I've had many massages before but the ladies at this place provide the best massage by far. Bridgette really connects and makes the experience relaxing and comfortable. She really has magic fingers!! Love the atmosphere as I'm not looking for upsells or for products to be pushed on me. I get in, get my massage, book for the next one and get out. Very professional and always a great experience.

Have been going to Texas Sports and Massage in Plano for about a year now. Typically for a 30 or 60 minute massage 2-3 times a month. Great staff and fantastic atmosphere. Also from my experience the best massage that I have received there, hands down, has been from Jonica who is obviously a very experienced Massage Therapist. I am very pleased and impressed with the results of the Massage that she gives me each and every time. So if you are looking for a great massage that is tailored to your specific situation, I would highly recommend Jonica !!!

Texas Sports Massage is what I call the TRIPLE THREAT. Massage, Spa, & Salon! I've been to Texas Sports Massage & Day Spa before for many services, and had AMAZING experiences, but today was a little different.. Long story short, THERESA BLEW ME AWAY LIKE THE PLASTIC BAG IN THE KATY PERRY SONG. I booked the Relaxing Day Spa Facial as a way to wrap up my last day of vacation. Little did I know it was going to be the best day of my time off. Theresa started off with a pumpkin cleanser which smelled amazing! She then used a pumpkin enzyme exfoliating treatment to really get in those congested pores. I have super dry and sensitive skin, so I have to be extremely careful when I choose to exfoliate. Theresa was so gentle the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. Next came the BT Micro treatment. This is the most amazing tool ever! It's an ultrasonic exfoliation device that leaves your face smooth and free of impurities. She then applied a calming moisturizer. Theresa is the ONLY esthetician who has ever incorporated massage into my facial! She is super strong and gave me the best upper body massage I've ever had. The facial was closed out with a hand and foot exfoliation followed with heated booties and mitts. Theresa truly does use her healing hands to deliver a one of a kind spa experience. Come see her, you will NOT be disappointed!

This place is TOP NOTCH!!!! I will absolutely be going back! They should have a sign above their front door that says "Now Entering Heaven" because they are THAT GOOD! I got a massage from Rushell and he gave me an incredible amount of relief from a shoulder surgery that I've been rehabbing from. Love this place!!!!

I've had several monthly massages from Emma Anderson, and I'm so very pleased to have found her at Texas Sports Massage. She is very knowledgable, thorough, and has the ability to customize her technique to a person's specific needs. I've been suffering from some shoulder discomfort, but after my first massage with Emma - I had some of my first pain free mornings!! The facility is professional, clean, and relaxing. I came to Tess to do a color correction on my hair and she did an amazing job! She talked to me every step of the way of what she was doing and why. She took her time and did not rush. The results after the first session had me WOW'd. The whole staff is so friendly and the place is very clean. The offer many different services. I have been recovering from major back surgery and this place has assisted greatly with my recovery. In fact I am a physical therapist and of understand the mobility and flexibility exercises required after surgery but had continued symptoms of piriformis syndrome with sciatica. This is a family run place which is comfortable, professional and welcoming. The massages I have received has greatly assisted with my recovery. Highly recommend both the facility and massage therapists. I have been receiving massages from Raquel and she is vey knowledgeable, friendly and helping me greatly. Recommend for family, friends and even my patients.

YoYo has traveled to many countries outside the United States learning different amazing techniques from different cultures that I have personally benefited from physically and emotionally. She actually cares about me, and I've never been to a spa where this has happened before meeting her. She always makes me laugh and is the most caring masseuse you will ever meet. Please try her! Update: it has been over a year since I started coming here and I will never ever go anywhere else! I love Tess and Theresa so much and trust them with all my spa needs. Theresa does an amazing service called a Bacial and it is so amazing! She exfoliates, moisturizes, does a massage, and so many other amazing things. It was such a fun experience and felt so good! It helped my skin so much. Tess gave me killer eyelash extensions and they make me feel so fabulous :) I will keep coming back for everything, including hair services! I am so THANKFUL for the wonderful and perfect experience I received here! My husband bought me the “Day at the Spa” gift certificate for Christmas and boy was it out to good use! I started off with the most relaxing and wonderful massage I have ever gotten. It was quiet, relaxing, and the pressure was perfect. Then I got to spend my next hour doing a facial that included a face massage!!!! Tess is so funny and was great at the facial. After that I was treated to drinks and snacks and got to hang out with Tess and Theresa. Seriously, even if you don’t want a massage, you should go just to hangout with them. They are the most personable, sweet, and funny people. I loved getting to chat with them! After snacks, I got to enjoy a relaxing hand and foot treatment. I left with baby soft skin! They rounded out my spa experience with a deep conditioning treatment and a blowout that was to die for. The entire experience is an amazing deal in itself! I would highly recommend visiting Texas Sports Massage and Spa for any of your relaxation needs! You will not leave disappointed.

