What in the world has happened to Woodhouse Day Spa?! Went last week and got a pedicure and wanted them to get all the stuff off my feet from winter and she told me that it's actually bad for your feet and that she would only do a little. Ok. Fine. Spent time picking a color only to be told they didn't have that one. Finally the third one I picked they had. Just think that if you don't have all the colors make that known. So whatever but then I went today because I'd saved up to treat myself and this is one of my only free weekends. I've always wanted a hydra facial to remove blackheads so I went for it. Was told on the phone that it would really get them gone. Also came with a massage. I could barely feel the woman touching me. I asked for more pressure but nope. When done my face looked worse than before. Now all my blackheads are even more noticeable instead of being gone. I'm honestly not one to complain but I just couldn't justify spending $185 for something and it suck!!!! I told the manager and she said they'd give me 15% off. Asked if they could just redo the service because I'd still be paying $160 for what?!!? Was told that the owners were out of town and weren't available. Ok... Was told they'd give me 25%. Fine. Went to my car, saw how bad my face really was and went back in. She finally said she'd cancel the transaction and that it wouldn't show on my card. It is still showing but I'll give it a few days. Just really sucks paying a lot of money, that I saved up, for a really terrible treatment. Thankfully, after a lot, they said they'd refund it. We will see.... Also this is no offense to the woman that did it, on a personal level. She was really sweet. I'll post pics in comments if anyone wants to see
