This place is great! Super nice atmosphere that is clean, inviting, and relaxing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. Laura was my massage therapist, she’s exceptional. I went in with a lot of tension and pain through my neck and back that felt more relaxed than ever by the end of my massage. She also gave me tips on stretches to help with my neck pain at the end of my session. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

My wife and I were in town to visit our children for the Christmas holiday. They bought us a couples massage for Christmas. The office was friendly, helpful, and professional. I received a deep tissue massage from Laura and she was fantastic. This was easily the best massage I've ever received. As someone who works in client success, I am obsessed with customer experience and have high standards in that regard. That being said—whatever management is going here, they are doing SO RIGHT. I almost didn’t want to leave this review because I love it here so much I wanted to keep it my little secret ;) but truly I would give them 10 stars if I could! This place is a sanctuary, so beautifully decorated, zen, and thoughtfully designed. Everyone who works here is kind and personable and takes the time to connect with you in their interactions. The atmosphere is beautiful and always clean. I have never had a single even slightly negative experience here, and always walk away pleasantly surprised. They truly do take care of all of the little details to make this a luxurious sanctuary. My massage therapist, Laura, has the hands of an angel! I have had A LOT of massages due to fibromyalgia, and she is the best of the best. I would highly recommend her, or really anyone here. They are all phenomenal. Also, if you want the best facial of your life, be sure to book with Trixi! And if you get a chance, for sure try the float pods!

I have been coming to New Age Wellness Center for 8 months and am always happy and impressed with the quality of massage and facials. I have had amazing massages with Justin, Laura, and Cosette. Today I had one with Cosette for the first time and she was really good at working out my problem areas (for me, my neck, lower back, and IT band). Cosette did a deep tissue but was able to adjust the pressure to my comfort level. I will definitely be coming back!

I love going here for my monthly service. With my mix and match membership, I can try a different treatment each month. So far I have tried the massage (Hannah is awesome!!), a facial, a back treatment facial, and the seasonal sugar scrub. All have been amazing. The massages really help me with my injured knee. Hannah really listens and works with my body to ensure I get the most out of each session. I would highly recommend New Age to any one looking for a little "me" time.

Just received my second massage at New Age, Laura was FABULOUS! I have some pretty strong opinions when it comes to a good masseuse and she hit the mark. She really pays attention to which muscles are sore and how to best customize the treatment to what your body needs. I also prefer a firm/deep pressure which she managed to keep throughout the entire massage. (I find so often that people start out strong and are mostly just tickling your back by the end of it.) I loved how she used the hot stones to warm up really tough muscles and work them until they were calm again. The front desk staff are also so friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere all together.

So happy I found this place! I saw a recommendation from a neighbor about it. I've been dealing with neck pain for years and decided to get a sitter and treat myself. The facility was clean, bright, comfortable and well thought-out. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, although they do want you to get a membership there. My massage was with Jess, and he listened carefully to my concerns and allowed me to customize the massage to fit my needs. After asking, he used medicated ointment, heated towels, and oils as needed which was nice. And he found JUST the right spot on my neck and was careful to apply the right amount of pressure. I ended up buying a membership so I can bring my husband and am recommending this place to my friends!

I’ve been here for a float and a massage. The facility itself feels modern, chic and very relaxing inside. The front desk is extremely welcoming and personable. The float was definitely cool to try, but I decided I’m more of a massage girl. I Loved the warm massage table. My appointment was at 3 and by the time I was taken back and changed, my massage therapist, Jess, told me what time it was exactly when we started (3:10) and then what time we’d finish for the 90 minute massage (4:40). I loved that. I hate how some places include your check in and the time it takes to change as part of your massage time, or you pay for a 60 minute massage but in the fine print it says it’s only 50 minutes. Now I’m considering becoming a monthly member. Thanks New Age! I’ll be back!

Husband surprised me with a couples at New Age! I don't know how he found this place but truly it's a gem. Great staff and beautiful, relaxing facilities. We had Justin and Masha and they had a super relaxing energy and were careful to meet our pressure levels, drape, etc. They even customized our massages to focus on areas that needed work and gave us tips to do at home. We will be back!

First time getting a massage and it was the best decision I've made. I have had chronic back pain for over a year and tried going to the doctors and they have given me pain meds and sent me to physical therapy. Pain medicine just masked the actual issue and PT worked for a while but the pain came back after a month of stopping it, its too expensive to continue going. My next step on a cure was a deep tissue massage to see if my muscles were the issue. After 1 hour with Laura, I can already feel a difference in my pain. I have more range of motion in my neck, whereas before I could barely look side to side. My back pain is almost completely gone. I do plan on going back because I know one visit wont fix everything. Laura is the best, I would definitely recommend anyone with any pain, chronic or acute, to go see her . She knows her muscles and I am blessed that I got to have her for my very first massage. Thank you so much Laura!

