OMG what an EXPERIENCE! I was honored to be there during opening night and once I got into the Salt Cave I just didn't want to leave! Almost instantly I could feel my nasal cavities clearing, after a day of sneezing almost non-stop! I felt like I could take deeper breaths! I've been sharing it with everyone I know! The Salt Cave is one of those things you HAVE to experience for yourself just to understand what I mean!

As a preschool teacher, I am constantly exposed to runny noses and other unavoidable germs. I came to the Vermont Salt Cave after fighting a cold/sinus infection for several weeks that I just couldn't seem to shake. After a session in the cave my sinuses felt clearer, my energy level was higher than it had been in weeks, and my whole state of being was more peaceful and relaxed. Now, several days later, I am still feeling excellent.The owners were extremely welcoming, genuine, and knowledgeable. Needless to say, I am sold on the benefits of salt therapy and plan to return soon.

We were skiing at Jay Peak and found this amazing gem. We are in Burlington now and are going to make the 1hr+ trip and come back again. The salt cave was such a special space that the pictures on web site don't do it justice. So much care and detail. Totally relaxing and rejuvenating. It was an absolutely amazing experience. Slept like a baby that night. What an unbelievably unique healing environment. We also did the detox room where you place your hands and bare feet on multiple salt lamps. Really warmed me up on a cold day and melted away aches and pains from skiing. Also great store there with many interesting items you'd never find anywhere. The owners Sarita and Nafas were so knowledgeable and helpful. They also bring in area healing arts practitioners. When we finished our session they had a class with a sound therapy healing expert working with tuning works and other instruments. We tried to get in on the class but it was full. If you are visiting Vermont you shouldn't miss this incredible unforgettable experience.

It was an amazing experience! Relaxing and definitely helped my sinuses. Another person's continuous coughing subsided after a few minutes. Luckily, no germs can be spread; it's got machine that sanitize the air. The owners are so knowledgeable about all types of natural remedies and they shared abundant information about the benefits achieved by salt cave sessions. I wish I lived closer, but definitely worth the drive from anywhere! I'll be going back for sure.

so there are atleast 3 caves i have visited in vermont. I am so disapointed,guess the south gets a lot things better and salt caves are one of them. These people that run this cave are like pushy car salesmen.

Can't say for sure which room did it, the Himalayan Salt Rock room, the foot and hand salt therapy or the infrared pad room but I left with NO pain in my hip after a six month issue from spraining my back. The owners are very knowledgeable and wish to share what they know but I never felt pressured to purchase anything. A great experience!

Wonderful, relaxing experience in salt caves. Also purchased shungite stone bracelet at the recommendation of the owners. I can't believe the difference in my sleep - have slept better since wearing it then I have in 2 years!

Has a musty smell in the building.Cave is decent.NO BATHROOM IN BUILDING! It is a good walk outside to another building to use restroom.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been going to the VT Salt Cave for a couple years for my asthma. Not only is an amazing atmoshpere, customer service is always a big thing for me and Sarita and her husband are two of the sweetest people I have ever met. They take such amazing care of every person that walks through their door! And are so helpful in educating customers about everything they offer! Totally the best!!!!

If you’re interested in a relaxing and rejuvenating experience I highly reccomend checking out this Salt Cave. I felt energized and cleansed after my 50 minute session. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about their practice and explained everything to me, which was helpful and comforting for a first-timer. Highly highly reccomend this place!

The Salt Cave is a wonderful place to go at any time of the year. Both options they offer are equally beneficial and leave you feeling relaxed and at ease. I have gone to the Salt Cave many times and I also have two salt lamps one in my room and one in my college dorm. The salt lamp helps with the stress and helps me sleep. I truly believe in everything the owners say and see the difference in my every day living. When my light bulbs burn out they give free light bulbs whenever I need them. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a unique experience and awesome gifts for yourself, friends and family!

Sarita and Nafir (sorry if i spelled his name wrong) are the most gracious hosts and explain everything in detail. A beautiful one stop shop for feeling better on days of aches and pains. An older person in my family was having a tough time with joint pain. An hour in the salt cave and a few drops of CBD oil they carry here turned things around. Thanks for being there for us!

The owners welcome you to a 45 min oasis and spend time explaining natural healing and remedies. So glad we stumbled upon this and trusted the Google reviews. Over the past few months I have taken two trips to the salt caves with local senior citizens. It's a perfect get away. The seniors love the change of scenery and the benefits of the salt caves. Highly recommend making the trip- totally worth it!

All I can say is WOW! What an experience. I have tried many salt caves in the past but while up in Jay Peak I had the pleasure of experiencing the Vermont Salt Cave Spa. From the second I walked in the door the owners, Sarita & Nafis, welcomed me with open arms. They were both exceptionally kind & knowledgeable about their salt cave spa & what would help benefits my health & everyday life. They explained to me the health benefits of the cave & I learned quite a few new factoids about the salt cave. Upon walking into the cave itself I felt like I was teleported to a remote cave on another world. I was able to walk on the salt which felt SO GOOD on my feet. I took a seat & relaxed while looking up at a mesmerizing night sky that had a couple of constellations. After an hour in the cave I felt completely recharged, clear headed & at ease with everything in my life. I highly recommend the Vermont Salt Cave Spa because after you go once you will want to go many more times! I cannot wait to go back!

My mother and I have visited the Vermont Salt Cave Spa on multiple occasions and have fallen more in love each time. The owners are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable! We have enjoyed the salt cave, sampled the hand/foot detox, and purchased some of the wonderful items from their store front. The quaint village of Montgomery Center is full of surprises ! This amazing salt cave just opened, built of Polish pink salt, and a micro-climate all by itself. So we spent 45 minutes relaxing and breathing an air saturated with salt and minerals. Great for breathing, the skin and a ton of diseases. Being in a silent zone was quite a shock at first, we managed to keep quiet and very soon we were so relaxed that we left in a quite pleasant "after-spa" state. And speaking of Spas, this is a great alternative, and so much cheaper.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Salt Cave, and enjoying 2 other therapies, this past weekend. It all sounded lovely on the website. Experiencing the cave, hand & foot detox, and the infrared treatment far exceeded my expectations! Nafis and Sarita are so sweet and welcoming, which was an important part of the afternoon, as well. They sell a variety of products in their gift shop, but there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. But purchase I did; how could I come away without a salt lamp for my daughter, one for my office, and one that I can move around my home?! Also bought some lovely tea. I was talking to Nafis about my sleep patterns, which are not great. I bought a spray bottle of magnesium to apply to the soles of my feet at bedtime, per his recommendation. OK, at the risk of sound like a nut, this stuff is amazing!! I had no idea I might be a little low on magnesium. After only 2 nights of use, I feel better than I have in, literally, years. Also a reminder of drinking dilute apple cider vinegar was welcome. Such simple remedies, with such great results. I highly recommend this place. Don't listen to the naysayers; some people just seem to enjoy being crabby. I can't wait to return!

Four of us went for a ladies spa weekend, arriving on a Friday and leaving Sunday. The experience and owners were incredible. Their rental apartment right in front of the Salt Cave building was very nice, large and clean. Prior to arriving we had communicated the treatments we each wanted..i.e. Hot Stone Massage, Foot Detox, etc. and of course multiple Salt Cave Sessions. They scheduled all perfectly and we were all in heaven by the end of our visit. We ladies cannot wait to go again and plan to at least 4 times a year. Terrific value for the money and the owner are the nicest folks you will ever meet as well as extremely knowledgeable.
