This was a nightmare of an experience. First off they didn’t have my correct eyelash size, I have very big eyes so the ones they put on were not very noticeable. I woke up the next day with extremely red bruised eyes!! I’ve had lashes done many times before and this has NEVER happened to me. The worst part is they had almost all fallen out three days later. I called and asked to get them re done and they said I would have to pay again. I still have credit here that I will no longer be using because it’s such a terrible wast of time.

I always come to get my eyelashes done Alex and Nat Are literally the best I have never gotten my eyelashes done before and I tried them for the first time and I loved it there so friendly they do their job so quickly and perfect like what more can you ask for and they do more then just eyelashes they do massages nails facials and more I recommend this to any one and everyone. I've been trying to decide how to rate La Beaute and figured I'd go with 3 stars to average out my experiences. I purchased a Groupon for 60-minute aromatherapy massage and 60-minute facial. The massage was FANTASTIC - definitely 5 stars. I was able to select my preferred aromatherapy oil, which was appreciated because the usual lavender oil gives me a headache. My facial was ok at the time, but not very good in hindsight. I've never had a peel done before and I wasn't given any info about it or instructions for aftercare. The morning after my facial, I found very drastic burn marks around my eyes and my face is tender and feels both itchy and burning. I've never reacted to a facial before and burn marks doesn't seem to be normal for peels...but even a little bit of information at the time of the facial could have helped.

This is the BEST salon I’ve ever been to for eyelash extensions. Nat, is a genius and does an amazing job! It’s fairly inexpensive and the salon itself is absolutely gorgeous! I have been to many massage spots in the valley and only had a so so experience but then I found La Beauté and my standards have been raised. I felt like the massage was custom made for me. My hip has had some issues and she not only spent time and effort to understand my issues but she focused on them and could feel my problem areas as she worked through them. I walked out of there feeling better that ever and immediately scheduled another massage there. Highly recommend trying this spa out :)

Nat C is incredible. First and foremost, the new location in Brickyard plaza is gorgeous. Immaculately clean, chic, and comfortable. Quite a nicely sized and spaced out spa. This was my first ever microdermabrasion and fruit enzyme peel. Upon my arrival, Nat evaluated my skin and talked to me for about 15 min about the process and shared many extremely practical post treatment maintenance recommendations and tips including where to buy products at reasonable prices. She even took the time to write everything down for me! She performed the treatments herself and was incredible. So thorough, thoughtful and professional. Hands down the BEST face, arm and hand massages ever. The entire experience was incredible as are the prices. This is my new go to spa for skin care, massages and nails!

Got a groupon and went in (first timer) today thinking I had an appointment for classic eyelash extensions. Turns out I wasn't on the books. Nat came in from the back and helped me. She was just wonderful. The consultation was thorough and still somehow fun. After some time (and getting really into my audiobook) I opened up my eyes and saw her work. I was amazed! My lashes are long and dark and thick, but most of all natural looking. I would highly recommend La Beauté! I can't give Nat enough praise! She did a wonderful job!

It is really a neat and beautiful spa.Jeryln was my esthetician and had a fruit enzyme facial.It was very relaxing and at the same time effective and potent.The price was very ,very reasonable for an advanced facial with a half leg and arm massage and the gift certificate.The owner Nat is really friendly and warm and they don’t rush you and the place is not crowded too. So i spent my 26th birthday here and i went ALL OUT! I had never been here before. I picked it because they have all the services in one place which is really hard to find. I started with the most amazing massage from AMY, btw if she asks if your open to something different, say yes, you wont regret it ♡ i finished with a colour and style from BLAIR and i absoloutley love it!! My husband booked me a massage for 9 am and I waited for nearly 15 minutes and no one was there. However, after the massage therapist Amie reached to my husband we quickly learned that it was a simple scheduling error that happened. They were able to re book me and give me a FANTASTIC experience. I’m so glad I came back and had the massage. Amie did amazing work and really helped with the back pain I was experiencing. I now can say that I 100% recommend this spa. They not only provided amazing customer service when we were figuring out what the error was, but also throughout the experience! Taylor, the nail specialist is very sweet and professional. The gel manicure she gave me was the best ever. All the nails stayed on for 5 weeks! She spends a lot of time prepping the cuticles before she does your nails. The only hard thing about the salon is getting someone to pick up the phone to schedule an appointment.

They were nice and respectful. However, I asked specifically for extractions for my facial and they did one or two and then completely stopped. I had called before hand to specify that I have acne prone skin and I needed a specific treatment. I felt like this facial irritated my acne. On top of that, the description online claims it includes a neck message which never happened. Nice service, but bad for my skin.

This salon is absolutely stunning! The layout and services offered have been very thought out and they did a wonderful job selecting their therapists. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and I just finished a 90 minute massage with Amie. My body feels amazing. The pregnant aches and pains have vanished. I can take deep breaths again and my ribs feel like they are on vacation from being squished 24/7. The massage was very reasonably priced and was the best decision I have made this pregnancy. I will be back for more!

The night of when I got my nails done, they had already begun to chip. After having gel nails for 3 days one of them completely peeled off. The service was super slow and when I walked in I felt like I was interrupting the girls chit chat. The place is really pretty with nice windows, which I though would be nice, but when you're getting your nails done you are forced to look out the windows and it got so bright my eyes started to hurt. The biggest thing for me was that my pedicure wasn't smooth, the polish was all weird and clumpy, and my nails didn't even last a week.
