Amazing place. Very professional. Been struggling to keep my face clear and got a facial here. The lady (i think her name was Tera) gave an amazing facial and was very nice. She recomended a new face cleanser and nomally all the cleansers i have been recomended by past people didnt do anything even though they were expensie. The one she reccomended completely cleared my face and kept it soft and fresh feeeling. Definitely worth the price

I have seen three different Esthetician’s and Tera is the best. The other two I have seen are not as friendly. Tera is very personable. I went today for a facial and it felt a little rushed and I do not feel like I got my money’s worth.

It gets better with every visit, we only go once a year (roughly) but staff still remember us! I love the couple packages/specials, and the facials! I usually get the deep cleanse for my acne. My recent visit I had the worst cystic (deep tissue acne) since my teens and my staff member actually lanced my acne for me! I thought I'd have to go to a dermatologist or risk it getting worse and leaving a pit scar. She followed up with a frequency treatment and then gave me samples to last 2 weeks to repair and cure my acne that is oil based not to dry my skin! Get reservations a week prior! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!❤❤❤❤

I visited for the first time today and it was simply HEAVEN!! I got a prenatal massage, facial, and pedicure with Louisa, Tera, and Anita and all three ladies were superb!! The front desk and staff were so friendly and made me feel at home. I can’t wait to go back!!! Thank you for the luxurious day ladies!

The older lady with gray hair at the front desk is rude, snooty, & condescending! This was the same attitude 3/3 times I visited the spa. Although Kimberly the esthetician seems to be wonderful, I will not be going back to have the opportunity to form better opinion. Sutera lost a monthly client plus skin care product purchases!

This was not my first visit at this spa - I have been coming since I moved to the area in 2010. Normally I have great visits, but after today I will not be returning. I had an appointment today @ 4:00 for a massage. I arrived, changed into my robe, and sat a few minutes in the wait area. Usually they are pretty quick to take you back, but I felt like I had been waiting a long time. I sat there a little longer, thinking I was just off on my sense of time, and finally decided to go back to the locker room to check the time on my phone - it was almost 4:30! I went back to the front to ask the receptionist how much longer it would take. She rambled on about some confusion on the schedule, offered me a $10 discount because "she didn't know what else to do", and if I had time to wait I could still be seen in a little while. I agreed, but after continuing to sit there I changed my mind thinking it was not worth it, and got dressed. On my way out the receptionist handed me a $10 discount card, said she was sorry and that this never happens - she then blamed it on the girl being new. So which is it? The schedule conflict or the new girl? And obviously it does happen, because it just happened to me. A semi-sincere apology and $10 off your highly priced services are not going to cut it. I will be finding a new spa who values their clients and their clients' time. *amendment* Assistant Manager called me today to apologize, and made things right. Thank you, it is greatly appreciated.

Not too sure why they named it spa, because it's not. I will say it is a relaxing place and they have great friendly service, but this is not a spa. Extremely small sauna. It's not even on when you get there. One shower for clients. No pool, whirlpool or steam room? So how does this place call it self spa? Not sure. In my opinion a little over prices. Most likely because of area. But one thing a absolutely loved is the staff's incredible customer service. My masseuse Kim was the best! I will go again but not soon.

Was totally embarrassed when I brought a friend from out of town because I wanted to be pampered with my friend. Some lady kept walking around "shhushing" us every 5 minutes. The walls aren't walls, just partitions. So we were treated like preschoolers if we spoke even one word. Wish the locker room was bigger, no room to get dressed when others are getting into lockers. And the sauna was misleading on the website, it is for one person. I am small and I am sure another person would not fit in there with me. Only one shower, one sink. I'm a germaphobe so it was unsettling. It feels very crammed full in overall appearance. The facial was supposed to be a "personalized skin analysis" but I was not given any kind of analysis at all. It was more like you are done, bye. Was not allowed to choose which facial I wanted. My appointment was at 1115 and I was home by noon. For $85 I believe it should at least be an hour service. The worst spa I have ever been to.

Very nice therapist. BEAUTIFUL facility. Front desk ladies were super nice. O was offered a robe upon arrival. Hot towels in the room and waterfall sound was nice in addition to the pleasant aroma & music. Everything smelled wonderful. I reccomend this place for light to medium massages. I like deep tissue because I have knots. That is what I asked for unfortunately I received a light to massage. It was still nice just not what I was wanting which is why I only gave 4 stars. They did not charge the extra for deep tissue. However, they should have offered a complete replacement.

This is the best spa I've found in the DFW area. They are extremely professional and use high quality products. The atmosphere is as luxurious and relaxing as spas in 4 star hotels. And costs a fraction of the price! The aesthetician, Kimberly, is very knowledgeable. My skin hasn't looked this good in 40 years!
