I really hope management reaches out after this review but what I can tell they will not Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Please beware. 1. Hotel room, some shady stairs between the two rooms that I have already fallen on. Complained to management and were told by Christine that “well we could just refund your money and you could leave”. 2. We arrived at 12:30pm. I know check in is at 3pm but I’m most cases being from Las Vegas they can get you in a little early. We are paying over $400 per night for our room and when we showed up we were told give us about an hour. We returned around 1:30-2 to see if it was ready and Christine said “SORRY CHECK IN IS AT 3”. 3. @6pm we call down to the restaurant and ask if they had any dinner reservations available. Person one who was a female said please hold. Person two who was a male said we aren’t taking anymore reservations we are to busy. We walked down because of the attitude we received and wanted to speak to management. (FYI the restaurant not taking reservations was empty). Then talking to Christine again because she is the only one on staff, proceeded to tell us that 5 million people a year visit Zion and that check in was at 3. What is sad is that even the most low grade hotels I have stayed in I have never had such bad customer service. Please there are many other hotels. Just don’t do it.

It may have been the 60+ miles we hiked in the days leading up to our massage, but this last minute decision to book time at the spa was well worth it! We did not leave disappointed!

INCREDIBLE COUPLE'S MASSAGE! I booked a massage for my fiancee and I 48hrs before our wedding as a way to relax during the stressful time. We had driven in from Los Angeles the night before and were really looking forward to the R&R. I booked the CBD massage and I have never been so pampered in my life. Dree was incredible. She uncovered layers of muscle tension in my back that I didn't know where there. It was a great experience, the facility was really warm and inviting. I highly recommend.
