They got me in for a fill and color change without an appointment because I was there at 11 AM when they opened on a Sunday morning. I couldn't believe how many people they were shuffling around for the next hour while I was getting my acrylics filled. SUPER BUSY! Kevin left a lot of my old color on and just tried to go over it with the new colors and did it so poorly on the sides I can still see the old color. From the top they look really nice but if you are picky you will not be happy. I asked for them to be the same shape as the ones I came in with and no luck, I pointed that out and he said he would file again and never came back to it. When he was acting so busy seating people and answering phone calls while he did mine I sadly excepted my fate and just prayed they would look descent enough to not have to soak off before I went back to the salon across the street to get them filled correctly. Do my nails look horrible? No. Would I be proud sending one of my customers out the door with uneven acrylic and not taken to the edges? No. Should I have spoken up louder and and made him make them semi perfect? Maybe. I would just guess that doing things correct with out begging them would be standard! They are quantity over quality.

Fabulas! I go here too often. I go probably 3 times a month, for a pedicure, manicure and facial wax. Kevin is who I go to for my manicures. He is amazing! Especially for full sets. A couple weeks ago I went to another salon and I felt like they destroyed my fingers when doing the overlay. Tiffany was very gentle and did an excellent job. Worst pedicure ever! I made an appointment to get a pedicure to ensure that I wouldn’t have to wait too long. I ended up waiting 40 minutes and the water was cold when he started on my toes. The guy wasn’t even watching what he was doing and did a terrible job. This place is clearly quantity over quality and I highly recommend staying away!

Got my nails done by Tiffany and LOVE them. The pedicure, however, was the worst I’ve ever had. I asked that he mostly focus on my calluses and he said no problem but it would cost more. I agreed. He didn’t spend any extra time on them more than any other normal pedi despite me paying him $60. The worst part is the toe nail paint. It’s horrible, I didn’t realize a few of my nails weren’t fully covered until I left. It looks like a 10 year old painted them. He also didn’t put any base or top coat over them, even though I asked for shellac. So absolutely horrible & uneven. I’d go here again for nails.

I have been wearing acrylics and gels since high school and after all that time, I am super picky about having them done right. US Nail & Spa is awesome!! I just moved from Utah county and dreaded that whole trial and error thing that happens when you need to find new hairdressers, manicurists and mechanics but this was my first and last stop!! My nails look beautiful, smooth, straight, clean line in my pink and whites and they never try to pry my old nails off like other salons do (I hate that!! Ugh, eeww.) Plus they do sometimes make suggestions but are never pushy or salesy (another pet peeve of mine). I would highly recommend this salon -- just don't go on my day cause I hate waiting :)

I go to a spa for an experience, not just to get my nails painted. My girlfriends can do that! As I walked in, without greeting me, I was directed to choose my color. No one pointed me to the direction the colors were, so I had to ask and I was pointed to a wall behind the desk. Next, I was not told where to sit so I approached the women who was already providing a service to another customer and she pointed to the chair next to her. I was getting a mani with gel polish and a pedi. I was not asked if the temperature of the pedi water was adequate and it was too cool. I soaked and another girl approached me to remove my gel polish on my nails. When it came time to remove the gel, she did it over a towel on my lap. That was okay, but I had to turn my body to make it easier for her. This did not make for a relaxing pedicure. Also, I was constantly referred to as "honey". Again, not a deal breaker, but annoying. The young lady working on my feet apologized twice for cutting the cuticle too close and hurting me. I was getting a pedi because had been at the lake for a week and my feet needed some love. There was only one layer of polish applied and the top coat and flip flops were put on so fast, one toe had to be "repaired" because it was smudged. The foot and leg massage was totally forgettable-too fast and not enough attention to what was being done. I spent an hour at home redoing my calloused heels. The gel polish is not smooth-two nails have bubbles, and I had to come home and refile my snaggy nails. Finally, I speak two languages so I know the challenges of learning a new language, but please at least learn the phrases of your trade. "Please put your foot in the water." "Please turn your hand." "Is the water a good temperature?" These phrases would be preferable to "Down" and "Move". This is the second US nails salon I have left with a less than spa-like experience. Hopefully the owners read this review and improve the spa experience for customers or just call yourself "nail painters". Will not be back.

Terrible. I went in for a polish change yesterday (gel) and they left my nails lumpy with waves and bubbles. The matte topcoat is peeling off already. Some parts of my nails were not painted at all. Not filed. They look like trash.

