I had a great massage from Chelcee. I had been very sore and left feeling much better! She was very friendly and did a great job. I got the 50 min quick fix massage. It was very well priced! I will definitely be back! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it would be nice if they had an option of a lotion/oil or something in the massage room that gave off a nice relaxing/spa scent.

I've never really had a professional massage before, but I herniated a disc in my lower back. A large part of my recovery is relearning posture and movement habits and avoiding pain triggers, like sitting. As a result, as my body gets used to a new way of moving, all of my muscles in my upper back, shoulders, legs, hips, etc . . . are constantly sore. A friend of my father suggested the Healing House, so I thought what the heck. Ashley worked on me for an hour and I've felt better this week than I have in 2 months. I ended up signing up for their monthly massage plan.

Sadly, my time there doesn't quite add up to the reviews left in the past. Now there is not much I should honestly say because it was a $38.00 massage, and you get what you pay for. But my massage was almost a joke. The massage started off where the kid giving me the massage asked if I preferred silence or talking since I'm paying for the time. I kindly told him I'm okay to talk, what I didn't expect was the storm of this guy talking over me, chastising me for not knowing soccer, and talking about liquor and drugs with me. Now I'm a member of the LDS church and have had my share of bad choices in my past, but the way my massage therapist went on about elicit activities was a little to much for me. I also told my massage therapist that I wanted him to focus completely on my upper back since I hold all of my stress on my shoulders, and he told me okay but ended up massaging mostly my lower back and legs. I feel bad because I like leaving good reviews, but it was uncomfortable and not what I had asked him to do. I gave it a 2 star for the price. But I feel like I need another massage after finishing mine... (my wife and I went at the same time, and she had a similar experience, except no talks of drugs, partying, or chastisement.)

She was very friendly and she focused on the areas of my back where I told her were bothering me. The atmosphere was great and will recommend this place to friends and family! Update: I returned for a prenatal massage, from Caty, and it was FANTASTIC! I will definitely return for another massage from her.

I received a gift card for my birthday. When I called to make a.m. appointment I was told it had expired any they would not honor it. My mother had paid $50.00 for this gift card. I have never seen a gift card/ certificate that has an experation date. They would not work with me on a reasonable solution. Very disappointed with this type of customer service. Needless to say our family will take our business elsewhere.

I like to get massages fairly regularly since I always seem to have a stiff neck and sore back. Samantha was my therapist and she was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Often I can barely move my neck. After the massage I had a lot more flexibility of movement. I would definitely go back. It was easy to get in. It’s not like an upscale spa if that’s what you like but very good massage and friendly people!

Oh my goodness! I was a walk in and they were so good about working around my busy schedule! I ended up just doing the 30 min my first time and Ethan, my masseur, was so nice! I told him I was an aspiring anatomy student, made a joke about needing to be studying, and he actually began quizzing me on the body muscles! He knows his stuff, and completely worked out my shoulders and back; what a great session. All in all, the staff are excited to see you right from the get go, they are super personable, and leave you so relaxed <3 I'm already scheduled for my next massage. Thanks so much guys! 10/10 would recommend.

My massage therapist Katy was AMAZING and I loved every minute with her but this place is getting 1 star from me because of the new ownership. I had a great massage that a friend purchased for me only to be hounded by the new owners to pay for it AFTER my massage was over. Talk about high stress immediately after my relaxing massage. It was very awkward that they indicated I needed to pay for it because they couldn't find the documentation of my gift card. Which by the way was confirmed over the phone which is why I actually booked an appointment. I know this place has good reviews overall but it's got to be because of their massage therapists and not for the customer service. Just buyer beware. Be super clear about booking and come in with lots of proof of your appointment so the owners can't text you after all is said and done and tell you, you need to pay or they'll take the tip you left for the therapist. Again, my massage therapist was great but I won't be going back to this location ever again.

I've tried this place out a few times and every time I've gone, I've had an OK experience. The actual massage itself is pretty good but there are a few things that I will nit pick...and the reason I'm doing this is not to be rude, but just to point out some things that hopefully Healing House Massage Center will see and take in with an open mind. I won't call out anyone's names because that is not my place and everyone is very friendly. First off, I've been to plenty of spas in the past so I am basing it off my past experiences and how I'd like to be treated as a customer b/c I work in the customer service industry and first impressions are very important to me. The greeting from the massage therapists have been awkward and I've had 3 different ones. They never introduce themselves nor do they shake my hand. They just call my name out and walk away to the room that I'll be going into...doesn't give me a good impression right off the bat. Something else that I feel can be addressed is conversation during the massage. I'm the kind of person that wants to focus on my breathing and try and relax as much as possible. All of my therapists have tried holding a conversation with me, even when I'm not saying anything. Again, very friendly, but I think asking the customer beforehand if they mind conversation or would prefer quiet time should be asked. I understand some casual convo throughout the massage, but not the whole 60 minutes...I'm not sure if that's something they're trained in? Overall, I think the massage is pretty good, especially for the price. I just think there are a few things to work on regarding customer service / professionalism. I definitely will come back in the future though because you can't beat the price and the actual massage itself.

We went in for a couples massage 3 weeks ago. The massages were not what I expected after reading all of the wonderful reviews and being referred by family members. Our massages were rushed. We felt like an inconvenience to the masseuses. If you do choose to schedule get there way earlier than your appointment time. We were told 5 minutes early (i had to ask if we should be early) and that was NOT enough time. We paid for a 60 minute massage but only got 45. I did send an email to let the manager/owner know of our bad experience. I never did get a response. As somebody who gets massages regularly I was so disappointed in our experience.