I had a massage with Laura and it was fabulous! She used hot towels, hot stones, and lavender which really made my experience feel so much more lavish. I definitely felt spoiled! I told her I liked deep tissue and she explained that she worked her way into it so that it would be best for my body. I left feeling so relaxed and feeling amazing! Wow. This spa is a total gem in the Utah County area. Came in to town for a girls' weekend and New Age did not disappoint. Called in 2 days before and Brooks was able to set up treatments for our whole party within a 2 hour window. 3 floats, 2 massages, and a facial and all of us had the best experiences. Friendly staff, peaceful and calming atmosphere, and top-notch services. The best facial I have ever had and my friends thoroughly enjoyed their massages and floats. If you're a local or vacationing in the area, I definitely recommend stopping in for a service.

We went for the float spa aka sensory deprivation tanks. We went at 7 as a couple so we were the last ones there which was nice because we got to share a locker room. There is definably a process that wasn't explained super well but the experience was still amazing. First you put these ear plugs in and shower. Then you stash your stuff and wear a robe to your pod. You've got to put petroleum jelly over any cuts because you will be floating in high salt content water and it will irritate every little cut so don't shave or anything before you go.( you only have 15 minutes for this process before it eats into your pod time) once you are in the pod you can leave the top open if you get chlostrophobic but I would suggest putting it down, it keeps the pod at your body temperature and you can turn on or off the lights and music. I like to go lights out with music, I feel like I'm floating in outer space completely weightless. It was amazing how much better mentally and physically I felt afterward also my skin was super soft and the salt water leaches out impurities! Then you shower again and clean your ears out with vinegar dipped cotton swabs to make sure you don't get any crystalized salt in your ear canal. I would reccomend it to everyone at least once.

My husband bought a Groupon for 2 float sessions and we loved it! I'm 8 months pregnant and it felt great to have weight off back and hips. The amenities are great and clean. The pods are well set up and had everything I needed. We will definitely be doing this again.

Very quick forms to fill out, nothing extensive that takes 20 minutes thank goodness, more like less than 5. The 1-hour massage was great although I had some focus points which took away time from the full experience so I've already booked 90 minutes for next time. Shelby was very good. Responsive to questions and informative. She was knowledgeable, effective, and conscientious. I don't get massages. I've had maybe 3 in my life. As physical therapy for my hip replacement it's been great.

Also my hips were very locked and she did a stretching manipulation of the tissues, and muscles in that area, it made a huge difference with my pain and stiffness. She was very helpful. The most comfortable massage I've ever had. I love the light system so they know when I'm ready and I don't have to worry about them walking in on me. The warm towels loosened up the muscles and the hot stones released any built up tension. I slept soundly that night and was without pain for the entire day. I have been seen by MANY therapists and found a gal that does a phenomenal job each time I see her and just gets my body! Her name is Shelby and I have designated her my therapist lol I adjust my schedule so I can see her! She’s so incredibly sweet and gives the best massage that I desperately need each week! I am 35 weeks pregnant and will miss my massages when baby comes and I have to take a break BUT I will be back to see Shelby as quickly as I can! HIGHLY recommend this entire center! The front gals always remember my name and what specifications I like (pregnancy pillow, etc) Go see them and forget your troubles!

I, literally, have over 50 years of massag-ee (a word? If not-should be) experience with private, cruise, resort, in home & WOW. These two have a passion for their fine craft! They do offer a “membership” that has no contract - my daughter joined & loves it. I’m still in PTSD and detox from M.E. With as many gift cards & referrals as I have sent to New Age I think they ought to gift me one. Hint....hint......

THIS spa however, rates high in my book, comparing it to 5 star resort spas that we have been to on vacation. Going to Newage was a life changing experience. The staff was down to earth and smiley. The vibe of the space was mesmerizing and can’t be matched. One of the only spas or wellness centers with a superb book collection. I was inspired in the waiting room. Newage offers a list of awesome services, I can’t wait to try them all. Upon my first visit I decided to try out the dream pods... they have a great deal for first time customers. These pods were amazing and allowed me to feel free. I told the staff that I think the next Einstein will come out of a dream pod. Huge thanks to Wendy who is not only a good employee but a great overall person. I loved this place when I signed up last year. However, they need to figure out what they are doing wrong with the staff and fix it. Every time I find a therapist I really like, they leave. Cosette was absolutely amazing and so was Jaqueline but they are both gone now. So is Linda and Trixi who I had heard good things about. I haven’t found anyone else I like and so I am canceling my membership. Brooks is always awesome to work with at the front desk. It’s a shame they can’t keep their good therapists around!

