All the other times I have been here it’s fantastic but this time not so much. I had requested Kevin. I got a manicure and pedicure and I’m not too too picky about my feet but my nails I’m pretty particular about. Both manicure and pedicure were sort rushed and rough...also did not get the person I had requested even though I asked and has appointment . Not too happy

I have been going there since it opened! I love it there. I will not go anywhere else. I always come in with a picture of how I want my nails and John always does an amazing job. I get a lot of compliments on my nails. Although I can be picky at times with my nails. LoL! He is so patient with me.

Very busy, but always accepts walkins. They're friendly, but not overly courteous. Pedicure chairs have liners & they appear clean. I recommend pushing the auto massage button yourself if you like that sort of thing - they usually won't do it for you. The drink selection is legit & generous. Sign up for rewards too.

I've never had a problem went here last weekend for a mani pedi and my pedicure was amazing but I told him I wanted Sns and he said okay but did acrylic anyways said uts better but not what I wanted then he was rushing the whole time and messed up my index finger I told him but he said I'm not done yet but never fixed it I tried to tell him but he took off over all he just didn't care about my nails and to top it off I waited like 30 min yo start my nails while they were seating other people I was very upset

Got my mother in laws eyelashes done and they look so fake and hard plus they were scratching her eyes...wouldn't refund her money at all and they did her pedi and didn't massage her legs or put clear coat on her nail....will never go back again

Beautiful Place however dont remember my nail techs name all I know is that she sucked. I asked to get a pedicure and wax done When getting my pedicure I asked for a red wine. Which she forgot I had to ask her at the end if I could have it (I was giving her the benefit of the doubt that she would remember). My feet were not scrubbed at all. The nail tech sat me and didnt even let me feet soak for a minute. Started right away. I would understand if it was busy or she had an appointment however it was extremely slow. I got an waxing done as well and my waxing was done horribly! Hairs still in tact she didnt pluck at all once wax was done. I am giving it 2 stars because the place was nice and the wine was good. Dont believe i will be back.

Felt rushed...too busy!!! Need a bigger shop to handle all the customers. I didnt feel like they fostered an attititude of "we'd like you to come back" just get you out as quickly as possible! Technicians do not speak english well & are hard to understand. Just my opinion...

The good: lovely facility, plenty of chairs and technicians, free drink menu includes many options. Hubby was happy with his manicure and pedicure. Less good: my technician forgot to topcoat one nail after a minor repair as she transitioned to my other hand. I walked out and smudged the nail, returning within five minutes. She argued that she hadn’t forgotten the top coat, but she did fix it, so at least there is that. Note for management: the customer is always right. All I really needed was, “Sorry. Please let me fix that.” 20% tip should have meant a nicer response.

I've never had my cuticles/nails look this bad after paying $72. Was seen 40 minutes later than my appointment time. Pedicure and manicure were rushed. Nails never dried, went in the next day to get tacky/wet polish removed along with a refund and was told no. Picture is of after polish was removed less than 24 hours after manicure. Would not go back.

The only downside is that some times there is a bit of a wait, but I rather have get my nails done at a place that has a high amount of clientele versus a place that is never busy. If you can manage to be patient, you won't be disappointed.

Service was ok the first time I went in a week ago, today went in to get my nails fixed because of lifting and peeling. My service was not the same, the people wanted to argue with me after I stated that I spoke to the owner. They were very rude and left product all over my hands. Very unprofessional.

I'm visiting my friend in town and we decided to get our nails done as a friend's date. As soon as we walked through the door, we felt like we were herded into the salon without being told what was going on. Then we were given a color chart without being told if it was powder or regular nail polish. We were separated the whole time so it made it less fun and destroyed the whole idea of a nail date. Then we were given the powder colors while we had no idea what was going on. On the phone we were quoted $25 per set and we had to pay $87 for services we never asked for. I would never go back to that place and I am already calling other salons to have them fix what this place messed up.

I've been going to Q nails since a little after they opened. The staff is always super friendly, even just walking in the door. Of course at times, they are SUPER busy - but Ive come to realize that's a good thing. I would recommend each person that works in this salon, all of them are great. But if youre looking for a certain type of nail and a certain way, Henry is AMAZING at what he does. I've only requested him a few times but each time i HAVE LOVED his work. Pricing wise as well is reasonable! Ive never walked out regretting what i paid. Keep up the good work Q Nails.

I started going here several months ago because I thought they were the best in Portland. Unfortunately the past several times I have had my nails done the polish has not even lasted a week without getting chipped or cracked. They seem to have hired people who do not know what they are doing. The polish is lumpy regardless of whether I get SNS or shellac. I will start going somewhere else. Disappointed and do not have time to spend at the nail salon multiple times a week getting bad work fixed. Update: Increased stars from 2-4 after the owner recently reached out to me to makeup for my bad experiences. I appreciate that a small local business owner does what he or she can to make a customer's experience right! Kudos to Henry who did my nails himself which turned out fabulously and changed my experience and opinion of Q Nails!

I want to love this place because everyone is so nice. I went there once for Acrillic nails and they turned out beautifully. But a few months ago I got gel nails and the next day they were all peeling off, I decided to give them another try with gel and almost the same thing. They didn’t even last a week which was SUPER disappointing and a waste of money. Sadly, won’t go back. I’d hate for the same thing to happened again.

Took my wife, long wait time, even with an appointment.Had to wait in the corner standing up for 15 minutes due to lack of seating for waiting clients. Empty cocktail glasses everywhere from previous customers, Very dirty, work areas not cleaned in between clients,nail clippings from previous client at the nail station. Got shifted around to several stations before being seen. Had SNS 3 coats on one hand and only 2 on the other. Explained that only 2 coats were done and nail tech said "don't worry about it". Felt very rushed by staff. Very poor color selection and color asked for was not even close to the color that was asked for. Do go to this nail salon if you do not want what you ask for, want to wait a long time, want to put your hands in other people's nail clippings , or want to see a lot of rushed clients with dirty empty drinking glasses laying around on each table. Will drive to Corpus Christi from now on even though we live in Portland. Convenience is not worth it.
