I have a monthly membership and always come to this location. I have had a range of good therapists here but if you want deep tissue, Noah is simply the best. I do martial arts so my body is constantly sore and he always seems to get the sore areas just right. He also listens to what I want and always delivers. I felt like a million bucks after today's massage and wanted to give him a shout out. Thanks Noah!

I just had a massage with Leif for 90 minutes and OMG that was the best I've had in a long time. I feel so relaxed, way less tense, and I also feel taller! He really gave me some frat adjustments and the deep tissue massage got all of my knots and tension out. I sit at a computer all day and suffer from TMG and Leif took care of all of that.

So, I scheduled a prenatal massage for my girlfriend because she wanted one for her birthday. The massage was supposed to start at 4:30 and be an hour long. Tina, the masseuse, got my girlfriend at 4:35... They are supposed to be on time to give the full hour. My girlfriend told me that Tina then wasted another 10 minutes asking what kind of massage to do, what parts, and then left for my girlfriend to get undressed. My girlfriend's main concern was her feet because she's pregnant, legs, hands, and back. Tina spent maybe 5 minutes on the feet, did pretty good on the back, and spent 10-15 minutes on the head, which was a part that was not requested. Never turned her around to do the front part of the body either. My girlfriend texted me at 5:20 saying she was done... The massage only lasted no more than 35 total minutes... I am not happy that i paid full price plus tip for mediocre service. If i do my part i expect their part to be 100%. Not happy with the customer service given to my girlfriend.

The office staff is so helpful and friendly. I went in for a much needed massage due to my sore muscles. I ended up enrolling in a monthly membership. That's how impressed I was with my service. Brenda was my message therapist and she has great hands! I felt so refreshed when I left and I am looking forward to my next one!!

They were very accommodating when had guests in town.. they have always enjoyed their sessions.. wish they had started out as more of a spa like some of the others but easy to get to and always a pleasure

This was my 1st time at a Massage Envy, but definitely not my 1st massage. I have to say, I was not that impressed. First of all, I scheduled an hour massage at 11:30.. I received about 48 minutes.. She counted my time in the waiting room, and my undressing time as part of the massage. She kicked me out at 12:30 on the dot. She also seemed to be frustrated.. she kept huffing and sighing. I also asked that she focus on my feet because I have planter fasciitis.. But, she spent the same time on my feet as everywhere else. It was a relaxing atmosphere, and her pressure was good.. Just a little underwhelming..

Have had countless problems with this Massage Envy. I purchased a Christmas gift card, and we had a couples massage first. Even I could tell by how the masseuse was communicating with my husband that she wasn't doing a good job, so we requested a different person for his next visit. They highly recommended Dani. He was excited and when we showed up they had given us the same person I explicitly said we didn't want again. The front desk staff had changed the appointment without telling us and didn't inform us so luckily we got a free massage after we sorted out that because Dani was out sick they had auto-switched his massage back to the old masseuse. A couple days before the next make up massage we get a call Dani had pneumonia and said no problem we can reschedule and hoped she felt better. I got a reminder call for the rescheduled appointment with Dani the day before, so we showed up and Dani was still out sick. I went in for an explanation and they had new staff who incorrectly confirmed with me. They also stated they took Dani off the schedule but left my husband's appointment and still didn't realize to call us before we went all the way there. As well, she kept insisting they left me a voicemail and that was a complete lie because I spoke with every person who called in regards to the appointment, and it was the same girl manning the desk every time we were there. She knew she had booked the appointment with Dani the first time and acted so confused when I told her we did not want the same person, and she was there when we re-booked and when we showed up today and acted completely clueless again. Seriously their incompetence is ridiculous. You come to a massage to relax and not get let down by poor customer service and be turned away. Luckily they gave us credit on our gift card because I requested they make up for their mistake. Taking our business to another location.

Just had my first massage at Massage Envy Lakeline. Back in NC where I first started with Massage Envy, it took me four massages to find the person I really liked. I got lucky today here in TX, though, because I booked with Noah, and I'll definitely try to stick with him! I have sciatica on one side, and neck and shoulder tension from too much computer time, and he worked exactly the right spots, with just enough pressure to feel like it was really accomplishing something, but evenly spread enough to not hurt overly much. I'm just glad to have found someone good right off the bat!

SpokeBooked my appointment 2 weeks ago. Get a call 2 days before my appointment saying I need to move it because the therapist would “rather take an hour lunch than 30 mins “ and if I didn’t agree to the only time they had available that day (4pm) , they were “fully booked” and I needed to reschedule the appointment completely. My mother in law gave me this gift so I can finally have a minute of peace and my work schedule is pretty tight so I’ve really been looking forward to this. The staff member via over the phone was so unhelpful and made it clear I needed to reschedule. Ultimately this is my first time coming here and so far, I feel completely unwelcomed and I’m on the verge of calling and canceling the whole thing completely.

They have done a great job every time I go in or call to schedule an appointment. I have seen Lilli, Elise, Georgia, and today will be my first time with Ruby. I can't wait! I was very nervous when I received my first massage a year ago. They put me at ease, and I've had a dozen more since. Each therapist has their own style, and I have really enjoyed each one. I leave feeling great every time.

I've been a member at Mssage Envy Lakeline for about four months now. The monthly membership price is fair, the staff is great, and the therapists have been great so far. They spend time on the front end understanding your past & why you're getting a massage to understand what type would be best for your needs. I've had a pleasant experience with them so far and will continue to recommend them to my friends!

Massages are essential as a part of preventive maintenance. I always feel ten pounds lighter after they work all the knots out. There are several massage options, including Dutch/full body and deep penetration. Makes for a great gift for any special people in your life.

Please be advised that if you want to be ripped off, sign a contract. The organization is quick to let you know about payments but never inform you of the accrued visits on your account. Never sign a contract. Service Manager was not helpful at all. Thanks for nothing Tera!

My first time here. I want to recommend Lili! I get an occasional relaxation message but usually travel way south to someone I've seen for a couple years who does an amazing job. I was nervous about using someone random at Massage Envy and worried I would be pressed to buy a membership. Whole experience was great! Lili gave an excellent massage. Girl at desk was friendly and laid back. I'm happy to find Lili a lot closer to my home and will be happy to go back to her.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. I do not like the policy of having to pay half if I need to cancel the day of. If I have an emergency then I may need to cancel the day of. Other than that I had a great experience. The therapist was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this place to friends!

Came in for help with lower back pain. The massage therapist was not very friendly. I was genuinely bored for most of my massage, my lower back was almost completely avoided, and I actually left with more back pain than I came in with. Wish I could get a refund.
