This place is awesome. Once you walk in you are immediately greeted and treated like your important. The place was full and had nowhere to sit but once the staff noticed it, they took immediate action and rendered seats to my wife and son. They offered something to eat and drink once seated for my pedicure. The music they played was in my ball park (Brian McKnight). I hardly give reviews for something like this but I just had to because I felt relaxed and not rushed while there. They brought me a Corona with limes and salt. WOW. Totally deserve a 5 star. I will be back in the future

They offered a drink when I was seated. But when they started putting acrylics on they were rough at one point I started bleeding on one of my nails. The coffin shape was rough no straight lines and the person doing my nails was giving my dirty looks and was rude. Never going back there.

I went for a pedicure and french tip nails with fill. I chose #3 for my pedicure. The massage was painful because the lady massaged my shin (bone) and barely touched my calve muscles. It was painful... she cut some skin around one of my toenails. Smh. The french tips look sloppy and the white tips look crooked.

This place is AWESOME!!! They are always so nice and personable. They offer refreshing beverages as soon as you walk in the door. They are not rude or inappropriate as the previous post said. I was in here for this and he never once told this lady to walk fast. She was also told that she could come even though she was late. Some people you just can’t satisfy so they resort to bashing business’s which is not ok. Again I have been a regular for quite some time and this place is awesome.

Ladies I warn you DONTget your lashes done here, my wife nearly went Blind! I'm writing this review from the Darnell hospital, they were not focused. My wife has really big eyes and really long lashes all Naturally hers see them on instagram @anellshae.The salon manager dropped too much glue on the inner corner of her right eye they spend 20 min digging it out with lord know what?! While she yelled for me in the other room . I was in the waiting area playing gameboy stimulator's within an hour her eyelids were swollen and had 2 cuts on them. She wished she was back on the beach in Florida ... long story short, taking my wife to the salon should not end with tears and eyelashes that fell off the very second we reversed of the parking lot. I'm a husband who's warning you ladies I know it was one bad experience but one that could have cost us so much more.

I went to get my brazilian wax done here. BIGGEST MISTAKE !! I usually go to my usual lady, Tran. But I stopped here since I needed it done last minute and was in a rush. The lady took me in quickly, as we get started she seems nervous.. I wasn't sure. As we are getting most of the work done, she then waxed some of my skin off! She started to clean me with cotton balls filled with blood.. I was freaking out!! She made it seem like it was a baby cut, and would not hand me the mirror. She then said I needed to go home and put Neosporan on my "baby cut"... I then go home right away to check on it.. IT'S THE LONGEST, DEEPEST cut.. she wax my labia minora skin off.. I had to go to the ER and get 7 stitches!

You get free beverages while relaxing and being pampered and Danny is always making sure the place is sanitized and smelling good. Some persons may think it’s costly but I think the prices are reasonable. Moreover I’m looking at the overall experience and when you get what you ask for in a clean and relaxing atmosphere for the price they offer, I say unbeatable!

I came to this nail shop after attempting to go to a recommended shop that didn’t work out. So happy I found this place. The staff were friendly and professional. I was seated in the pedicure chair almost immediately and offered a drink. I was also provided with an overload of books that uniquely displayed all of their shellac color options; there were tons to choose from. My pedicure was not rushed and was very relaxing. My only complaint is that they removed my previous shellac with an electric file. I’m used to shellac being removed by utilizing cotton and acetone and soaking for 5 mins so the shellac just falls off. Not only is filing shellac off of toes time consuming, it was painful and the drill burned. I had to ask her to stop a number of times. Aside from that mishap, the service and atmosphere were great. I’m in Texas monthly and will make this my go to shop when in town.

