Took my best friend here for a facial for her birthday. I was so excited for us to have a great girls day. I was disappointed unfortunately! I love Eminence so I was so happy to get an Eminence facial. I was disappointed when I only received work on my face no neck or decollete work at all. Maybe they don't do it here but usually that comes with a facial. The facial was ok but for the amount of money we paid I would expect something a little more thorough. My esthetician was nice. The facility was nice. I've just had better.

I love deep tissue massages. Few therapists work into the muscle and do so without digging their elbow into you but instead use their hands and work out knots. I have visited Align two times and have been pleasantly surprised with the great massage as well as the reasonable pricing.

Beautiful, tranquil Spa with knowledgeable, friendly staff. We wanted a couples deep tissue massage and Align did not disappoint. Kind of tricky to locate but well worth the effort! I cannot emphasize friendly enough, along with professional and comfortable. I would love to have all their services and highly recommend them, well worth the drive from SLC. It looked like they have plenty of rooms to accommodate wedding parties or larger groups with plenty of time ahead when making an appointment.

Let's get real. I only get massages at spas, and over the years, I've come to realize that a spa is only as good as the massage therapists on staff. Since joining their monthly program, my wife and I have utilized a number of therapists, and we have had consistently excellent massages with a variety of therapists. I've settled on one, Mozart, because he is particularly good, and he has become familiar with my particular muscular ailments. However, I would feel comfortable with any of the therapists if a substitution was necessary. As icing on the cake, the business is managed professionally, and the place is always clean and relaxing.

Wonderful, locally owned, cozy spa with all the comfy touches to make you feel as if you are on vacation for a few hours. Highly recommend Align Spa to anyone in PC! Teen specials, teacher appreciation specials, etc. They take care of everyone! Staff is super friendly, efficient and make you feel right at home! Been going for years and all massage therapists are SO good. Get the membership, it pays and family members can get an appt. on your membership pricing. Basically the monthly membership pays for 1 massage each month, so it's worth it.

Great overall experience at Align. I LOVED my facial and my massage was nice. One thing that was uncomfortable is that after you change into your robe and have a service (i.e. massage or facial), there is no private room in the back for you to wait in until you get your next service. It was definitely awkward sitting in the front of the store in my robe while customers were walking in and out.

I am an experienced consumer of massages and have learned to discern good from bad. I get massages every time I go skiing as I find a good massage materially helps me recover and enjoy whatever activities I do the following days. I can with great enthusiasm, recommend Devan at Align Spa as one of the best masseuses I have had in Park City or any ski resort. He knows what he is doing regarding therapeutic massage and delivers substantial relief and well-being. He does not simply follow a routine, but he can identify problems and solve them. This easily puts him in the top few percent of masseuses. I wholeheartedly recommend him and will certainly seek him out on my next visit to Park City. The whole experience at Align Spa was excellent. It's a good facility with a nice waiting room. The rooms are a tad small, but that is more of a tax on the person giving the massage and getting the massage. My wife also had a massage from a different person and thought that was excellent as well.

The hot stone massage with Christine today was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Outstanding. Josh was also incredible - he actually arranged to have our two massage therapists come in early to accommodate our schedule and preferences. He went above and beyond for us. When we visit Park City, this will be our go-to spa!

My massage was okay, it felt a little unbalanced though (she did things on one side, but not the other), which bothers me. The spa is nice and clean however, so I might try them again. They carry a variety of the skincare products I use (Eminence), but there was no one knowledgable about the products on staff to help me decide which products to get and I ended up spending $65 on a sunscreen that is so dark I can't use it and another $70 on an exfoliant that is too harsh for my skin. I probably won't purchase products there anymore if I do return, at least when I buy it online I have the option to return it if unsatisfied. All in all a nice place with nice staff, but the whole experience was kind of disappointing. I really wanted it to be a place I could regularly visit.

My bf and I got the love package and it was fantastic, BUT after the hair & scalp treatment they did not blow dry my hair. I always have to blow dry my hair (or at least my scalp) because if I leave it wet to air dry I get a migraine. I wasn’t aware of this or else I wouldn’t have let them to the hair & scalp treatment and just done the massage. I had to drive all the way back to slc with wet hair and now I have a headache. This review is just a heads up that they leave your hair wet if you get a scalp treatment.

Thank you all at Align Spa! We were there for a girsl retreat and they were able to get us in with just the services we all requested. I am a fairly regular massage attendee in my home area and I have never had such a great massage as I did there at Align. The facility is comfortable and welcoming: shower available before your massage, water or tea available while you wait etc. The staff is friendly and I certainly would recommend it to anyone looking for body services in the Park City area.

