I got a Mani pedi and eyebrows waxed today and I wasn't very impressed. I told them I wanted gel French tip on my nails and toes. And they kept insisting they couldn't do that because my nails were to short. But I've gone to other places that have done it perfectly fine and lasted 3 weeks. Well then they kept insisting they add a tip and to do dip nails so I eventually was just like whatever I don't have time to argue. Well I told her I needed my nails really short because I have a newborn and they kept saying gel wouldn't work. Then on my pedicure all they did was a white line as the tip and then top coat and that's it. And it wasn't gel, as what I asked for. Then the lady who did my nails did my eyebrows and she did it so fast and there are tons of spots she missed. Don't plan on ever going back.

Bad Dipping set good pedicure. I have been here many times for nails and toes and by far the pedicures are amazing. However the dipping sets I have received have been below standard expectations and even terrible. I was charged $75 for a French dipped set with a design. I spent 3 hours here and left around 2pm. By 8:30pm two nails had popped off. By morning all but TWO had fallen off. I bagged the complete unbroken nails in order to show the owner the very next day and the response I received was insulting at best. First I was told “this doesn’t happen...they don’t just ‘pop’ off” I totally agreed which is why I had returned unhappy. I had gone early that morning to another shop to have them done due to having an event that day (The reason I had them done the day before) One of the owners then said I should have just come back and they could have fixed it. I had no time for that at the time or I would have. His response was how do I know you didn’t just take them off because you didn’t like them? Seriously? I told him that if I hadn’t liked it I would have told them at the time! He said and I quote “prove it” after much argument we agreed to a $40 gift card which will pay for another pedicure but I will NEVER get my nails dipped again. My total bill that day was $106 plus the $58 for the replacement set minus the $40 back. Still too expensive and time consuming. :(

I went Majestic Nail Spa for the first time for a pedicure a months ago. The owner greeted me right away ( A+ to you ). Seriously these guys were fun and did amazing job. My nails exist to 3 weeks. The atmosphere is quite nice and cozy. I LOVE YOU Majestic Nail Spa! And sure I come back again.

Not worth the money. Got a pedicure the “ luxurious”($35) the lady rubbed my feet for 3 1/2 minuets both legs total I had a stop watch going on my phone. I asked her how long is the massage she said 5 minutes... when I was paying I asked the man in the front how long the massage is he said 12-15 minutes. The lady was rushed and it wasn’t really enjoyable I even had to ask her to clean up around the cuticle because she forgot to do it. I shouldn’t have to remind you how to do your job

If I could 0 stars I would.. This place is a rip off. I took my 15 year old daughter to this place to get her the dip. I went to Walmart and came back and her nails looked horrible.. I don’t know if they gave her a new person to work on her nails or a person that didn’t know what she was doing because she was a child. I complained to the manager and he told me they looked fine to him and that was a bold face lie! This place will never get my money ever again!!!

This place is so close to my home, and I’ve come here a handful of times and I always leave a big tip because they always do so amazing on me, but This last time was the final straw for me. The guy who did my nails talked about his income and how much he made the entire time and told me it was up to me on how much he made so I needed to tip good and bring friends back. Like what!!? He did my nails crooked, and got a black streak on one of them, and didn’t even take it off. Then I went back to get my eyebrows waxed and the wax pot was filthy!! I’m an esthetician and I can tell you this is a big fine once tdlr finds out. When I go to check out, on their website it has a fifteen % coupons. I have used this EVERY SINGLE TIME I have come here and never had an issue. This last time I came I got told that I had to at least 2 of the services for the discount but he would add it on this time only. Bad customer service, bad sanitation, and bad work! I wouldn’t recommend you spend your money here.

Visiting here from Ohio. Had nails done there twice and both times Polish wiped off the edges because they didn't have me wash my hands after all the oils were applied to my Nails. When I mentioned that to them both times they just polished over it and put another thick layer of top coat on it .I would definitely not recommend this salon if you are looking for a professional looking manicure and pedicure!!!! Both times I left irritated and feeling like I wasted my time and money!!!!( ONE DAY LATER) I returned there again to show them how it wiped off the edges . I was greeted by Morgan who listened to me and offered to fix it. He knew I had put this review on the website because after listening to me, he asked me if I was from Ohio. When I asked him how he knew, he said I gave him one star. He turned out to be the owner and I have to say that I was very impressed with him caring about his customers comments and he explained that he checks the website to see how his customers feel and always want to improve and give good customer service. I have to say that his customer service was excellent and I definitely left with a very professional looking manicure and as a result, a very different feeling about his salon. I would definitely try them again next time I visit Texas just because of the genuine effort to correct a bad experience. Customer service is EVERYTHING because we can choose to spend our money anywhere!

I love giving 5 star reviews, but I cannot. I just left from here with my daughter and had a less than stellar experience. My daughter had a children’s pedicure and it was great! I had a pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows done. Everything was great except the manicure. He didn’t finish my manicure. My nails never got filed at all. I asked him about it and he seemed like a smart alec, snarkily “rounded” my nails, and walked off. I didn’t ask for color or anything special, but to have a full manicure like I paid for would have been great. I only didn’t address it further in person bc my young daughter was with me and I didn’t want it to escalate.

It’s a gamble coming to this salon especially if you don’t have a specific person you want to do your nails. I’ve came here probably 5 times total and only 2 of those times have I had perfect nails.
