If your looking for a great way to relax go see them, plenty of treatments to choose from and you won’t be disappointed. I live in Bountiful but travel to Layton to see the esthetician there. She is amazing. I’ve had two facials( 90 min facial and the ultimate facial) with her now and I love her touch. She also isn’t scared of extractions. It’s my least favorite part of the service but I always appreciate it after. I also received the 30 minute body scrub in the Vichy room. Highly recommend if you’ve never had that service. It was quick but I felt so relaxed and comfortable with my therapist. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We both got a great massage and she was so patient with us as we learned the basics of giving a good massage. We love getting massages, so this was perfect to allow us to learn how to do massages at home. I told my husband it was a home-run anniversary gift!

I booked appointments for myself and 2 other people they totally dropped the ball on the day I had scheduled. The receptionist claimed it was my fault and was rude about it also. She claimed that I had booked for the day before instead of the next day that was supposed to be scheduled. When you have people that play on their cell phones instead of actually paying attention to the people that pay their salary’s it is call irresponsible! If you are trying to do something nice for someone do not go here !!

Very professional staff. Extremely clean and comfortable facility. Sego Lily has everything from the scent of lavender in the air to the dim lighting and warmth temperature to make the spa experience perfect and beyond my expectations. I opted for hot stone and deep tissue massage and had Rene. She was by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I plan to go back to Sego Lily from now on for my spa needs!

Every thing was very clean, well designed and the perfect atmosphere to help me relax. Renee worked magic on my muscles. I haven’t felt this great in a long time. She used the perfect pressure to work out any stiffness. Superb! I’d highly recommend! This is the best spa we’ve visited yet. They provide soft robes and sandals to wear all through your visit. I love the individual bathrooms with lockers so we don’t have to carry our stuff from room to room. The dressing room also has everything you need to leave looking great- with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover, lotion, hair dryer and styling tools all provided for your convenience! Following the massage I had Amanda for a facial and pedicure. She was also very professional, kind and helpful. This was my very first facial and it was an amazing experience. Very relaxing and I left with my skin feeling amazing. I’ll definitely return!

Sego Lily Spa is such a relaxing place to go and be pampered. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a deep tissue massage by Lexi and she was wonderful. She really worked on the areas that I spoke to her about where I have so much tension and stress . I felt so relaxed when she was finished. I then had a small wait then went to have a pedicure done by GiGi. She was so friendly and professional. I enjoyed talking with her and she made my toes look so pretty. Can't say enough about this spa except I am going to miss being able to go back,since I will be moving out of state in a month. I hope I am lucky enough to find a day spa in my new home state that is as wonderful as Sego Lily Day Spa in Layton,Utah. I highly recommend this spa to everyone who wants to be pampered and relaxed.

I have tried many spas in many different states and sego lily stands out. I’ve tried all of their locations and the Layton and salt lake area ones are my favorites but prices do vary per location. But sego Lilly is amazing expecially compared to the other spas in Utah. I have never had a bad massage or facial there, they always have products in the lobby and locker room to try they have a nice big locker room and shower for you to rinse off in which is a necessity for me for a spa. The prices are very affordable and the rest areas are very relaxing I highly recommend this place.

This was my first spa experience here but I was treated very warmly. The spa is decorated very nicely, dim lights, relaxing music, snacks and drinks, cozy waiting room. Love the robes and dressing room has everything you need. You definitely are pampered here. Me and my boyfriend did a couples soak and then I had a hour massage. I like the water a bit warmer but luckily there is faucets and you can just add some more hot water in. The fragrances and soap were very soothing and the snack and drinks provided were very yummy. The massage was incredible and I was so relaxed. I definitely felt lole a new person walking out of the spa. Loved every minute, and felt the pricing was very fair for how much I enjoyed my time.

I do not have enough words to describe the experience I had with Sego Lily. I went years back and remember the feeling so today when I needed to unwind they did not disappoint. I had the signature facial and I can’t even imagine what the ultimate facial could possibly add with everything the signature had. Alisa has a regular customer for as long as she is there. I rebooted and added another service for next time.

Best massage in Northern Utah! Ambiance is excellent. Facilities are gorgeous and extreme thought is given to the customers needs. There are lockers for you're personal belongings, showers, hair driers and tools for getting put back together after services. There was even makeup remover, disposable razors and hair ties! The massage was excellent, and the use of oil difusers to help with congestion while laying face down is so helpful. I wont go anywhere else again.

Best spa in town! My wife and I go about once a quarter for a couples massage. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Staff is fantastic and listens to our needs. Love the extras with warm towels, essential oils in a diffuser, and the add on services for your scalp, hands, and feet.

