Oh my goodness! I leave there feeling like a MILLION dollars every time I go. And NO...I don't tan!!! It's all the rest I go for...the infrared therapy, the sauna, the hydromassage, the hydration...I feel SO much better when I keep a regular routine and go at least 3 times a week. I sleep better, hurt less, and I can really tell a difference in my skin! Love, love, love this place and the great people who work there and own it!

Julie and Planet Beach offer something that is not only relaxing but also something that is vital for important health. I have spent the last year following the latest science and tools and one of the most important aspects of health is detoxing from chemicals in our enviroment and in our bodies. There is no better way to do this than in an infrared sauna which is why I make it a must to be part of my weekly routine. I also use the infrared light to help with collagen production which is vital for healthy skin and it also helps keep my low back pain in check! Thank you for offering such an amazing experience!

I was planning on getting a membership and buying products wherever I ended up at. I ended up here but I decided to only pay for a one time tan after having a conversation with the lady in the front. This is the first time I’ve ever tanned and I let the lady know that, she was being very short with me and helped a lady behind me before me even after having already started talking to me, then she answered the phone. She apologized after she hung up but combined with all else it was bad customer service. I didn’t get a chance to look at any products because she took me to the room after paying and told me I’d have 3 minutes before it turned on. Nothing was explained, I’m glad they had a sign saying to use eye protection though because like I said, my first time tanning. My skin feels burnt obviously because I didn’t get to buy products, overall it was very rushed and bad customer service.

They right their mistakes and I think that's admirable. It's a nice salon with reasonableprices, just because my experience was not the best in the end, I would still try it out and give it a chance. Mistakes happen everywhere. But these guys fix it and don't try to sweep it under the rug. I appreciate that. Thank you guys.

I love coming here - you can't help but feel great when you leave. There are so many different things to do. I especially like the Mystic Tan and Red light therapy. The staff is always so nice and friendly. Forney is lucky to have this!

Nice facility. Staff was nice. Was not happy with the spray tan it was not dark enough. They assured me it would darken it didn't. Had to get another spray tan somewhere else.
