I found them on yelp. I saw all the pictures and reviews so I go with my friends. But the service was horrible! No massage technique,I wasn't relaxed during the massage!Towel has a terrible smell! Jesus christ! Is my bad luck!

Ouch ! WARNING ! If you have any plans requiring a physically-able body, and would like a nice massage, seek a licensed professional . Or "roll the dice" and sign a disclaimer that says you can't sue if they cause injury. ( It took weeks of back pain for my recovery. ) There must be some legal loop-hole that needs to be closed for this place to go away.

The service providers are excellent too. Whether you go in for a massage or facial, they have several people on staff. They make sure to put you with someone who will meet your needs. Or, if you don't like who you saw the first time, don't give up. Try someone else. If you're visiting for relaxation or it's a problematic visit, I would highly recommend seeing everyone here!

I have been to N&L foot spa half a dozen times. I usually get the $30 foot massage for 1 hour. Every time the music has been relaxing and the masseurs never talk to each other but in whispers to relay information from one to the other. They usually do this at hand off time, because there is usually one who massages your face and head while your feet soak. Then another (stronger one) comes in to do your feet and then they do a clothes-on massage on your shoulders, arms, legs and back. The only critique I have is that the back and foot massage is very, very strong. If you are looking for a deep muscle massage, this would be it. I have to tell them a little lighter usually and then it is better. Also, the person at the front desk doesn't really speak English, but if you point at the massage you want on the chart at her desk she understands. I have never been overcharged, heart loud noises from other rooms, had dirty towels or any of the other complaints listed from the other reviewers.

I have had many massages from well-known chain establishments, but N&L offers the best massages I have ever had. They are extremely clean, professional, flexible, and are gifted masseuses, and offer exceptional care at extremely low prices comparatively. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with dimly lit rooms with small windows that offer the right amount of privacy. They play soft music which is nice. The masseurs don't speak to you, except at the beginning to ask what amount of pressure you prefer, and when you need to turn over. It is so refreshing to just be able to relax instead of being forced to make polite conversation with your masseuse. At the end they wait for you by the front door and give you a bottle of water. I have gone multiple times with my husband, and it is no extra charge to have a couples massage, which is fun! I have also gone with my mom and been in the same room and that was nice, too. They also offer a 10% birthday discount. Again, out of all the expensive and professional massages from chains and exclusive spas that I have had, this simple location by far offers the best massages out of any I have ever received, and other friends/family with the same experiences as me completely agree!

A friend and I went here a couple months back because I got a Valpack coupon in the mail and we picked the combo deal. We had a positive experience there. Staff was nice and informative. The masseuses didn't talk much except to instruct us to remove clothes for each section and ask if we wanted to add something to our deal (couldn't understand what she was saying so we declined, but they didn't press it further, which is a plus). I'm okay with the lack of talking, just wanted to enjoy the moment. The room we were in was dimly lit, and there was some soft and relaxing music playing. It was a nice atmosphere. My friend remarked she felt like a noodle afterward because it felt so nice. I'd definitely like to go back.

It’s a shame that the talent level of the masseuses doesn’t stack up to how nice the place is. The private massage rooms are clean, large and look well maintained. The restroom was clean, so I felt like the whole place was pretty sanitary. The lady that massaged me had absolutely zero skills. She mostly just lathered oil on me and called that a massage. I requested heavy pressure, but she mostly just sat on an office chair while she rubbed my back. I asked to speak to the receptionist halfway through the massage, but the lady said “sorry -she is busy”. I complained after the massage and they offered me a 30 minute massage, which I would need to pay for. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Beware of this place I really doubt these licensed massage therapists and they have a lot of English speaking customers that go in there so they need to learn more English. I got the combo I told the guy he was massaging to hard and he kept saying yes he massaged my feet so hard now everyday my feet hurt they are sore every morning when I wake up and this has been 3 weeks ago! So do not go to this place they need to shut down!!

Wife and I came here to get a message. This was the only place open near by. We initially chose the 1 hour message. It seemed to pass very quickly then the staff asked if we wanted to extend it while on the table. We agreed. At the end we paid a total of $140. We left a $5 tip however the person at the front desk told us in broken English that 20% tip was required. We paid to avoid confrontation This was improper to demand 20% tip. We will not be going back.

One stars just out of generosity. After reading reviews off of Yelp, my friend and I decided to check out this place feeling pretty excited. $30.00 for a foot massage includes head, full arms, and feet. Nothing better than that, right? The guy that I had was good. A little rough, but bearable. The reason for rating this place one star was because of the atmosphere, confusion with one of the masseurs, and comfort level. Atmosphere was bad in my opinion. When I go in for a massage, I like having a quiet atmosphere where the workers aren't talking to each other. I mean, it's cool if you do, but I mean, the least you can do for your customers is whisper. Major disappointment. So whenever my friend and I were done, we paid, we tipped, we left, etc. the masseur that massaged my friend came outside and indirectly asked him for more (of course he didn't based on his performance). "Your friend tip $x.00 amount. And you tip $x.00 amount?" Um...we tip based on performance sir...(we didn't say that, but still). Be careful!

Did the $29 package and it was awesome! I fell asleep 3x I was so relaxed! Not only is it full body massage, but they also soak your feet and then do hot stone massage on your legs as well. Definitely would recommend- great price too!

I called this morning 04/29/2019 to make an appointment for myself and boss. I was told that 3pm was available. I told them we would like to reserve that time. When I arrived at 3pm I was told by the lady at the counter that she tried to call me at 2:50pm from the number I called from (which was my desk number) and did not get an answer. She at that time gave my appointment away. I asked why she did not get a phone number from me this morning if she was going to call back and confirm. She did not answer the question. I am also confused why she would not have the person that walked in at 2:50pm wait to see if I arrived at 3pm before giving away the time slot. This was a birthday present for my boss so it was even more disappointing. I feel like this is bad business practice and will not recommend them to anyone.

Person at front desk said 20% tip was required on our bill of $140. This was told to us after we where done with our massage. The massage was just okay we orginally left $5 tip. We paid the 20% just to avoid confrontation. Will never visit here again.

I found them on yelp and I saw all the reviews so I decided to give this place a try because everywhere else was fully booked. But the service was horrible! And they didn't even give my full one hr massage,I wasn't relaxed during the massage because the therapists kept talking to others. And all my therapist did was just rubbing my feet and my back with oil and there was absolutely NO massage technique! I dont think they were licensed,And the WORSE thing was I clearly heard some unpleasant noises coming from a different room and I think the therapist and customer were doing in that room! That's Horrible!Seriously, That's not a massage place.For those of you want a get a therapeutic massage, I'd suggest you to go somewhere else.

Great place for an inexpensive but still great massage! For $30, you get a full body (clothes on) and feet massage. I've been going there for almost 2 years and highly recommend it if you need some relaxation.

BEWARE. Do not recommend. Place is filthy. Lights are dimmed so you can't see how filthy the towels are. I had a foot massage and my feet were put on a wet towel - which was obviously re-used from previous customer. Turn on the lights for yourself and have a look, and feel the towels near your feet before you start the massage. Also, the bags they soak your feet in are re-used. I saw this going to the restroom and their filling station is behind restroom in the back. The body massage single use bed sheets are re-used, which is disgusting and totally reckless. You can tell if you take a look.