I came here bc this place had great reviews. Sadly disappointed. The guy that did my sister-in-law's nails really took care of her so 5 stars for that but who I had she did great but rushed through. I started after my sister-in-law yet somehow managed to finish long before her. We had the same type of pedicure. Very rushed. I was in a boot at the time. I understand she was trying to help to rush me to the drying station but I needed to walk. Thank goodness the guy understood I needed it and brought it back for me. Then I'm assuming the owner came in bc he rushed us out. Probably right before closing time. I get you want to go home. But for 1 he wasn't there when we first got there he rushed in when we were almost done and 2 my nails didn't get to finish drying so of course they got messed up within seconds of leaving the place. They sprayed some stuff for it to dry but let's be serious it doesn't work instantly. Needless to say after wasting money and having rude service I won't be back. I feel sorry for that guy who did my sister-in-law's nails bc he was really good and if that's how any other customers have been treated I don't see business lasting any longer.

Not sure what is with me and nail shops lately as far as customer service goes. Went here because of the good reviews. Nails were done by Rocko. He got offended and started singing Jingle Bells when I asked him not to use the drill bit on my natural nails because they were damaged once and I had to have them cut off to start over. So then he started to scrap them with this tool and I asked him if I could just allow them to soak with acetone and paper towel that way I can just rub it off. He kept telling me that he knew what he was doing and he would not damage my natural nails. So he says something to the workers in the shop in a language I did not understand and starts humming really loud (jingle bells). I asked him if that was some sort of coping mechanism he uses when he gets upset. He tells me he was thinking something. I told him well that is obvious then he puts on this fake persona that was totally over the top and quite annoying. I let him finish. My nails turned out nice and his mother did my pedicure and she was very professional and did a nice job on my feet but I am still in search of an alternate shop when I can't make it to my favorite one because I will for sure NOT be going back here. Why are majority of these nail shops here so rude to certain people??

The gel polish on my nails only lasted a few days before chipping and I noticed after I got home that a few of my nails on one hand had polish that looked like it overflowed on the side on top of my skin. Unfortunately, I couldn't get those sections off without messing up the rest of my polish so I just left it as long as I could stand it. Usually, I get my nails done every couple of weeks but I only made it a week before going to get them done somewhere else. Although the staff was nice, I'm not sure that I'll be going back to give them another try.

Have toenail infected after going here every month. Last visit there a month ago (review has been deleted) so writing another one. Asked when I went in last time if one toenail could be cut just a little shorter and you would have thought I said something like “who could I attack next”. Manager jumps on me and when I replied next time I will go somewhere else that I could leave now. I replied I already paid a cab to get there so would wait until next time to go elsewhere. The entire place stopped and customers too to stare at this confrontation I had with two or three of them. They all lied and when I put in my last review that “Danny sucks” I meant it from the heart.

I brought my friend who simply wanted a sunflower design for her pedicure; it wasn't the real sunflower she wanted. As cute as her toes were, my friend wasn't happy with yellow with white (not brown) colored center flower. Yes the staff is mostly friendly and they are sweet to offer drinks. But upon request of design, not really on point! This happened 2months ago, i still feel bad my friend wasnt 100% happy about her nails before she left back to her country later that day!

I got acrylic full set for $35 - coffin nails. Quality is pretty good. Danny is kind of rude but I think that's his way of trying to make you feel comfortable which is weird lol. They don't offer eyelash extensions at this time even though it's on their list of what they offer. I got my nails done with my aunt here and I am very pleased. We called ahead and they said they were busy and that we should come in an hour, so it’s definitely worth it to call ahead. The facility is nice and clean, and it has a nice atmosphere. I got gel polish and my aunt had a basic manicure. They have a HUGE selection of gel polish. One employee was working on both of us, but it was fine because my old gel had to soak off for a while, so he spent that time working on my aunt. He did a really good job on the two of us. My nails are looking lovely and so are my aunt’s. What really ensured I’ll come back here though is their honesty. I accidentally left my Apple Watch in the chair I was sitting in (took it off so they could put lotion on my arms). I called them once I realized, and they found the watch and held it for me. Really great quality service and integrity. I would highly recommend.
