I went in last Saturday to get an acrylic set and I was disappointed after walking out. The lights are dimmer than most nail places, so I didn't see all that was wrong. The nails didn't go all the way to the cuticle, there were bubbles and bumps in multiple nails, which made my nails look as though they were done awhile ago. I didn't see the point in going back in. The tech that did my nails just talked to a co worker most of the time. If you want repeat customers take the time to do the nails correctly and converse with them, people have other options. Luckily I found a new place to go to.

I’ve came here twice. The first time it wasn’t bad, the lady kept tugging on my arm and getting irritated at me. Then went in again, same lady who did my nails. Showed her a picture of what I wanted and my nails are thick and very square not what I wanted. I was skinny square, she seemed so fast at doing my nails and not taking her time. I was getting a pedi and the lady seemed like she didn’t want to do my pedi, and it seemed like my pedi went by so fast. For what they charged me it’s not worth going back again

I have horses in this area so I grew up going to this nail salon when I needed to get my fingers done before a horse competition, and now I’m a student at UNT. I refuse to go to any other salon, because when I do it never turns out right. They do an amazing job and have reasonable prices. They are also very kind and I enjoy having conversations with them while they are working on me. The salon is also very clean and they have the largest color selection in dip that I’ve ever seen. Would recommend.

Speak English in front of the customers... when a nail tech said something in Viennese, all the employees turn to look at the same customer, then they giggled and made more remarks in Vietnamese. SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I will not return.

The woman doing my nails was clearly more interested in her next appointment & was ready to just get my nails over with. She hurt me several time with the drill she was in such a hurry. They are uneven and thick & I doubt I will be able to tolerate them a week before getting them redone somewhere better. I feel like if you're a regular & they know you they will do a great job but they clearly don't need new return customers.

I so look forward to getting my nails done and have been in the market for a new salon as the couple I used to use at Texas Deluxe next door to this salon left. Most of my friends go to this salon so I tried it a few weeks back and had a great experience but this time was different. I had an amazing pedicure (I don't know the gals name that did it) but Jamie did my nails. She was extremely irritable. She turned off my message chair because it was shaking too much for her which I can understand but then she kept tugging on my arm and getting irritated with me because I couldn't relax my fingers enough for her. She snapped at me at the end because she couldn't get my arm close enough to her so I had to move to the front of my chair so it would be better for her. Everyone has a bad day including me but it certainly doesn't make me want to go back. I really was hoping this was my new salon but I think I will keep looking. Sure wish I could get Lee and Vo back!!

Moved to the area over a year ago and was tired of driving on the weekends to the nail salon where I used to live. I read reviews and decided to try the salon. My nails looked the best they had. Salon was clean. Ended up getting a pedicure..It was awesome too.

The staff is always very helpful and kind. I always take my elderly Mom with me and is very slow about getting around. They help in so many ways, and call her Mom. She enjoys going there, and knows, they will take care of her. They do a very good job.