My sister and I had a girls trip to Park City and tried Align Spa. We got the special - hour facial and hour Swedish massage. The massage was the best I’ve ever gotten. The massage therapist (Jonathan I think?) was obviously well trained and knows the body. He did not hurt me at all when pushing harder and working on sore spots. I felt good for at least a week afterwards! The facial was extremely relaxing also, I kept drifting off to sleep. I’ve gotten facials before and my skin gets red and splotchy the next day - this facial actually made my skin glow and it lasted! Get the lip treatment add-on bc it’s worth it!

After not finding a day spa experience that fit our summertime vision, we decided to try Align for really good massages. And we got really good massages! They were able to accommodate a group of 8 in two shifts on fairly short notice and everyone who received a treatment agreed it was one of the top massages they'd ever had. Align was conveniently located, the lounge was very comfortable for the group waiting, and everyone left very happy! We will absolutely make Align part of our Park City checklist.

I had two separate appointments with Align. One for Swedish massage and the other for a facial. First, the facial was a 5-star. Holly was amazing. Very relaxing. She listened to me and designed a facial that was perfect for my skin type. I ended up buying several of the products she used. I will definitely go back and request her. The massage was pretty mediocre. My masseur was likable enough but one of the first things he said to me was that he was more a deep tissue masseur and the massage will be more deep tissue than Swedish. The massage was not what I wanted. It was not relaxing, although some knots were worked out. Also, if you order extras, which I did, it cuts into the overall massage time. I was mistaken in thinking the extras and extra cost added more time to the massage. Consequently, it was choppy and simply was not the experience I was hoping for. The good news is Holly also does massages and given the excellent facial, neck, shoulder and head massage she gave during the facial, I suspect she's an exceptional masseuse.

I moved to Park City about a year ago and have been looking for a good massage. I had a few around town and most were disappointing. I went to Align yesterday on a recommendation and it was amazing! Very warm, friendly and welcoming. It felt like a quality spa should. The guy at the front desk was so friendly and took me to the comfy waiting area. The decor, music, everything was so relaxing. My massage therapist was Alisa. She has great energy. The room was just right, warm, great relaxing music and the table was heated (hallelujah!!!). I was having some shoulder and next tension and Alisa got right too it. She also gave me some great advice to prevent it from happening again. The entire massage was perfect...just the right pressure, very relaxing and left me feeling great. I love the oil they use and she had some eucalyptus oil as well. I felt amazing when I left but even more amazing today as the shoulder and neck pain are completely gone! Love it. I'll definitely be going back and recommending to friends. I think I'll try their facials too.

My son and daughter-in-law gave me a gift certificate a couple of years ago for Align. It took me a while to use it (and to find the secret building) and now I am there at least twice a month. I have a favorite masseuse (Morris you know who you are) but truthfully have never had a massage at Align I did not enjoy. Recently I have added a facial and have been extremely pleased with both facials. The staff at the desk is always efficient, friendly and make me feel like "one of the family". Going through some painful surgeries and healing processes, Thomas has not only made the pain so much more bearable but his suggestions on how I can improve everything from my posture to being more flexible are so helpful. Align Spa is my GO TO spa and I so look forward to my facial every month. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and always makes me feel great at the end of my visit. Align Spa has amazing therapists (can't go wrong with any!) and the staff makes you feel like part of the family every time you walk through the door! A local FAVE and lots of local LOVE!

I don’t waste my time writing reviews for places unless I’m completely blown away by what they had to offer, and Align spa definitely is worthy of receiving one. My husband and I recently tried out Align spa while we were on vacation in Park City. I’m so glad we did! It’s a very laid back atmosphere while you wait with complimentary tea and water while, then once you go back for your massage it’s very quiet, relaxing and professional. We have a monthly pass back at home for massages at a wonderful spa, and the one I received at Align was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. They make sure to pay attention to problem areas you expressed concern about but still keep it relaxing. They also use butterfly essential oil for a small additional charge and I absolutely love that brand and having them added into the massage. If you haven’t tried align before, I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic (albeit pricey) massage after two days of skiing. Very relaxing atmosphere and walkable from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. My massage therapist listened to my concerns and checked in with me often on my comfort. Would definitely go back if I was in town again.

Frank was amazing, some of the massage techniques he used were new and awesome! Then the coffee, cocoa, coconut wrap with Jen was so relaxing. I stated to get hungry for cake or something sweet, the coffee, cocoa scrub smelled amazing and left my skin super soft. Then she applied the coconut lotion and wrapped me. That coconut transported me to the Caribbean =) so good. Got a great foot massage while wrapped. The entire experience is something I would do weekly!!!

Align Spa is a treasure hidden in a commercial district of Park City, but once you pass through their door, the outside world disappears and you can relax, unwind and be pampered to your heart's content! I've been a local member for years and continue to be impressed with the staff, the service and the products. My regular massage therapist and aesthetician, Holly, has magic fingers that soothe my muscles and make my face feel younger and fresher than ever. I highly recommend this spa!
