Front desk being run by what appeared to be a teenager with zero clue how to problem solve, only to say “its policy”. Walked in late to an appointment and would not see us or offer a later time. Charged us full fee for the services. No reminder call: no 5min you are running late call: no 10min hey we are going to have to cancel your appointment.... so 20min late and you get nothing. Had two more days of massages booked with family and i took the proactive route to cancel them all which she said would not be penalized. This place is high end, why the mickey mouse operation protocol??? Do better people. Fool me once...

Our couples massage at the spa at Sundance was so relaxing–exactly what we needed after the chaos of the holidays subsided. The drive up to the resort itself is lovely which set the perfect tone for the afternoon, and upon arrival everything about the spa provided a soothing experience. The service was wonderful and the staff, from the front desk to our massage therapists, were very friendly. 90 minutes flew by and we left feeling totally rejuvenated. I could definitely see this becoming a holiday tradition.

I had a WONDERFUL deep tissue massage this afternoon at the Spa at Sundance. Tamra knew exactly what she was doing and her pressure was perfect. She's very intuitive -- she knew when to go deeper and she knew when to ease up. Her technique was awesome. She also allowed me to relax and did not talk to me. The massage was just what I needed on all counts. The spa itself is lovely and tucked into the woods. What a great experience!

My wife and I spent our anniversary at Sundance and had planned a couples massage. We arrived a few minutes early so after changing into a comfortable robe they treated us to a foot soak. The atmosphere at the spa is quiet and tranquil and very relaxing. Our couples massage was wonderful, in fact, it was the best massage I have ever had. Our therapists were wonderful. We’ll definitely be back.