So I went to get my nails done here based on the reviews, and had high hopes. I got my nails done acryically (coffin shape) and wasn't very happy because I had asked for them to be short because I work in a medical office. They left them really long still... whatever that's fine. Then I get home and realize that half of my nails are crooked and filed at sharp angles (makes my nail look broken) and to top it off the next morning I woke up and my nails had yellowed. Gross. I've been getting my nails done for years (very girlie girl) and I've NEVER had my nails yellow. So I stopped in the following morning to ask them to remove them and refund me because I was incredibly unhappy with my nails. They looked terrible and they were so long I can't really do anything, I felt like a cat on linoleum. So when I went in to talk to them they immediately got defensive and told me it was my fault they yellowed, they claimed it was my lotion I used. I calmly stated I didn't come to argue I just wanted my money back. The husband and wife proceeded to yell at me very loudly and argue with me and accuse me of ruining my nails myself they did nothing wrong etc and then tried to involve other customers in the salon. I told them very politely they didn't need to involve the other customers or make a scene, I just wanted a refund for my nails that looked terrible. They then started to talk badly about me TO MY FACE. Thats where I draw the line, I've been a retail manager for the last 16 years (this is WHY I left retail and customer service and switched to patient care) and never would I have yelled at a customer for one, nor would I have talked badly about them directly to their face for a complaint and requesting a refund. This was the most unprofessional reaction to a complaint I have ever witnessed let alone been on the receiving end of. Then after they refused to refund my money I asked if they would at least fix them since I spent money there, call me old fashioned but if you spend money in a place you should at least get something fixed to where you'll be happy with them. And they also refused that stating that I ruined them, not them. Then to add insult to injury, the guy (who had been yelling in my face the whole time) threw a few crumpled up dollars in my face and told me to get out. I left very upset obviously, I called my bank to have them issue a stop payment on the charge to them. This was by far the WORST experience of my entire life. Never have I been treated so badly by shop owners, they deserve to lose their licenses. I'll definitely be calling the better business bureau and a few other organizations to report them for berating and basically publically humiliating someone for simply wanting their money back or getting the service fixed. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SALON!!! I wish I could upload pictures of the nails they left me with.

My acrylic nails broke only after a week. They were white tips and they yellowed after a week as well, just poorly done. The T.V was a distraction for everyone who had been working that day. They all seemed to continuously get up during their sessions with clients.

Wish I could give it negative stars. Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. I walked in and showed them a picture of what I wanted for a full set with a design. In the picture there were different colors on some nails. He told me we could do it and I asked if it cost more and he told me no. Then half way through he’s talking to someone else and they said it will cost $10 more to get the design. I was frustrated because I wasn’t told that but I said ok and continued. Then 2 min later they said it would cost more for the different colors on different nails. I told them I wanted to be done because it’s not fair to tell me that after I’ve already started when I asked if it would cost more and they said no. Then the main lady starts talking extremely disrespectfully to me and being so rude. I tell her I’d like to leave because I’m not going to sit there with her talking to me like that. I stand up to pay for the parts I have already done and she’s sitting across the room telling people around her how I’m the rude one. I will never be coming back. Terrible place to get your nails done. Never go here.

The WORST. I went in with 3 other people going to get mani + shellac Sunday at 5. They close at 6 and instead of just asking us to come back they were SO RUDE the whole time and 2 of the people just ended up not getting service done because the nail techs were completely rude and we will NEVER go back there. My friend and I went in to get gel pedicures. Why tell us to choose our color when they are going to put on different colors than what we chose (we didn’t have the same color either so they messed up on 2 separate colors) if they didn’t have the colors they could have told us and we would have chosen something else. My friend nicely told them she wanted it darker and the main guy from front desk ran over and said no it will turn darker?? They sprayed it with who knows what and said that will make it darker.. it didn’t make a difference. We were so confused. My toe is also messed up and didn’t realize it til I got home. Will not be coming here again. Seemed like a great place, lady doing my pedicure was very friendly but overall I was very disappointed.

My sister and I had the worst experience ever. They were yelling at my sister for wanting designs that she was told weren’t extra but then said they were. When I said I wanted to go when my sister paid and left they stopped actually doing my nails and did a horrible job. I wish I could give no stars. They were so bad and rude and even were yelling to other customers about how we were horrible? I do not recommend at all.

This place is scary! It may look OK at first glance but you start noticing that it’s messy, cluttered and worst of all — dirty. My pedicure experience was gawd-awful! The lady barely spoke to me and was harsh with my feet. Not relaxing at all! I would give them zero stars to accurately reflect my time at this mess of a salon!

Always an excuse why they're delayed. Dropped my daughter off and she got a seat right away but 20 minutes later she texted me saying she has to wait 10 more minutes because not everyone knows how to do acrylics. Seriously? It turned into over 2 hours to get nails done.

I feel like I get my monies worth and depending on which pedicure I get they take their time. I’m a future long time customer!
