This is not just the best spa in Austin, but the best I’ve ever been to in Texas. I’ve been seeing Amber for a year and a half and she’s single handedly helped my hip pain and joint problems disappear. Amanda is the best foot massage I’ve ever had, and Natina’s pressure points on my shoulder and neck helped me recover from a bad head-on car collision. My wife and I have also enjoyed their couples massages. Six stars!

There's no reason not to love it. The facility is clean, quiet and relaxing. I've never gotten a bad massage here. The staff is all polite and attentive to clients. Then there is the tea or wine and chocolates they serve after the massage as you ease your way back into the real world.

Amazing ambiance! Had a couple’s massage deluxe and I would highly recommend it. I felt relaxed and comfortable the moment I stepped in. My partner and I each had a therapist at the intensity level that was comfortable. I suffer from a lot of muscle fatigue and ache and it was just what I needed.

My fiance and I got a couple's massage here for our 9th anniversary and it was honestly hands down the best massage I've ever received. Natina and Amanda were both fantastic. I left feeling more open and relaxed than I've been in probably a year or better. Not only was the massage great, but the ambience in general really made for an all-around wonderful experience.

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and have been all over Austin trying prenatal massages the last couple weeks. Kristi at zen blend is hands down the best. She focused on the areas I really needed help with and is a miracle worker. This is the first place I’ve been to with a pregnancy pillow you can put your belly in and lay on your front. That made a big difference for my back because some side laying wasn’t cutting it. The hot rocks, atmosphere, tea and chocolates were bonuses. I will definitely be back!

My first experience with Zen Blend was 4 or 5 years ago with my wife for a couples massage and it was actually my first massage experience ever. In a way, it kind of ruined me for massages everywhere else because my wife and I regularly get massages when we go on vacation and they just never compare. I go back to Zen Blend every couple/few months with my wife & they've really perfected the entire massage experience. The ambiance relaxes you from the second you walk in the door, their massages are tailored perfectly based on a nice little chat with who you're there to see, the massage tables are cozy and comfortable (definitely the most comfy I've been on), they offer you chocolates/hot tea/wine after your massage, the people are super nice, and they somehow just seem to pick up on all these little things to round out the experience.

Best massage I have ever received. Kind and knowledgeable staff. My husband and I are teachers and this was the best self care we could have given ourselves. The couples massage, sauna and unhurried relaxed atmosphere was just what our stressed, tired bodies and minds needed. Natina and Amber , were our therapist. They provided professional and especially effective treatment. We just might make it to the end of the school year after our experience.

My boyfriend set up a couples massage as a birthday treat - our first time here, and his first time at a spa. We both really enjoyed the experience; he was very impressed and is already talking about going back. We had Natina and Kristi, and were both really happy with the work they did on us; they listened to our specific needs and wants, and delivered. The environment is calming and nicely private, and there are plenty of nice little touches that make it a really pleasant experience. The sauna session before the massage was a smart way to start the experience; the massage includes hot stone work and aromatherapy. I liked that the package included these things, instead of having to add them on and pay extra. We looked at several spas when trying to decide where to go, and this was easily the best and most interesting option for a couples experience, especially if one or both if you isn't really into the expensive facials and body wraps that other spa packages charge a lot of money for. This was a good value and a great experience; we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I went as part of a couple's massage that included delicious (instant) tea and a small assortment of chocolates at the end. The aromatherapy was very light/subtle. The ambience was nice and relaxing, but occasionally interrupted by the frequent opening of the front or back doors which let in a lot of light. The masseuses were excellent and very receptive. Overall, 4/5 for the price.

I just had my first appointment here and was blown away by the great experience. I've had massages before, but this was the best. My massage therapist Natina was a pro. She gave me an excellent massage customized to all of my body's various quirks and helped to create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The interior decor is lovely and helped me to relax from the moment I stepped inside. All of the staff were courteous and professional. Loved this place... This was my first time ever going to a spa so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave the staff makes it a whole experience. We went for the infrared sauna and decided to add massages. After the sauna you feel refreshed and lighter. They also give you these mint scented towels to wipe down before your messages. The staff explains every step in detail and ask questions which helps you to feel super comfortable/relaxed. I've already started to recommend this place to others.

I took my beautiful friend here on couples massage during my trip to Austin. We started with the amazing Infra-Sauna. An amazing cleansing experience even more so than traditional saunas. The level of itamacy and comfort found here is simply divine. Amber and Natina (hopefully I am remembering names Correctly as I believe I left their cards at my friend's) were the perfect picture of kind, gentle, thoughtful, and professional. You two are angels and pure delights. The ambiance is second to none the moment you walk through the door. You are attended to every step of the way and thoughtfully provided privacy in all the right places. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for the experience this place provided, and the awe I am still in a day later. If I return to Austin I can't imagine passing this place up.

I absolutely LOVE Zen Blend Mind + Body Spa. I've used them several times and tried out most of their servicves, including the hot stone massage, infrared sauna, and float tank. I usually book my massages with Amber, who is great and has strong hands. She doesn't talk your ear off while giving you the massage (I've had a lot of massages and trust me - it has happened before), makes you feel comfy and puts you at ease. I enjoy all of their services and recommend them to all of my friends. Brian, the owner, is excellent too. After your massage, you can usually talk to him and he gathers feedback on how everything went (a smart entrepreneur), and not for one second did I feel rushed. They give you the entire place to yourself when you book your service, so you get private attention and as mentioned previously, you are never rushed (unlike other big chains). Love this place and the ownership! Keep doing what you are doing!

The place is relatively small and cozy. The ambience is relaxing. The good part about being a small place is that the service always had a personal touch to it. I was there with my girlfriend and we started off with a sauna. A 70 minute massage followed that. We never felt rushed and were given our own sweet time before and after the massage. The massage itself was of good quality. I personally prefer something like a Thai massage more, but this wasn't disappointing either. It was less intense and physical than a Thai massage, but was more relaxing. At the end of the day, my mind was more relaxed, but I could've done with a slightly more intense massage. The masseuse was professional and sweet. She took care of the spots I was more keen on getting massaged and I'll surely visit again.

My husband and I received a couples massage from there. The moment we walked into the building, the setting was perfect. Everything was set up so that the entire experience was relaxing. We first sat down and drank water and talked. Then we proceeded to go into our room for the massage. They were both very attentive to our needs and pressure. The massages were so incredible, I think we both fell asleep at a point. They massage you from your scalp to your feet, as long as you're comfortable with it. After the massages, we were both invited to have tea and chocolate. The whole experience was very pleasant. Thank you Kylee and Natina for starting our honeymoon off right.

Great space! Calm, inviting. Received a lovely massage from Annette--tiny but packs a punch! She was more than capable of working out some of my trouble spots in my back. She checked in just often enough to see if I needed any adjustments. The staff are all wonderfully interesting, too. They respected my space for calm, but immediately opened up and were super friendly and hilarious when I was getting ready to leave, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to friends looking in the future!
