Did a good job on my pedicure. My 3 year old didn't want a pedicure and I felt like although she kept saying, "NO!" They were a bit pushy. I finally told them, she does not want one.

Just left from getting shellac. The guy cut me twice. My pointer finger kept bleeding and he kept painting along. There is blood in my finger nail polish on that finger, polish all over my other fingers. I still have pink polish left over that you can see. Horrible job I can’t believe I paid them. Wish I could figure out how to add a picture on here. Going to go somewhere else to get them redone.

Extremely disappointed. I'm blessed with thick, strong nails. Came here to try this salon due to location, and already had gels on *for the first time* from another salon. Tim (??) aggressively removed the gels using a file, then acetone, then a scraper, then a Dremel tool. I thought this must be the normal procedure. Went to wash my hands and my nails were paper thin, bending easily when wet. My heart sunk. He finishes by using base coat, two red polish coats, glitter coat, and top coat. Two days later I have two nails broken to the quick due tu being so thin, and 8 total nails are so fragile I finally cut them all off. I took off my polish today and my nail beds are bright cherry red, like they were soaked in Koolaid. Obviously the base coat didn't work correctly. Never going back. Don't recommend.

Did a good job. Lovley people. I did ask for only gel no manicure they ended up doing the manicure so had to pay. Little disappointed.

We went here for my birthday and everyone was so nice.. Our pedis came out amazing..a bit pricey but the experience made it worth it

Absolutely horrible. Tried to tell me nail polish of choice not included. Never got the 10 minute massage with the pedicure. Charged 93 for toes, they broke in two days. Had to go back. They said everyone charges these prices. Uhh, no. They do not. I will never go back!

Loved this place! Lindsey did an awesome job on my nails. Carol did a great job on my pedicure. It was very relaxing and the people in the salon were very friendly. Will definitely go back!

We really like it here. Very nice shop, very clean. Owner run and they set a good standard for their employees. Visit every couple of months for pedicures with wife. Prices comparable to other salons.

I tried this place for the good reviews . I called and asked for a person mentioned in the reviews as being excellent . The person who answered the phone told me she was available . I told him it would take at least half an hour to get there because of the distance and he said no problem .when I got there the person I asked took someone else right in front of me and said there was a mistake. I was offered someone else and for not wasting my trip and time I accepted. The technitian who worked in my nails was very rude and cold . One lady finished her manicure and left and the man that did her nail started talking about her and laugh . Then they all switched for Vietnamese to continue the comments and the good time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not coming back! The 2 stars is only for how clean this place is.

They soak your whole finger tip in acetone. The only way I have gel nail removed is to scratch the top layer of gel, top with acetone soaked cotton, and wrap in foil. Lindsey thinks this is the wrong way but, it's the best way! I was charged 80 for simple pedi, limp foot massage, and powder dipped mani. Lindsey does file nails very good. I'm very particular about how my nails are done.

if i could give a 0 i definitely would . i had a horrible experience here and i definitely wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to go here. the lady didn’t even measure my nails to make sure that they were in the right length. and my nails look like squares when i asked for a coffin shape . my nails literally look sick. i wasted 60 dollars here, if i could go back and reverse my decision i would . there was only one lady who was young and worked there that was sweet. the shape is horrible the ombré looks just SICK . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY SAVE IT . go somewhere else please

My dip nails are very uneven, bumpy and the shellac chipped and is cracking by second day. Not happy. Will not go back. For a shellac manicure they do not even give a hand massage either. Disappointed

I’ve been going to Lindsey for lashes for almost a year... ❤️❤️❤️She is amazing! Of course her manicure and pedicures are perfect also!!! I have taken my 90 year old mom with me 2 times for pedii and manicure and she has been SO impressed... and she is a tough client! Thank you Picasso!!!

I can't imagine complaints about this place. Sitting here now getting pedis and manis with my mom and daughter and everyone is very happy. They are taking their time on massaging and there is no paint on our skin like other places. The place is clean and nicely decorated. They also have kid pedicure seats. And a great selection of nail colors.

I have had excellent experiences at Picasa! I went to another place as it was more “convenient” but came right back as it was clear that nothing measured up. Their work is superb- and they take pride in that! I’m not there to socialize, etc...but just want a strong, lasting nail job - and that they provide!! Kudos to a fabulous organization! Janice

Pretty disappointed. I went in for a spa pedi, the overall pedi was mediocre at best and when the nail tech painted my toes, he put so many layers that the paint was still tacky and wet an HOUR later. The paint ended up getting all messed up and I didn’t have a similar color at home to match so I just decided to take all the polish off and went to a different salon in San Antonio that I trust to get it redone. I will not be going back.

Horrible. Talking bad about everyone who walked in the door. I understood everything they were saying. Don't forget people are fluent in other languages. Waste of time and money, my nails were worse when I left, had to get them re-done somewhere else the next day. Very unprofessional, do better.
