I wasn't going to post this review because I understand some people just have bad days, but I wake up every morning more ticked off because my lashes are falling out in chunks, so here we go. After arriving, I waited in the lounge for more than 30 minutes past my appointment time while I listened to the lash tech loudly chat about everything under the sun with her current client in the room next door without any sense of urgency. Once finally in the room, everything went fine during my service except she seemed to be rushing through the process (***I should note I was getting a lash lift). When she was done, the technician said, "Hmm, that's weird, only one of your eyes curled." Long story short, only one of my eyes took to the perm and she said she had never seen that before. She did nothing to try and fix it and was hurried me out and said I should reschedule for another 2 weeks out and she'll try and fix it for free. I looked at her and said, "So am I supposed to just go around with one curled eye?" and she told me to just wet my eyelashes and it the curl should fall out. So, in the end, I wasted 1.5 hours of my time for absolutely nothing, the curl didn't fall out, and I am walking around with eyelashes going in every direction on one eye and flat eyelashes on the other. I obviously didn't return and now my lashes are falling out in chunks. Do not recommend this place at all.

What an impeccable experience ! Vitae has everything and more then you could ask for in a Med Spa. Welcoming staff, comfortable seating area and fruit infused water while you wait. I highly recommend Candice! She explained, in detail, what my service would entail, expectations and answered all of my questions. Afterwards, I was offered my choice of freshly pressed juice from their Juice Bar, Substance, or a smoothie! Such a nice touch :)

I absolutely love all the staff at Vitae. Candace is wonderful. She is kind and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Her hydrafacials are divine and she also does photofacials on me, I've seen amazing results and my dark spots have almost cleared up after only 2 treatments! Jennifer does my Botox and she's fantastic. Super quick and makes sure you are satisfied with results. One of the staff is also super knowledgeable about make up and helped me pick out the right eye shadow palette and brushes for me! I just love walking into this med spa! Definitely a customer for life!

Amazing experience and wonderful staff! Natalie is incredibly knowledgable and answered all of my (many) questions. I have gotten botox from her multiple times as well as Juvederm and every time she has exceeded my expectations. I will be getting Vollure in the next month and am SO EXCITED! I feel much more confident on how to properly take care of my skin and I can not to return to the spa! 10/10 would recommend!

Found them on Groupon, like two weeks ago, and after trying them and other places this will be my go to spa PERIOD. The level of care I receive here just doesn't compare to anywhere else. I am strongly considering the monthly membership. I had my experience with Candice and she was beyond amazing! From the moment I walked into the spa, someone looked me in the eye, smiled and greeted me. After I went I keep getting so many compliments on my skin. People telling me I'm glowing and how great my skin looks. I'm so happy I found them :)))

I saw they were having a summer deal for microneedling. Originally $350, but on sale for $200! I was so excited to book with Sam! She was so sweet from beginning to end. She is very gentle and makes sure you are satisfied and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. She gives you all of the post instructive care and answers all of your questions. Vitae is awesome! They have such clean rooms and everything is so pretty inside! My overall experience was great and I can’t wait for my next treatment! Oh and you get a free smoothie next door!

I just really love this spa. I've had laser treatments done at maybe 3 other places, and this one's far and away the best. The atmosphere is so plush and relaxing. They always have a new, delicious fruit and/or vegetable infused water (yesterday was raspberry and pineapple)! The girls who work there are lovely, and usually walk me into Substance for a free coffee--so necessary, as i skip caffeine prior to laser treatments, and always need it after. Yesterday, my laser tech wrote down recommendations for 3 new local places to take my kids! Vitae makes me regret ever going to a different spa.

Looooove this place. Live in the Southlake Keller area so I’m use to going to spas over here for treatments and I’ve come to notice the customer service is terrible and the bed side manner is worse. I have been considering switching Spas so I started looking and asking. I work off Park and Greenville so I had seen Vitae and have heard a few people talk about it so decided to give it a go. Set up a appt for a new procedure I wanted to start and was not disappointed. When I arrived I was met by the receptionist who was super friendly and helpful in getting me ready. Later I met the manager Candice who had an amazing attitude and assisted me with any questions I had about The PRP hair loss procedure I was starting or future procedures I may be interested in. My injector was Tiffany and she was outstanding. Very professional, overly considerate and full of knowledge. I was told the procedure would be quite painful but she handled every injection with care, made it super manageable. I’m super stoked I found this place and I will be back sooner than later. Whatever you need, I suggest you use this place.

This is my go to place for all of my facial needs. I've had Botox , filler , photo facial and I just started lazer hair removal. The spa is absolutely beautiful inside. Candice and Racheal are amazing at what they do and so sweet. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable. I plan to take my 17 year old in for lazer hair removal and her back. Won't go anywhere else. Substance Juice bar is next door so I love grabbing a fresh juice and infused water. Don't miss this place.

Ask for Rachel! My facial was great and she customized it to fit my needs. My skin was being problematic and looked great following my treatment. The products she used were also high quality and I really noticed results compared to a regular spa facial. She is very knowledgeable and will walk you through what she is doing if you want her to!

Vitae is the Best Med Spa in Dallas! Candice and Racheal were so helpful and knowledgeable with what my specific needs were in achieving the look I wanted. Sincerely the BEST injectable results I have ever had! Amazing facials and the best products I have ever used (I am 53 and the products they carry have helped tightened and lift my neck and face so much) The office is immaculately clean and the modern decor is amazing - The entire office staff is consistently kind, professional and attentive each time I have gone in for an appointment. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! It is so nice to know I finally can go to a medical spa that I can trust and get great results every time. Vitae is my Med Spa from now on!!

After receiving an amazing promo deal to try out a few facials at this salon, I was excited but a-little skeptical as the pricing was really really cheap for the deal. To my surprise and satisfaction the salon is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the location is so convenient with easy parking-once you locate the shopping center it is in. I can’t wait to go back for my next service!
