My first time going my bestie took me here. Omg the experience was great. I just got a manicure and my eyebrows done and they both look amazing. Emily did a fantastic job on my nails and eyebrows. RUDE!!! Nail tech, Kimburly, got an attitude when I told her she wasn't doing what I asked her to do! Got all huffy puffy when she had to fix her mistakes. Not cool. If I'm paying you I expect you to do what I ask. Also when I come to nail salons I don't expect too much in professionalism but the fact they have their kids running around here is not acceptable. Also so unorganized and dirty!! So glad I don't live here and will never come back. Disgusting.

Excellent Salon, It's always clean and professional. I have been coming here for nearly 2 years and always make an appointment, or you're more than likely going to wait. While getting my pampering done, I cannot help but observe customers... most of them are wonderful people, but then there's the ones (.02%) with some interesting entitlement issues, to the point they may think they are the only people living, verbally attacking persons. I've seen customers become extremely rude when they are not being immediately being catered to, insist they are entitled to other customers appointments or get upset when (for nail heath & safety requirements) they cannot do what the customer demands; thankfully this establishment follows state & federal guidelines. Guidelines and regulations are in place for a reason, appointments are in place for a reason, for the person who requested it and thank God, this business honors them. Also, businesses, owners and employees deserve the same respect and attitude anyone else expects, regardless of ones ethnicity. Are reviews helpful? Absolutely! Just get both sides of the story. Me, I live for finding truth, and am extremely Blessed to have been brought to this establishment. May God pour Blessings upon you as you have Blessed others, in Jesus's name, Amen.

Worst experience. Made a stressful day way more stressful. Owner is friendly but his staff is very very rude! Never encountered such rudeness from a pedicure. When asked to see paper on levels for pedicure the mom of owner threw the paper. I understand their language and they were extremely rude yet owner swears they were not. Sorry, if your hiring family there is still no need for that behavior towards clients

I walked in and by the time I chose my nail polish color (which takes a few mins for me) my nail tech, Mindy was ready for me. The gentleman who greets and seats people is really kind and accommodating! I was worried about coming here since my last experience at this location was horrible, but this was AMAZING. The place was clean, they offered drinks, and Mindy did my nails exactly as I wanted. I’ll be coming back soon!

LOVE this place. I have actually been a client with the owner for almost 17 years! I've traveled to each shop she has ever been a part of. I have been a regular here since Studio Nails & Spa opened. There are many nail tech's to choose from, and all do fantastic work. We went to this place, terrible job. I was quoted one price upon initial walk-in, but the price was increased. The next day the polish started peeling. The man was sick and kept wiping his nose without washing his hands. Unsanitary. After paying, there was an attempt to make me pay again. I wish I would've read the reviews first. I am very disappointed and feel absolutely cheated. I do not wish to ever recommend this place to anyone.

Best pedicure experience EVER...especially for the price. The owner's brother (or brother in law) took fantastic care of me. I will definitely be moving my business here from now on! I was only planning on a 1 time visit since I live in Temple, but it's worth the drive.

Great price and great service! I’ve never been to a friendlier place. I wish I wasn’t from out of town so that I could come here more often! We were given quite a selection of beverages as well as fresh fruit! And it was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I went with the organic pedicure and I don’t think I could ever go back it was so refreshing! Thank you for the great service!

Great experience. Great service. Being a guy I've never had Pedicure before, but had been told it was something I should experience. Take away my man card if you need to, but I'm definitely going back! Felt like a king. Did the deluxe Pedicure so I could get the whole experience. Professional service right from being greeted at the door to being waited on during my services. Will be going again soon.

I absolutely love this place. My nails always look amazing and they actually last without having to worry about them lifting. I usually only go to Mindy she is so great and always remembers the way I like them to be done! But I also like Dee as well (these are the only two I’ve gone to) The guy who works in the front is also a sweetheart, the entire place makes you feel very welcome

After a really bad experience at envy nails I went to this location. Nena took care of me and did an amazing job. Last time I went I had to be taken care of by someone else because Nena sadly no longer works at this location. I was satisfied with the other nail tech I unfortunately don’t recall the name of but Nena is definitely a loss for their business. All together the store is clean, people are friendly and I don’t have anything bad to say :)

I’ve gone to this place several times over the past year, due to its proximity to Target and I’ve always been mildly disappointed. It’s never been enough to stop coming but today I’m done. It’s it’s not the sloppy nail polish job it’s the rude way they speak to you or the way they change the price. Today, all of it has added up to too much.

I wish i could give this place 10 stars. We are here for a fishing tournament and this is the first time I’ve ever been in this town. Kimberley was amazing and so sweet and personable. And i can’t remember the mans name that did my nails. But did everything I wanted. I hate going to nail salons In a town I’ve never been in, but this one made me feel like I had been there for years. We come back for vacation in August and I’ll definitely be back! Still in awe of how good they did!

I got to this place when they opened at 9:00a to get just a color change. Not only did they take 3 hours (I didn’t even get a pedicure or manicure) they charged me about $60 to change my nail polish. That is an extreme overcharge, and the quality is not even good. Not to mention the amount of time wasted. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. High prices for low quality work. ZERO STARS!

My mom and I brought my 13 year old and 3 friends here yesterday for a birthday celebration. Not only was the staff absolutely fantastic, but Joe and Tina surprised my daughter with a cake and song! This was my first visit. When I walked in and asked what they charge for a full set the lady told me $30. I asked about extra for taking off current nails and she said no charge. When the guy was half through with my nails he decided to tell me he would give me a deal for $40. I told him that is not what I was told and he said sorry but it's $40. My one nail is crooked and Three days later I've already lost a nail. Terrible place!
