Not bad! Called a few days before to see if they took walk ins. Arrived and was taken back immediately. The only issue was that the two women that were working spoke almost no English. We were able to work around it, but it made it a bit difficult. Otherwise it was fine!

Loved this place, showed up for a couples massage and we were immediately shown to the room. Everything about the massages was perfect. The only negative was the lady giving my girlfriend a message left the room to answer a phone call, otherwise a great experience!

I had a bad experience one of the times because they were overbooked (from reading comments, that seems to happen). But they compensated me (you have to talk to the owner who does speak English). Every other time has been the best. I prefer deep massage so it's a good fit for me. It is a little pricey though.

UNBELIEVABLE MASSAGE!! My sister and I were looking for a fun pampering activity and googled, "Massage places near me". Fortunately for us, Day Spa Massage came up as one of the results. When we called we were given a time within the hour, which was perfect for our schedule! The facility was clean, beautifully decorated, smelled nice and had a wonderful ambiance with music! The massage room was also so clean and fresh, with lots of room, adequate privacy and a wonderful cozy atmosphere. The massage itself was the best I have EVER HAD. Absolutely unbelievable! A full hour of hands on massage, and complete full-body muscle relief! Essential Oil treatment and hot stones were included in the price, which is usually something you have to pay extra for. There was even a light face massage and pressure points on the head. I had been experience shoulder pain for about two weeks and today (the day after) I feel completely free of pain from head to toe! The massage therapist was so polite and professional! It was clear she knew what she was doing, and I felt 100% comfortable the entire time! I literally cannot wait to go again! I will be making Day Spa Massage a routine location in my schedule! FIVE STARS!!!

I will start off with the massage itself was decent, although I paid $49 (including a tip and extra fee for using a credit card) for a 30-minute massage. That is what I usually pay for a 60-minute massage. A bit pricey, but thats not the problem. After finishing the massage and going to the register to pay she was quite forceful about giving a tip. Then when she wasn’t satisfied with the tip she said it needs to be more. I did not tip anything extra and left with no intention to come back because of their customer service. A couple days later I felt I should check my credit card purchases online and they had charged my card $10 more than my receipt shows. I tend to give people the benefit of doubt, but I’m pretty sure this action is intentional - illegal and unethical. Would give it a 3-star if they didn’t charge me more than I agreed to and more than my receipt.

They lost our appointment and didn't call when we were late, then rescheduled us to their other location because the massage therapists at this location were double booked? We ended up going somewhere else.

We called at the last minute and they were accommodating to get us in right away. However, they left the door to the massage room open the entire time, one of the ladies left the room several times, they were touching pretty deep as if to see if either of us was looking for a happy ending, and at the end they didn’t think I tipped enough and literally chased us down after we left the building to come back in and tip more. Overall not a great experience.

Come from China and visiting this town in UT. I didn't except a oriental Chinese massage in US. However I stop by this place and tried one hour massage. It's definitely not as fancy looking in China. But the techniques are really good. More than I excepted! Great Job done here!

Walked in the other day and I was extremely pleased with my service. The lady gave me a massage, Which was absolutely amazing! I went in tired and hurt and came out Feeling like a totally different person. It's definitely one of the best massages I've ever gotten. I'll definitely be coming here at least once a month.

The staff should really ask the customers of it is OK to stand on them before doing so... Like I mean the lady literally stood on my back while I was laying down with no prior notice, no heads up like "hey I am going to stand on your back now".... I mean I could have something medically wrong with me and could have been seriously injured.... She also had kind of an attitude and was pushy for a tip...

Do Not Go Here! I surprised my husband with a couples massage for his birthday. I made an appointment for 2:00. We arrived 10-15 early so we could get started on time. She told us to come back at 2:20 because they were running behind. We came back and she started to put us in separate rooms and I said no, this is a couples massage and we would like to be in the same room. She was annoyed and went to heat up the couples massage room. The massages felt more like a simple back rub. And my husbands masseuse kept leaving several times to answer the phone! When we went to pay she asked what we wanted to leave as a tip and when I told her a number she said it was too low! I could not believe that she said that and then she told me what tip to leave and I tipped lower. Very unprofessional, waste of time, and money. Please don't go here. Go anywhere else and you will have a better experience.

I work in a restaurant and I walk a lot every signal day. So I decide to try a body massage and see how it works. My friend recommend me to come to this place. So I called to make an appointment and tried one hour body massage and felt like a new born! so refreshed and energetic! definitely will come back more often!

My wife surprised me with a massage for my birthday. We walked in and were cheerfully greeted, then I was shown to a room immediately. The lady that gave the massage was very polite and professional. I will definitely be back.
