Had permanent eye brows done less then a year ago. They have already faded. I have had them done at other place previously at different salons and they lasted for two to three years. A bit disappointed since I paid double what I paid the others.

We went as a couple for our anniversary and my husbands birthday and it was heavenly. My massage person even gave me a tidbit to maintain in between visits. They are totally awesome! Why go far when you have ReVive local?! Then don't!

This place is a hidden gem. Had I not heard of it on Groupon, don't think I'd ever noticed it was here. The place is fabulous. It's quite luxurious and the owner and staff and excellent. I wish I'd gotten the extra services when I purchased my sauna. I made a big mistake by not. I will definately return for their other services and will take my family as well. By them having club specials and promos it makes for great discounts and services. I'm really looking forward to going back for their other services (& will not have to travel way to Austin to have a great spa experience)!! HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!

I had a horrible reaction to my second jessner peel. They didn’t help me solve this problem at all. I was informed I will get my refund in full for the 3rd one I purchased. I had to call them multiple times because they never reached out even though they said they will. After they confirmed they would give me a refund they said they aren’t going to anymore. The whole situation was just not professional at all. I’ve never been to a spa that was this disrespectful. They just want your money honestly.

I've been going to ReVive for a year now and absolutely love it. Everyone on staff is amazing and I feel like family when I go in. All the services are top notch with a touch of class, not your "fast food" type of deal. The staff and owners genuinely care about their customers. I have experienced several services at ReVive (they have much more than this) including eyelash tint, pedicures, body wraps, teeth whitening, Brazilian waxes, etc. Of course, there's my all time favorite -- massages. I highly recommend ReVive to everyone! Give them a call, you won't regret it. Be sure to ask for a package deal if it's a service you will use frequently. They often have something to offer that isn't advertised.

Went for a sugar wax but do not like their technique. They do a european wax and then a sugar wax. I started sugaring because it was easier on sensitive skin. Their technique was not good and left lots of wax on my body and left more hairs thsn normal. The place had a relaxing atmosphere though and was located in the plaza by Little Caesar's on Stan Schlueter Loop.

They have no experience with microblading, it only lasted one month then they said it’s because my skin was oily , they didn’t give me a refund, they are horrible.

Went for follow-up appointment for microblading on my eyebrows and not really happy with the results it seems like I have an allergic reaction to the color she used leaving on vacation tomorrow but when I get back I am going to go in and find out if they can fix it

I originally attempted to book with Image Skin Studio in Harker Heights, but they decided to take a vacation for the week and did make it known until some time later. I googled other spas in Killeen, Tx that offered the Brazilian wax and came across Revive Medspa. I was super impressed just from the phone call to book my appointment! Very friendly and efficient, Gala even gave me information on sugar vs hard wax but ultimately let me decide which I wanted. I went with the hard wax and though there was no way to alleviate the pain for my first time, the lady that waxed me made me as comfortable as possible. For the life of me I can't truly remember her name right now, it may have been Misty. But she is great. Everyone at this spa is great and I will be a returning customer!
