and was whisked into Wonderland. Every detail is covered, the spa is beautiful and peacefully decorated; it's warm and inviting. My treatments were all unique and different, leaving me wondering, "what's next?". Being a medi-spa, they really focus on the healing and nurturing aspects of what each procedure entails, there is a purpose for everything they are doing. After my relaxing treatments, I was surprised with an elegant silver tray filled with goodies, a glass of red wine and a pot of tea. I was not rushed in any way, and felt right at home. The staff is extremely professional and was at ease during all of my treatments. I felt each and every person I encountered gave me their best and wanted to ensure that I left completely satisfied. And I did. I will continue to tell all of my friends and family about Aria Medispa. I will be back, as I have found my oasis.

This is hands down the best spa in Sterling! I'm someone who's no stranger to the stress that comes from a fast paced city life. We work, shop, party, entertain and try to keep up with our changing environment. So how are we supposed to relax and wind down? That's where ARIA Medispa comes in. I can honestly say this is the best spa in Northern Virginia as I believe It's the little things that make a spa amazing. When you first walk in, it's like stepping into a different world. It's cool and relaxing, and the staff are helpful and unceasingly friendly. It was my first time there, so I was shown where to change into my cushy robe, offered tea and a trip to the sauna, which was right in the locker room if I wanted. The lounge was warm and relaxing with comfortable chairs that I just wanted to curl up next to and nap. Just a beautiful atmosphere that made me feel extremly comfortable. Within minutes I met my therapist, Sara, and was led to the treatment room. I immediately noticed how gorgeous the beds were; leaves fanned across the soft blankets. There was much attention to detail that made it extremly inviting. And the massage... WOW! I have extremely tense muscles that require a lot of work and before he was even done I could feel the stress leaving my body. His technique offered the perfect amount of pressure and balanced movements so it was effective AND soothing. All my concerns were addressed and he went above and beyond, instructing me on stretches to relieve my specific muscle tension. I was in a bit of a rush as I was leaving, but still noted all the amenities they offered in the women's room from cold water with lemon slices to products that I didn't expect. The woman at the front desk Kaur was extremely nice as I was leaving, giving me Aria card, on which he had written a friendly note and product recommendations. They showed me the products but were in no way pushy which I really appreciated. I got to peruse my options freely to make my own decisions. This really is one of the best spas in Sterling and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a break from life with people who honestly care about making you feel your best.

This was my first visit to Aria MediSpa and I most say that wasblown away by how nice and professional the staff there was. I have been to some of the most upscale spa’s but I’ve never gotten the personal attention to detail that I received here. The place was also super clean with some the the most technically advanced devices at their disposal. A special shout out to Sergei who went above and beyond during most of my visit. He is the reason I signed up for a one year membership and will be a regular weekend customer given his sincere interest in my health and well being. The positive reviews seemed a little too good when I first read them before visiting but I can tell you all that every word is true, do yourself a favor and come see these guys you won’t regret it.

I came to Aria Spa just to try the salt room with my Aunt and I must say I am very disappointed. For starters it was have been nice to be informed about the service and what to expect from the receptionist. It made me very uncomfortable when they asked to take my picture just upon arrival to simply know who I was. We were escorted to a room where we were told that the walls are made of salt but that is absolutely false. After about an hour and fifteen minutes of sitting and not feeling anything but the heat from the heater I felt it was time to go. The environment is relaxing but there is just no benefit of the salt room at this place. Save your 40 dollars and possibly try other services. The service is very misleading as my Aunt was informed that it would help clear up sinuses and other skin conditions when it did absolutely nothing. It was warm room aka a relaxation area.

Spoke to owners after this review and changed my rating but spa needs work on customer service.

First, the website is out of date. I had called to ask if there was sugaring (to double check, because it said there was on the website), a man informed me there was. So after calling back to book an appointment, a woman had answered the phone and informed me that they don’t actually do sugaring. She had not great customer service as well. Please update the website as it can be very confusing and misleading for customers! Also, the app for some reason would not let me log into my account ( As you must do this to book through the app ). I even verified my password multiple times. I was unable to book through the app which, according to the website, was the only way to book...

I got permanent make-up for my eyebrows and eyeliner at Aria MediSpa recently. Valeria did a wonderful job. She explaining the treatment to me in great details. She also suggested the color and shape that are suitable for my face. Valeria did a very professional work and spent a lot of time to make me happy. I love both results the eyebrows and the eyes. It's really nice not to have to worry about doing your makeup every morning :) and I definitely recommend Valeria as your permanent make-up artist.

This is an update: They just expanded there spa and it looks amazing. They added a salt room, whirlpool, new sauna and many other really great features that I am going to have to try. I went the other day and it was the best spa experience I have ever had. The staff treated me like I was an emperor. I cannot wait for my next visit to the spa. I would go everyday if I didn't have to work. I am just very impressed with Aria Medispa and have been there two times now and they were all very positive and pleasant experiences. They have a very nice, clean and modern environment to really relax. I just had the Organic Seasonal Facial with Valeria. Valeria has perfected her craft and is a consummate professional who really cares about you and all her clients. I was so relaxed that I will do it again in the near future. I also had an Organic Body Scrub with table shower in combination with the Aromatherapy with Essential Oils massage and Sauna with tea and fruit. It can’t get much better than that. I thought I had died and went to heaven. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend this establishment for all your Spa needs. I just had to go back and try one of their many other services that they provide. This time I tried the Russian VENIK -Sauna with Herbal Treatment and it was an amazing experience. It’s a GREAT Russian massage treatment that has been performed for many years in Russia. This technique is done in a sauna with a VENIK (leaves of birch, oak or eucalyptus are bundled together and soaked in warm water) and used for the massage. I cannot explain it or put it into words. You have to try this for yourself because it truly is an amazing experience and you feel fantastic after it is done. Aria Medispa is the place to go for great services and a relaxing environment.

The person that did my laser had no clue about the treatment and didn't know how to use the equipments. She BURNED my face and as a result my face is scared forever. When I went back to show them the scares they didn't even apologize. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place for any laser treatment services.