You slip into a luxurious robe and relax in the waiting room (stocked with complimentary water, tea and snacks) I had the body wrap service with an amazing body butter. Amazing! The place is extremely clean and welcoming. The reason for losing a star is they were doing construction next door in what sounded like the kitchen the whole time I was getting a massage and it made it slightly had to relax hearing drills going and plates being stacked. I am honestly not sure what was going on, but it was the only thing that I would suggest that be changed is not have people in rooms next to that or have the work done outside of appointment times.

Always a great experience. Considerate of time, with appointments starting on time. Flexible with appointments, including evenings and Saturdays. I have the most gifted Massage Therapist, Yu Pin, who has been able to relieve much of the pain I have been experiencing. She listens to my concerns and knows exactly what to do for relieving any inflammation. Rebooking discounts are offered, which allows me to schedule more appointments during the month.

I decided to book an appointment for a Couples Soak and Massage as a Mother's Day gift for my wife; and I would of course tag along. From my first phone call making the appointment to leaving the facility; the customer service was excellent. The soak and massage was absolutely relaxing. Loved the setting and atmosphere of the salon, very calming. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I give 3 stars due to the fact that the “seasonal pedicure” kind of came off as an over priced regular pedicure, my feet just sat in the water for 20mins longer. Also I was assured that my polish would not smudge after 5mins. I waited close to 10 just to be sure.... they smudged. Really bummed.

I went in with my daughter for the Seasonal Pedicure. It was WONDERFUL! Kaylee Kendall was professional and friendly, with gentle hands and very attentive to our needs. The same was true for Amanda, who worked on my daughter. The spa itself is lovely and soothing, and smells nice, and the music was so understated that I never thought of it until my daughter pointed it out. It is the perfect place for a great experience. My girlfriend and I both have been here a few times now and both agree the Spa is nice and the staff is very friendly especially the front desk. However the past couple times of going we have received either a poor massage (same few strokes and stroke patterns) or requested areas of work (pecs and arms) are brushed over in 5 minutes when we/I ask for focused/emphasized work on expressed areas. I know massage is different with each therapist but it becomes frustrating when you are paying $250+ to not have areas of concerned even slightly relieved. Again enjoy the atmosphere and spa just need massave therapist to listen to client requests better.

This was the best massage I’ve had at Sego Lily! I usually go to my regular massage therapists for a great massage since it’s way more affordable and I know I’ll leave happy. In the last few visits to Sego lily I usually just get a body polish,as most spas do not offer a great body polish like Sego.They only had time for massage so I booked it expecting to be relaxed but underwhelmed, however My therapist Megan killed it she was awesome!!! I wish I could have her on speed dial!! Well worth it this time !

I came here earlier this week with a group of coworkers to get pedicures. The staff was AMAZING. I had Amanda who worked on me, she was super nice and not rough just made it such a fun experience. We had a large group and they were very accommodating, had extra staff come in so we could all be together. I know we had to change our group amount a couple of times and they were never upset about it. I definitely recommend this location!

We’ve been coming here off and on for over 10years. The massage and manicures were awesome. The place needs a facelift, I had a dirty locker crumbs in the bottom. Empty glasses all around. Wall hooks falling off. Snacks went from quality to a bag of chocolates from Costco. We still love it, but the owner needs to close it for a few weeks and renovate in our opinion.

Such a nice place and very throughout. We went for a couples massage and it was very relaxing. Everyone there was super nice and friendly. The options that they have for you to chose from are great and they pay attention to your needs. I went in with a tension headache and left feeling so much better. Definitely give them a try!

I surprised my wif with a spa for Valentine’s Day, booking from Maine and really didn’t know what to expect, other than Yelp. Here’s the review from my wife... Driving past, I hoped that the inside didn’t look like the front facade. As I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by a lovely young woman and an inviting reception area. My first treatment was the signature scrub, which I’d never had. Yupim made me comfortable immediately and the treatment was so enjoyable. Next she gave me a few minutes to recover and drink water.... Next, Yupin gave me one of the best massages I have ever had, focusing on my problem points. Hot stones added a nice relaxing end. I felt amazing when finished with my facial and pedicure. Services were smoothe and the area was quiet and inviting. I was there from 8:45-1:45, almost and it did not seem like it at all!!

Had a massage with Yupin and it was incredible. I have complications due to a neck injury and she made my neck feel better than it has in 3 years. I’ve had many massages and other therapies over that time and nothing has helped as much as she did. Excellent facility too.

My husband spoiled me for mother's day with a massage and facial. Kasandra did an awesome job on my massage. I'm not a fan of deep tissue and she was super considerate of that. Gigi did my facial and she was very informative and good at targeting trouble spots. I think hands down this spa gives you the most relaxation and customization for your money, and I'll definitely be back.