Traveling through Plano and was able to book an appointment online. The salon/spa is very clean, peaceful, and pleasant. This is not your cookie-cutter massage experience. Sean will find your trouble areas and work on those specifically. It was a wonderful experience and the next time I am traveling through, I will book another appointment. Might even try their other services as well!

I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff, and the cleanliness of the place. The owners were very helpful and friendly, and that's always a good way to start your massage experience when trying a new place. Now about the massage: Yao Yao was incredibly skilled. I can't really explain it all here, just know that she is one of the best massage therapists in the Dallas area. You have to meet her to really understand. She receives regular training in Thailand, as well as various other locations in the states and abroad. Her care for people stands out immediately when she goes to work. She even taught me advanced stretching techniques to help relax my troubled areas. I'm thankful to have found this establishment, and I'm luck that they are able to find such great people like Yao Yao to help bring great relief when it's needed.

I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for the last few months after suffering constant shoulder pain. The rooms are very clean and everyone there is always so kind. Since my first visit the staff has always been so friendly and helpful. I always get a deep tissue massage with Iren. She is such a sweet person and she gives the best deep tissue massage. She focuses on the problem area when I need it the most. I recommend this place to anyone needing a massage spa. Iren gives the best deep tissue and makes sure I always leave happy. Oh and since coming my shoulder pain has drastically decreased.

This place is fantastic. The first time I went was on my birthday, and the staff was amazing. From the moment we walked into the door, we felt welcomed. I got a 60 minute massage, and my wife got a facial. My massage was great, and my wife couldn't stop talking about how smooth her face felt. To top it all off, when I walked to the front, the staff had made a small cake with a candle in it and sang happy birthday. It was an amazing experience. I returned for a second visit a week later, and they remembered my name. I got the same welcoming treatment, and the massage was extremely good once again. I definitely recommend anyone try this place out!

My appointment was with Taylor. She is very knowledgeable. I had a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder, probably due to overuse. I had tried previous things I had learned from massage and physical therapy but I couldn't make a change on my own. Taylor worked on my back, shoulder, chest and neck muscles using different techniques. She showed me stretches I could do at home. It took a few days but the pain is finally gone. I believe I would still have pain if I hadn't gone to Taylor to help me. Thanks Taylor!

Nothing like it once was. New owner has no focus. Is it a hair salon? A pseudo medical cosmetic practice? A "beauty" shop? A skin care facility? It doesn't even smell good any more. All I wanted was a good massage by a trained and knowledgeable MLT. I tried several times including one that was a freebie since I told them how bad it was. (It was just no better the "free" time! As a chronic migraine sufferer I sought a special type of massage in Plano for upper body and neck. Let me tell you, Yo-yo is your gal! She is very skilled in releasing the neck and back muscles that were so tight, leading to my headaches. I was so thrilled with the experience, I immediately bought a package of 10 massages. I've been to the chain-strip mall massage places and this is a much more relaxing and personal experience. Afterwards, I let their stylist, Tess, give me a shampoo and blow out. My hair hasn't looked this good in ages! I'm going to make those a regular thing as well. I'm super happy I found this place.

With only a day's notice on New Year's Eve, Texas Sport and Massage was able to fit me into their schedule. The staff was very nice and polite and my masseuse was able to help me tremendously. By the next day I was able to walk around without pain. They did a great job and were very professional.

This was a great place. I went for shoulder pain and Yao Yao did an amazing job. She loosened up a lot of things that normal massages don't work on. She really knows her stuff and showed me things I can work on for prevention. My girlfriend also got her hair done while we were there and loved it. Great atmosphere.
