My experience was completely different from Sujo's. When I was researching laser hair removal, I sent an email to several locations around the Salt Lake Valley. Aesthetica was the ONLY place that answered all of my questions. I have been having laser hair removal treatments from Toni at Aesthetica for over a year and LOVE it. My legs have never been so smooth and I never have to shave. It is definitely worth the cost. I only wish I didn't have to drive 30 minutes to Lindon to get it done. :->

I recently finished my 3rd treatment of the Femtouch procedure at Aesthetica. I have been SO happy with my results. Prior to the treatment I was struggling with vaginal dryness, lack of sensitivity and urinary incontinence. I could tell a difference even after the first treatment. After about a week I felt like the dryness had already improved. I noticed I was a lot more sensitive and also noticed that I was not dribbling urine AT ALL. I was expecting just improvement of the urinary incontinence but have not had any issues since doing the treatment. I used to wear a pad every day just to help but don't have to do that anymore!! They said I could have intercourse after 3 days but I did feel like 4-5 days was better for me. I had zero pain. It just felt like a mild vibration. The external did not hurt either since I had numbing cream. I just feel so happy and highly recommend this treatment at Aesthetica. Rachiele the nurse was so professional and made me feel so comfortable in an awkward situation. She took time to explain everything and told me what to expect.

During surgery, he found a blood clot that had been there since my original implant surgery that had made my right breast hard. Back in 2011 - 2014, I had laser tattoo removal completed by Aesthetica, and then returned a year later to do a full body laser hair removal. For the laser tattoo removal, I had started as a client at Ink Lifters, and all the clients were transferred to Aesthetica when Ink Lifters closed. I was very impressed with Aesthetica, and could compare the differences after having been a client at Ink Lifters for 12 months because Ink Lifters didn't advance in the technology as fast. Aesthetica was very professional in multiple ways. The industry's tattoo lasers were constantly advancing, and Aesthetica took advantage of that. I had 3 different tattoo lasers in my last 2 years of tattoo removal at Aesthetica, and the same laser was used at Ink Lifters. The more advanced lasers were quicker. It was nice because it would have taken SO much longer to get rid of the tattoo if I hadn't been transferred there. The laser tattoo removal is done by the laser telling the body's immune system that the tattoo ink is a foreign object and to expel it out of the skin. But when we get a tattoo, the tattoo ink actually becomes a part of the human body when the body accepts it. So when the tattoo laser machine is used, you can see in my picture that there are white lines around the tattoo, because the tattoo ink has created its' own immune system which protects itself againat the laser. The laser obviously will prevail but it will take time. At least this means our immune system is trying to do its job. Quite an amazing thing. I had 8 week breaks in between each laser treatment to give the skin time to heal. 2-3 weeks after the laser treatment, the tattoo area would scab and the scab would fall off. It can take time for the tattoo ink to visually appear lighter, b/c the ink is lifting out of the bottom layers of skin before it lifts out of the top layer of skin. It took me almost a year of treatments to see an actual spot of complete skin manifest where the ink used to be. I ended up having 20 total laser treatments in exactly 3 years, February 2011 - February 2014. My picture will show 4 photos during that 3 year period. The techs can also use different lasers to get different colors of ink out. On my last appointment, although there was a little bit of ink left, the nurse said my immune system would clear the final layer of ink out in the next 6 months. I was a bit doubtful and really shouldn't have been, and she was completely right!! I had a friend come with me to every appointment, and everyone was always blown away with how amazing the process is!!! When I returned for laser hair removal, I purchased the full body package on Black Friday and received more than my money's worth! I attended for 2 years, again with 8 week breaks. They were again very professional. I was a client of theirs for a full 5 years, and I would highly recommend them!!

Look, I have to be honest here. I had no problem with the people working there, they were all nice and professional. My problem was with the treatments. I had six laser removal treatments through Aesthetica and my hair is still growing in... Now to be fair, before I even started, they told me that it wasn't guaranteed to remove the hair... ok well, I guess it's good that they told me up front that what they were going to do wasn't going to work... right? Why do they call it laser hair REMOVAL if it doesn't get rid of the hair? Maybe it's a money scheme because they told me after I finished my sixth treatment that I could come back for a measly $40 per touch up. My whole problem is I took the time to go six times, get the treatment six times, and still have hair coming back. The area that was treated really wasn't even that thick either so it's definitely very disappointing.

I was with simplicity laser, but had the most ugly experience ever so I canceled my contract. I found Aesthetica medical spa on Groupon, and on my day off I decided to go check it out. Honestly I was impressed by everything, starting from the environment, the clinic is very clean, the customer service is fantastic, they are friendly, professional, always smiling and are willing to work with you when it comes to time. On like simplicity when you are given a paper towel to cover yourself, here I was given an actual towel, I felt so comfortable, on like simplicity where different people treat you every appointment, here it's the same person treating you, so you don't have to worry about having to see a different face every time, it's easy to get used to one person treating you than having multiple people. They are accurate too with time. And again, with simplicity I was doing the full body laser treatment, and I would have 2 appointment, but aesthetica treats me in one appointment and over all it's way cheaper than simplicity laser, plus overall I have seen better results. I only only wish I found them ontime I wouldn't have washed my time and money with simplicity laser. I highly recommend, I love them and I appreciate your good work, and I know it will only get better.

I saw a special for first time customers offering 20 units of Botox for $99. I had gotten a small amount of Botox in my forehead before we moved to Utah and really loved the results, so I was excited to try it again. The front desk girls are super friendly and it was easy to make an appointment. When I went back with the girl who was going to do my injections, I mentioned that I wanted to soften the line in between my eyebrows and maybe put some in my upper lip. I told her that I had come in for the 20 unit special and for her to kind of access where she thought I needed it. The first time I had ever gotten Botox, less than two years ago, I had a total of FOUR units put in my forehead. I thought that I would get a little bit more this time, but I imagined she would discuss how much I wanted and how much movement I wanted to keep, etc. She started injecting and all of the sudden she was like "that's it, we're done!" I have no idea how much she put in, but I do know that it's been four weeks now and I've basically had a constant pressure headache since I was injected. I have basically no movement in my forehead and she even tried to get me to inject more into the horizontal lines in my forehead. My forehead is super smooth, there's no line between my eyebrows, but as someone who never had headaches before, I would rather have a forehead wrinkle than have to take ibuprofen around the clock so I don't feel like my head is exploding. So long story short: I wish there was better communication about how much she planned to inject/how much movement I wanted to keep, and I wish I knew how much she did give me because it was definitely too much. I don't think I will come back.

I chose Aesthetica because they had Saturday appointments available I went there with them telling me they would open on Saturday for my all my treatment plan (6 visits) and for a year they did. They will no longer be opening on Saturdays and they said they have half a dozen people that need it but until they get more people to sign up they will not offer Saturdays. So I paid in advance for a full treatment session that they are no longer be able to offer me. I have called them two or three things them to see if they have put Saturday appointment back on and when I asked they seem to be put out by me wanting them to work their Saturdays like they promised in the first place and they make me feel like I am mean for asking or seeing if it has changed. I am a very frustrated patient and I have been treated badly.

I had a breast augmentation and lift in 2011. I wasn't very knowledgeable about what to expect, the results or what could happen in the future. My implant ruptured and I was devastated. I knew that I was not going back to the last Dr because I felt like just another number there. I did some research and found Dr Crofts.
