I made an appointment to get my eyelashes done because I’m going on vacation. I made it for Friday at 11. Friday comes around and I get a message asking if I could come in half an hour later. I said that’s fine. Then I get a message saying that there’s an issue with another client and my appointment got canceled. This was the last day I had to get my lashes done before leaving town and I wasn’t able to make another appointment with anyone else. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t keep them. You lost a would be loyal customer.

This is a place built by women who looked at their current employment and knew they could do better. It's where some seriously strong, talented ladies have gone when they tired of their toxic work environments. This place is so unique, with a chill and supportive atmosphere, plus loads of services. The owner is GREAT professionally and personally. Sabrina is the absolute best hair stylist I've had, she is an awesome person.
