Horrible front desk customer service... no showers and you change out in a bathroom right next to a toilet!!! Very 1 star and that's being Hella generous... For the price I wouldn't ever come back other locations are an actual Spa this is my far the worst location I've ever been to.. I'm so post, overall lost me as a customer .

I was so thankful for Carl and the young man that got me in on a Saturday last minute my back was killing me and they were so kind and helpful and attentive to me, awesome place.