I found my new massage home. Had a one hour massage with Trixie today and she was awesome! She checked in from time to time to make sure the pressure was alright and backed off when one of my knots just couldn’t take it. My neck and shoulders were in really rough shape and she did a fantastic job of finding the right balance of relaxing and therapeutic pressure. My only regret was not getting the 1.5 hour service. I signed up for the memebership on the spot and have my next massage scheduled for next week to give those knots some more love. I highly recommend New Age Wellness and Trixie! I went in and did the saltwater soak, very relaxing, hour massage and the and hour foot and scalp treatment. Was an absolutely incredible day of relaxation. Can't say enough nice things about Trixi. Loved loved loved her. One of the best massages that I have had. Wished I lived closer. Will definitely be going back and asking for her.

I love the try it price they offer of $45. I’ve been in a lot of pain and have a very stressful job and have felt my body tense way more than ever. I read the reviews on here and it was clear that Laura knows what she’s doing so I booked a massage from her. First off, I love how easy it is to book an appointment at new age. I also like that you get a text reminding you of your appointment. From the second I walked in, I felt comfortable. Not sure who the receptionist was but she was so nice and knew who I was right away. Now for the massage- I was nervous. I’ve had massages in the past but the last one I had was very painful so I was nervous. Laura listened to me and whenever it was a bit too painful, she backed off right away. She used hot stones which I’ve never had and it was magical. I read that Laura is very in tune with her clients and I couldn’t agree more. This was the first time I met her and she somehow knew exactly where I was in pain and spent a little extra time there, without me even telling her about that spot. My favorite part was when she did my neck. She has magical hands when it comes to your neck! I hold most of my stress there and I’ve never had such a relaxing massage on my neck before. If you have neck pain, she is the person to see. I booked another massage right away because that neck massage in particular was life changing for me. All in all, everyone was really nice, the place is very calm and relaxing and clean and they make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in, and the massage was great! I’m thinking of getting a membership so I can continue the bliss! I can’t wait to try the float pods too.

Not only does the massage feel amazing, she knows how to address the issue and make it feel so much better! She uses oil and hot stones and it loosens up my tight muscles so much. Just had my first massage here with Laura. She is amazing! I had a stress point on my right back shoulder and she really was able to help that area. It’s the first time I had a hot stone massage and it was really amazing. The rest of the massage was awesome - very thorough and relaxing. I love the warming table, the lavendar oil, the hot towels on my feet, and eye pillow. Of course, I booked for a follow up and I’m now considering monthly massages! The best massage I have ever had.

I did a float and had a massage. The float was great at relieving pressure and resetting my mind to a more peaceful state. Samantha was my massage therapist and I definitely recommend her. As a lash artist I am under tremendous amounts of physical stress. She understood my pain and worked through my knots and soreness. She also educated me on things I could do myself for relief at home. The receptionist was also nice but I don’t remember her name. The locker room was thoughtfully stocked and the experience overall was great.

Laura is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!! I have had tons of massages from $50 massage only places to $200 resorts and I’m super picky! I always remember a good one, or a bad one. I have never had anyone so in tune to my body and the pressure I need! I usually have people just skip over certain areas because they can’t seem to get the pressure right and just end up hurting me, but Laura was perfect! She just knew when to go lighter and heavier. I workout pretty hard so my muscles are always tense and sore. I even had a major ankle injury lately and she seriously wipes away the pain in one session. Many massages leave me wanting more at the end because I feel it just didn’t quite do the job. After a massage with Laura, I feel so amazing, of course I leave wanting more because it’s pure heaven and can’t wait to get back in. Laura is a rare gem!!! She was very attentive and gave my trouble spots the attention they needed without going overboard digging knots out the entire time either. I got lots of pain relief in my back with plenty of time left for a relaxing, full-body massage. I've scheduled another appointment with her because it was so fantastic. And this is a small thing, but she made sure she was using the correct pronunciation of my name to make sure I felt as comfortable as possible the entire time. Not everyone does that. It's the little touches, plus the amazing massage, that made her so great.