I’ve been three times now! Twice to Lexi and once to Caty. I like to choose the time that works for me and appreciate they have schedule flexibility for customers to choose from. The massage choices are great; a lot of variety in services. I’m a nurse and also have a brand new baby so my back and shoulders are always aching. I like doing the quick fix massage so they can focus there. I never feel rushed and the place is calm and welcoming. Both therapists have been great! Caty is so friendly! Lexi’s massages help me feel better all week. I’d recommend either gal. It’s in the budget for me to come once a month right now and I always look forward to it.

The healing house is average at best. The service here isn't too bad, but the prices are a little high. For the money you could do much better at other local businesses. For a massage, I would highly recommend Ogden lash and wax. I cannot advise on other services that the healing house offers, as I have only used the massage service.

Lexi gave me amazing prenatal massages and I was able to fit in some post natal massages before I left. I wish I could have gotten more! Bliss! They helped so much with my hip, leg, and back pain. I also had my eyebrows waxed. I’m so sorry that I can’t remember the girls name that waxed them. I liked her work! I would highly recommend coming here. This place seems really great! I went in for a massage, but they have plenty of other services available if massage therapy is not providing you the relief you need. I did a 50 minute quick fix, which was an amazing price for what I got! I wish they'd mentioned to come in a little earlier to fill out the info sheet beforehand (I arrived about three minutes early) and get settled into the massage room. By the time everything was ready to go I only had about 40 minutes left for a massage. That would be my only complaint, though, as Caty was friendly and did a good job targeting my painful areas. I will definitely go back soon!

Perfect pressure and tempo, broke up numerous adhesions and "knots", and was highly professional and attentive. Now, the day after, I feel great, with no soreness at all. This was my first massage ever in my life and I was nervous at first, but Caty was so awesome and down to earth that she made me feel comfortable instantly. I have a job that requires me to sit at a desk frequently and I also am in school 4 days a week and so I have next/shoulder problems and after the massage I felt some relief that I haven't felt in a really long time. Just had the most delightful experience at Healing House Massage Center! I bought a "couples" massage for my daughter's birthday for us to go together on her birthday. She said it was the "best present" ever! Holly and Chi were our amazing massage therapists. They were so fun it was like having a girlfriend party. Holly's intuitive massage was magical with just the right amount of pressure and gentle touch! She found knots I didn't eve know I had----I will definitely have a "repeat performance." Every themed room has a name and we were in the "Enchanted Garden Room." I called The Healing House on a Friday morning while I was at work because I desperately needed a massage. They were very accommodating and got me in at the time I needed. This was my first visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. Every one was very nice and Heather was amazing. She was able to relieve the pain and tightness that no one else has ever been able to do. I walked out feeling like a new person. I had no idea they offered so many other services there! I can't wait to schedule a facial and definitely another massage. Truly a great spa!

I was able to set up a same day appointment for a 50 minute Quick Fix. Chelcee was my therapist and she did excellent work in restoring range of motion as well as reducing pain I was experiencing in my neck. She seems to genuinely enjoy her work and cares about doing it well. The facility itself is well appointed and I was very satisfied with every aspect of my visit. From the initial phone call to paying the (incredibly reasonable) bill I can find no fault whatsoever. I will return without reservation and I would recommend anyone else to visit.

This was our first visit to the Healing House, but excellent recommendations had been voiced from other members of our family. Both Dale and I were somewhat anxious to pursue this experience. Upon entering, the reception area was very warm, clean, and relaxing and we filled out our personal information request forms. Then Clay and Jorge welcomed us and took us to two different areas for our massages. I had Clay who was very professional and took care to discuss any concerns or areas I felt needed special attention. I became very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of the massage. He also explained the purpose of a massage and how it can help with circulation and reduce inflammation. With both neck and upper back pain, I can say I received relaxation in my back and neck muscles with his expertise during the 50 minute massage. I would very much look forward to having additional massages with Clay. My husband felt his massage with Jorge was very good. This was the first massage he had ever had, and he was very relaxed and enjoyed the benefits of the massage.

Worst massage I've ever had. I got a 50 minute massage from the manager, and it couldn't have been over soon enough. Jerky, haphazard, and downright painful at times. Zero communication, didn't check on me once, and payed no attention to my non-verbal cues. I literally squirmed away from him when he kept doing something painful, but he kept doing the same thing with no question asked. At one point, I told him what he was doing was painful, thankfully he stopped, but still said NOTHING. So disappointed, I wouldn't reccomd anyone go there. Pay the extra money and get a good massage elsewhere.

My thoughts of the healing house are as follows: As soon as you walk in you're greeted by exceptional staff, ones whom make you feel welcome. As you wait for your appointment you sit in a quiet area filled with scents and ambiance, free tea is given which makes the experience greater. When it's time to have your appointment, you're leaded into a variety of rooms, each unique but all atmospheric. The massages there are on par with high expense ones (ones that cost over $150) and feel amazing in every way. I felt welcome and invited with each visit. I'd highly recommend seeing Breann because she is highly experienced and is great with getting every kink out of a tired body. I'll tell everyone I know of this amazing establishment, and will return soon ready for another appointment.

I just had my first 50-minute massage with Holly, and was very impressed with her knowledge, technique and professionalism. (more on that below) I showed up 5 minutes early & was very happy to see that there was parking spot right close to the door. I walked in & was greeted w/very warm & comforting decor. The girl at the desk was friendly, professional & personable. I handed her the first-timer intake form and was offered a comfortable couch to sit on. I was quickly invited by Holly to the room. We immediately connected with some shared athletic/recreational interests. She was very in tune with my needs and worked out quite a few tight spots, some that I didn't even know I had. She is also an excellent communicator and made sure she understood my goals as well as my preferred style (medium/firm deep tissue). The massage room was nicely decorated and had a relaxing ambiance feel to it. I felt really good after the massage. Reasonably priced too.
