Very quaint. Hard to spot from the road with very limited parking. Run by 3 women who talk A LOT. I learned almost everything going on in their personal lives, but they are very nice. The studio seems a little unprofessional, almost garage like, and there isn't much room to move around. My nails turned out pretty, but I got talked out of the color I really wanted. My shellac did not last as long as I have seen it last on friends who go to other salons.

My shellac manicure chipped horribly after only three days and my pedicure was not dry when I left, resulting in so many nicks I couldn't count because of road debris brushing onto my feet. Apparently, it's customary to ask clients to park at the local BBQ joint because parking is to scarce at the nail shop. I was given parenting advice about how to raise my two year old. My husband and I have opted not to spank our child. This choice evidently is completely wrong, according to the two nail techs. Also, I was given a Groupon for the service. My tech had an appointment after me. She was asked if it was a Groupon by the other tech, my tech said no, sounding very relieved. I felt kind of like a second class citizen at that point. This was ten days ago. Today I went and got a manicure and pedicure and the technician couldn't even believe it my the look and wear of my nails and toes. Needless to say I won't be back.

A friend gave me a groupon to get the full mani/ped treatment here for my birthday and I was really excited...unfortunately, it resulted in disappointment. I left a couple voicemails and called multiple times trying to set up an appointment to no avail. A month roughly goes by and I tell my friend to just try and see if they can get a refund from Groupon since no one would respond to me. Coincidentally, that very same day, I get a call back from the spa and a text asking if I am still interested in their services. I don’t care for places that treat their clientele this way. So my rating is not based on their quality of work since I’ve never received treatments from them, it’s based on their customer service skills.

Krystal was amazing! She was warm, inviting and kind. She provided her services of ear candling and it help my daughter tremendously! I saw the process being done myself and it was safe and pain free. I think doctors don't want us to know the power there is in herbal medicine. We definitely will be coming back for this service and more.
